• TANIA (10/5): - Posizione centralissima, casa pulitissima con tutto il necessario e proprietario disponibilissimo. L' unico neo e' che si sente la confusione dalla strada ma essendo centralissimo gia' lo sapevamo. Se si cambiassero gli infissi per insonorizzare un po' sarebbe perfetta. Ad ogni modo la consiglio. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

L’appartamento è come si vede dalle foto, accogliente e pulito. L’host molto disponibile, è riuscito a farci avere l’appartamento in anticipo rispetto al check-in. Unica pecca gli infissi, essendo di un palazzo storico, sono molto sottili e dunque si avvertono i rumori fuori. Ha comunque soddisfatto a pieno le nostre esigenze.

• NadyaIlK (6/5): - The location is great, the balcony is good :) but ...just that. The apartment was not clean enough, especially the bathroom. (You will decide to not take a shower instead of taking it in such a small and not enough clean bath cabin). There were no bath accessories, or detergent . We didn't even use the coffee maker, because there was not enough clean feeling. The bed (mattress) was old and not comfortable. The money is more than the apartment deserves.

• Natalia (8/5): It is a good place to stat for a night or two but not more. - Excellent location, cozy appartment with all the necessary items to stay a few days. The beds are not good, one is too hard and the sofa bed you can feel the wiring. Pillow selection was terrible, too hard or too thick. Maybe something softer would compensate with the hardness of the main bed. Extra pillow cases were all dirty. Location is TOP, however, they could change the windows as being on a main and busy street by day and by night, there are too many noises.

• Kristopher (8/5): Fantastic location with some downfalls. - The location is A+ right in the heart of town. Good kitchen factilities and even a coffee mocha pot. Felt very traditional. With being right on the main street it qs quite loud and the rooms allowed A LOT of light thgouh the old style shutters, it felt like daylight all through the night. Something to be careful off if you dont like noise or light.

• Giovanni Marchiori (7/5): Very central, clean, good facilities, but noisy and not very comfortable beds - The apartment is very clean, all facilities are new and working, free wifi, self check-in is very easy, location is very central, there is an elevator. Interacted with host via whatsapp, excellent communication. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has single-glazed window, and given its location, it can be very noisy at night, even with windows closed as was our case: on Friday night there was (loud) music till 3 am, and on Saturday morning the (noisy) street cleaning would take place around 7am. The mattress of the sofa bed in the kitchen is very thin and uncomfortable; the mattress in the bedroom could be improved too.

• Stefaniya (10/5): Приятно и приветливо място на чудесна локация. - Мястото е много чисто и приветливо, локацията е чудесна - транспорт и забележителности са в изключителна близост. Има аптека на 20м, много хранителни магазини на около 200м, много ресторанти, кафенета, пекарни, заведения за бързо хранене, магазини за дрехи. Чува се много шум от пешеходната улица, все пак е централна и има голям поток от хора. През нощта е по-ограничен шумът,но все пак го има. Вътрешните капаци,служещи за затъмняване, са малки за прозорците и освен шум влиза и много светлина от уличното осветление.

Front door of ancient building bangs loud noise when closing on the morning. Apartment on first floor. Sofa-bed matress could be more confortable for longer stays than ours.

• Veronica (6/5): central location, single glazed window, very loud, no A/C in the bedroom. - the location in the city centre EDITED post host response. single glaze windows, it was very loud. alarms going off at night from the businesses around. we had to empty the A/C drainage tank every few hours, apparently the issue will be resolved. A/C only in the living area not in the bedroom. we had a loss of power in the area, 3 times within 8 hours, A/c couldn't work without power, 37 degrees celsius, couldn't sleep. had to take cold shower in the morning due to the power cut. Contrary to the host response, the city taxes were paid via PayPal on the check out day as soon as the host requested it. Prior arrival when we asked if there was anything else they needed from us, city taxes were never mentioned therefore we assumed they were included in the paid price. See proof of payment. It is completely beyond me that the host felt the need to make this accusation, after reading my review giving them 7 out of 10. Now down to 6.

• Leeahn (9/5): Supper happy - It was super clean and neat, so I was able to stay quite comfy. The location was amazing. I didn't need to use any public transports at all. Self check in and out were easy enough. Recommend this place a lot! It was really noise unfortunately but as expected. I could hear the people and cars in the street, some noises from the flat above me, and when the main door was opening or closing. But I think it is what it is for this place..

• Vilijakv (10/5): Perfect location, perfect apartment - Apartment is in the very central place. Flat is bigger than usual, it was comfy that it was sitting room and bedroom separate. Stylish midcentury design of apartment. Nice balcony above the central pedestrian street. There is an elevator, good for big luggages.

The host was extremely helpful and answered straight away any questions via text. Good value for money. It was quite noisy at night however you are in the city centre with bars all around you so it’s not a surprise and it didn’t affect our stay.

• Valentina (8/5): Very good value for money - The location was really amazing, 2 minutes walk from the royal palace and lovely restaurants. Also the apartment was fully furnished, the host also left for us coffee sugar few biscuits and water and the communication was great (easy check-in and checkout) There were few broken electrical plugs around the house: we were with little kids so we had to be extra careful. The street is very loud at night, the flat is at the first floor so all the noise can be easily heard… but that’s the price to pay for the really good location.

Tourist office just down the block! Not enough hooks for 4 persons in bathroom and common area to hang outdoor hats, scarves n jackets. Dresser is not enough for 4 persons, pls screw on handles to pull out the drawers. Suggest putting a kind of shade to block the light from the street lamp in the bedroom window .. we wanted to open the window at night and not use the ax but the street lamp was too glaring. The windows to the balcony in the living room was great though 👍🏻

It is in a great location to visit the beautiful sites of Turin, restaurants and shopping. It has a very cute balcony to sit have a coffee. Very good communication from the host and we had a self checkin as we had a late flight. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
• Lena (10/5): Great location, modern and clean! - The apartment was centrally located. Few minutes walk to most touristic destinations (buildings, squares, museums). Lots of shops and food places. Self check-in check out was really convenient. The apartment was clean. Had a fridge and coffee machine and a nice balcony. During the night if you sleep with open windows it can get noisy because it's a popular pedestrian street. Although the noise level was ok and didn't actually disturb us that much.

• Laura (9/5): Wonderful place in the heart of Torino! - Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything one might need, from clean bed sheets, clean bathroom, kitchen with all necessary appliances (induction stove, fridge, coffee maker& coffee+ tea selection for guests, clean vessels), wi-fi. Easy access to take the keys, good& detailed communication with the host, although I received messages in Italian, but google translate is my best friend :) We had some issues with the plug-ins, cause the charger from our laptop was to short and thick for the plug ins, but we solved it with some support from the host. If you experience the same, you can use the adaptor from the TV in the bedroom or the extension cord from the fridge. The apartment is central, which is good and this is what we wanted. However, it is very noisy, because windows are not helping to reduce noise at all and there is a high echo coming from the street. People are passing all night on the street under the apartment, you hear loud and clearly all what they talk; you also hear the trams and starting 6 am local machines start to clean and wash the street.
