• fiona (7/5): Close to airport - V comfortable bedding, good shower., nice room, good transfer The man when we arrived was grumpy & uninterested. He didn't write down the time of our early transfer & showed no interest in it, so I was left worried about it. While they do tell you there is no restaurant & it's isolated, it still makes things difficult when you're travelling. They do have tea & coffee though which is good. The dog was in the doorway when we were leaving for an early morning plane & my neck pillow fell on/near him & when I tried to pick it up, he bit me. While it wasnt a bad bite - no blood drawn - & I realise it was because he got a fright, there should not be a dog in the doorway - neither the dog or I should be put in that position. Had it been a child, it could have been their face or left them sacred of dogs. Also there was dog varking till late. The hotel is expensive for what it offers but has a monopoly position..

• Bas (2/5): Nice hotel, terrible service - The hotel is very nice, clean and pretty. Good facilities and microwave and such to use (no kettle for some reason). We had a rough time. After check in and paying we were told the ac in all the rooms was not working. They gave us 2 fans. With them running the temperature got to 34 C. Afterwards we found out other rooms had ac and we were unlucky. There was no cooperation to get us to another room without us paying full price for a suite, at double our room rate, no discount. When the room started smelling like smoke from outside and we had 5 mosquitos we downgraded to a pod room. This was done for free, but without a discount or partial refund, even though that room was almost 30% cheaper and had shared bathrooms. Overall we feel that the lack of customer care, letting them sleep in 34 C heat while they paid for ac and you have other options available is completely unacceptable. The hotel is nice, but beware that if there are any issues, the personnel will, from our experience, help you in no way.

Tienen unos perros ladrando toda la noche y la madrugada y las paredes son muy finas, cuando llegaban huéspedes se oía todo. Igualmente no hay puerta en el baño y por lo tanto había más luz de lo habitual, dificultando el sueño.

• Laura (9/5): Everything an "Airport hotel" should offer, for a fair price! - The hotel offered exactly what we had hoped for an "Airport hotel": free and punctual shuttle service, a clean and comfortable room, even with some charme, hot shower, spacious bathroom (even with two sinks), A/C, wifi, and even a basic but free breakfast. Perfect! Arranging the shuttle could have been a bit easier, as the staff required a call upon landing and does only speak Spanish.

Selbstbedienung Kaffee Tee Eiswürfel, Microwelle und Geschirr! Morgens kleines Frühstücksbuffet auf die Schnelle kostenlos. Wenn man will auch nur kleine Schlafzellen mit geteilten Bädern.

• Abigail (10/5): - Great location for early flights. Friendly staff. Great parking. Tasteful and spotless. The doors to the toilet and shower stalls are partial height frosted glass. All sounds and smells transmit easily since there isn’t a separate bathroom door.

Sanitäranlagen in sehr gutem Zustand Gemeinschaftsbad und die Zimmergröße (6qm) waren sehr kleingedruckt, das habe ich bei der Reservierung überlesen.

• KIMERS (9/5): Vale la pena la experiencia aunque barata no es 😅 - Una habitación muy completa para cubrir todas las necesidades requeridas por un viajero que espera pasar un buen rato antes de salir de viaje o al lugar donde pasará días de ocio o trabajo. No cuentan con servicio propio de restaurante y sé que no es muy grande, pero desde el estacionamiento a las habitaciones se complica el traslado de equipaje por el empedrado de afuera y las escaleras de adentro.
• Joel (7/5): Hotel Near TGZ Airport but Poor Customer Service - The hotel's location was conveniently five minutes from the Tuxtla International Airport. This was the main reason we stayed at this hotel. The staff needs to be friendlier and more welcoming of their guests. The receptionist upon arrival was not energetic and did not bother to welcome or thank us for our stay. The shuttle driver was lazy and never bothered to get out of the van to help us with our luggage. I gave him a USD $5.00 tip and he still did not help unload our luggage at the airport. All in all, customer service is very important to me. I will not stay at this hotel again due to poor customer service.

• SAMANTHA (10/5): Un buen lugar para descansar. - El concepto de cápsulas me gusto mucho, las instalaciones son muy lindas y acogedoras, y el personal muy amable, fueron por mi al aeropuerto y de regreso al día siguiente sin costo. Tienen una pequeña cocina para poder tomar un refrigerio. La comunicacion con el hotel antes de mi llegada fue muy efectiva.

We slept in and when we went to the breakfast all that was available to us was instant coffee and cereal. There was an empty bowl that had contained something but it was gone by 930am.

На ресепшен есть бесплатный кофе и чай, вот только нет горячей воды в кулере, поэтому чай заварить не представляется возможным. В отеле есть комнаты-капсулы, с общим душем и туалетом, но на booking.com их почему-то нет, а очень жаль, я бы лучше забронировал эту комнату. Отель моментально по звонку в whatsapp присылает машину в аэропорт, ждать почти не пришлось, несмотря на полночь. Из аэропорта ехать пару минут, всего 1 км, днём можно дойти пешком за 15 мин, есть тротуар. Утром даже есть простенький бесплатный завтрак, хотя в бронировании он не указан, это просто инициатива отеля: хлопья, молоко, апельсиновый сок, кофе, хлеб, масло, джем, мед, варёная сгущёнка, печенье, но горячей воды для чая так и не было. 1. Дорого. Я понимаю, что совсем нет альтернативы рядом с аэропортом и этим они пользуются. Но, надо признать, номер цене соответствует. 2. Очень(!!!) слабый напор воды. Для дорогого отеля это непростительно.

• olga (8/5): Perfecto excepto por la ducha - Bonito, limpio, habitación grande con un saloncito encantador. Comodisimo para viajar porque un shutle te lleva gratis al aeropuerto en menos de 5 minutos. Prácticamente no sale agua de la ducha y tampoco sale caliente.

• ALEJANDRO (7/5): Bonito diseño pero poco funcional - Al reservar no esta claro el tipo de habitación y hay unas con baño en la habitacion como la mayoria de los hoteles y nos dieron una alcoba especie de camerino en el que no hay baño interior y el baño es comun para 8 habitaciones, muy poco funcional , las alcobas estan con canceles de vidrio transparente hacia el pasillo hay que tener las cortinas corridas y no hay casi espacio para poder trabajar, por querer hacer algo novedoso de diseño es muy poco práctico se escucha todo entre las habitaciones por el cancel No esta practico el tener alcobas o camerinos sin baño propio

Other guests can be loud and the hallway is like an echo chamber. Perhaps put a sign in the hallways reminding guests to be considerate of their voice level. Hay huéspedes que hablan en una voz alta y el sonido lleva. Deberían tener un aviso para los huéspedes que tomen en cuenta su nivel de voz.
