• Kristina (8/5): Larnaca en mycket trevlig stad. Bra boende centralt och nära stranden. - Lägenheten låg perfekt i staden, nära stranden och strandpromenaden. Nära till allt man behövde. Lägenheten var modernt inredd och två små balkonger. Det fanns ingen introduktionsbok för micron vad vi såg. Vattenkokaren fungerade inte. Vi fick inte igång TV:n själva. Det var dålig lukt på toaletten typ fuktigt/mögel.

• Zbigniew (3/5): The apartment is only suitable for overnight stays, but it's too expensive. - Only location In the listing, the apartment is 70 m², but actually about 40 m². The bathroom is very small, low, and dirty, with an unpleasant smell from the drain. The kitchen is poorly equipped, there are no wine glasses, and some of the plates and cups are plastic. Cockroaches run around at night.

• joo (10/5): Megvolt mindenünk , nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Csak ajánlani tudom. - Tiszta és kényelmes volt, jó elhelyezkedéssel. Tengerre nyiló kilátás az erkélyről. -
• Anikó (9/5): - Az apartman kitűnő helyen van, a kilátás gyönyörű. Az egyik kanapé sérült volt. A tényleges bejárathoz az épületbe jó lett volna egy fotó vagy térkép.

• Lucyna (10/5): Perfect apartment in a wonderful place - The apartment is on the 4th floor and has two balconies with a beautiful seaview, right at the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with fresh bedlothing and fluffy towels. It had all amenities we needed for a one-week stay, including fast wi-fi. If we come back to Larnaka we will definitly stay in this apaprtment again. No such thing.
• Remmor (9/5): - Хорошее расположение, прекрасный вид (хоть и боковой) на море, цена. 2 комнаты. Одна спальня с кроватью и шкафом, вторая гостиная совмещенная с кухней. Квартира в целом с хорошим ремонтом. Кухня оборудована работающей техникой. К морю приходится проходить через макдональдс. Аппартоменты перед заселением предупреждают, что не дают никаких "раздаточных средств". Но новую губку для посуды я все таки ожидал увидеть. Но нет была только использованая. А найти в ларнаке в субботу вечером новую губку не реально. Но все это мелочи

• Angela Mirela (9/5): Sejur plăcut - Locația, dotările la superlativ, confortabil. Raport calitate-preț bun. Mirosul din baie, ventilatorul doar facea zgomot, în tot sejurul de 7 zile nu s-a făcut curat, nu s-a ridicat gunoiul, nu s-au schimbat prosoapele, lenjeria, hârtie igienică insuficientă.
• Cristian (10/5): Cel mai frumos sejur în Larnaca la sunorama beach apt. - Totul la superlativ, nimic din reviwurile negative, nu tu miros de cartofi prăjiți de la MC Donald, nu miros neplăcut în baie sau apa de la dus ajunsa în dormitor, nu comunicare negativa cu proprietarii, din contra foarte amabili și totul rezolvat repede, nu zgomot de la club, chiar nu știm cei care au avut ceva de reproșat chiar au stat în acest apartament? Recomandam din toată inima, nu ve ți regreta ve ți avea un sejur de vis! Vom reveni cu siguranță, mulțumim! Nimic, de fapt ca sejurul nostru a fost prea scurt, este singurul lucru care nu ne a plăcut! Mulțumim încă o dată!

• Tatjana (6/5): Not worth the money - The apartment looks like in the pictures. It had a very nice view of the sea. The First day I arrived the room was dirty and smelly. I called and had to wait a few hours for cleaners to arrive and kind of clean it. It is a central location, close to the beach, but very loud late in the evenings. One day there was even fireworks and constant honking and yelling. The room was filled with fireworks smoke and was quite uncomfortable. In a few days the bathroom smelled so bad like a sewage I was hardly able to use it. Finally after running water for some time in the sink and the shower the smell subsided.
• Areg (6/5): I would rate 10 if not the worst mattress there - the location is perfect, everything inside was good. the mattress of the bed was tooo soft, it was impossible to sleep, and I had a back pain which I cure till now
• Laura (10/5): Per ansamblu, drăguț. - Very nice apartment, located close to the beach and close to all the places that must be visited. The view is towards the sea, but only partially, it is not a front view. If you dream of seeing the sunrise from your bed, you have no chance! The cleanliness was impeccable in the apartment, except for the bathroom, which was under all criticism for being dirty. I could not find soap and shower gel. The owner was late in responding to messages and could not give good advice. All in all it was a pleasant stay.  The bathroom was very dirty.

• Ariel (9/5): Superb - Prime location. Very comfortable apartment, and has everything you need. There was sewage smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. We also would like more polite online communication with the staff. When we asked them if they can add a folding bed to the flat, we received a message saying that if they find out we are 4 we will "be kicked out". This is not proper language to use... We asked politely, and did not expect such rude reply.
• Dumitru (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment 402 is modern, spacious, clean and has all the necessary equipment. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It has two balconies with a superb sea view. The location is excellent. The contact with the owner was excellent, I received all the necessary information promptly. Thank you. • Moshe (10/5): A place stay for a short time - The apartment is completely in the center. The balcony overlooks the sunrise with a sea view. It is very easy to enter and exit the house. There is no problem with hot water.
• Cynthia (10/5): Perfect - Great location. Amazing view . The kitchen has basic equipment, don’t expect to make fancy dishes :) The owner was really nice and we had great communication with him.
• Moshe (9/5): Superb - The location of the building is perfect. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Living room and kitchen are large enough. The WIFI in the apartment is very good and there is also Netflix and You Tube on the TV. The bathroom is small and there is a smell when it is closed because there is not enough ventilation. Don't expect too much from kitchen utensil.

• Iulian (10/5): Great location - Perfect location, right in the heart of Larnaca. :) Sea view from the two balconies. The apartment is large, clean and well equipped. The sliding balcony window doors aren't quite soundproof. Saturday night clubs and morning construction workers noises were pretty loud.

• Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was modern, clean and placed in a very good location. It was situated in the heart of the city and we were able to see the seaside from our balcony
• Ana.srb (10/5): Great vacation! - Excellent location, view from the terrace, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen if you want to cook something. Communication with the host is great. It is a little bit complicated to find the entrance to the building. The fastest way is to go through the McDonald's restaurant and exit on the other side, so the entrance to the building will be on the right.😁

• Artak (9/5): Perfect location for Larnaca beach holiday. - Location could not be better and great view from the balcony. Size and layout of the apartment was also very good. Communication with host was also very positive. Overall instructions were vague. had to contact the host on couple of occasions to get clarifications. I.e .location and the code of keybox, how to operate the hot water switch. Despite great location, the entrance to the building is from the back street with rubbish bins (this has nothing to do the host but without this experience would be full 10 out of 10).
