- Hong (1/5): NEVER NEVER NEVER book this place - The initial communication BEFORE booking was timely I had to end my rental early because the condition of the place is so bad - dirty, mode, damaged, noisy...The Property refused to give me full refund and became not responsive. I understand the Property probably define their business model as "budget-friendly" (I paid $200CAD per night BTW); still the place needs to meet the BASIC cleanliness and maintain a MINIMAL level of health hygiene. For details of the condition of the property, you can visit - https://docs.google.com/document/d/19V6z0HaffctfSxQP5QBIv4vXMuEhnEOYRJ8YDiMch4I/edit?usp=sharing Washroom: - Huge size of Mode and stain on the shower certain - Faucet is dirty - No hanger to hang large tower - Soap dispenser is dusty and rusty - Fan at eye-level above the sink is full of dust Kitchen: - Cabinets are so dirty and greasy that when touched by hand, it’s sticky - Utensils and dishes are dirty and we had to rewash every dish we use - Dirty fridge surface and handle - Range hood is covered with dust and oil stains - Fridge is not even tackled in the cabinet, thus the fridge is protruding out from the cabinet - they didn’t bother to measure the size and order the right fridge Bedrooms: - Dirty duvet with big yellow stain that is so visible - No upper bed sheet to cover the duvet (only one underneath for duvet), so you have a high chance to touch a duvet that hasn’t been washed for a long time - Dirty carpet - Extremely loud window AC. The one in the living room is so loud that you can’t even keep it on while watching TV because you won’t hear a word.
