• maria (1/5): This property falls far below acceptable hospitality standards, both in terms of maintenance and guest care. This was a - During the night, in the middle of a thunderstorm, water started leaking through the apartment ceiling, falling directly onto one of the guests’ face while she was sleeping and onto the bedside table where her phone was charging. The area where the water came through already showed visible stains on the ceiling, which strongly suggests that this was a pre-existing issue. The incident was reported the following morning, but the host neither apologized nor offered any solution for the following night, despite another thunderstorm being forecast. Faced with a situation like this, the complete lack of assistance was unacceptable. In addition, when the booking was made, it had been specifically requested that the sofa bed be prepared so that the two guests could sleep separately. The sofa bed was already in the room but had not been made up. This was also reported together with the water leak. The only response was to leave some bed sheets in a plastic bag, without even making the bed or offering any practical support. The property was contacted again during working hours, but no reply was ever received. It was therefore necessary to contact Booking.com customer service, which in turn also received no response from the property. There were also practical issues with the bathroom. The shower mixer was extremely stiff and difficult to operate. In addition, the shower has a very high step to get in, which makes access unnecessarily uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. More than the physical problems themselves, what was most disappointing was the complete lack of responsibility, empathy and any genuine sense of hospitality. The guests were effectively left alone to deal with a serious inconvenience. Overall, this experience reflects a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic hospitality standards.

• Yuliia (10/5): Ideal for a small company - The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and has everything needed for a stay of any length. The owner provided clear instructions, and check-in was quick—we found the key right away. The three bedrooms are very comfortable, with a large kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a terrace. Thanks to the owner for stocking the refrigerator with water ahead of time, and for the complimentary coffee and spices we had to get us started. Hot water and toiletries were excellent. It was cozy and clean. Everything's fine. It's a little noisy due to construction work in the neighboring building, but that'll pass. I forgot my slippers; it would be great if there were spares in the apartment.

• Tanja (9/5): Schöne großzügige Wohnung mit sonnigem Balkon in toller Lage - Wir haben eine schöne Woche mit der Familie hier verbracht und sowohl die schöne Wohnung als auch die Lage sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat viel Flair mit den hohen, bemalten Decken, dem Holzfußboden und der gemütlichen Einrichtung. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche und noch ein kleineres mit Toilette und Waschbecken, was ideal ist für einen Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen, außerdem eine Spülmachine und eine Waschmaschine. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der sonnige Balkon mit Blick auf die Gärten im Innenhof - für die heiße Jahreszeit auch mit einer Markise versehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt - man tritt aus dem Haus und ist sofort in den kleinen malerischen Gassen mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés und mehreren kleinen Supermärkten ganz um die Ecke. Auch zum Strand und zum Hafen ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert - alle Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet und uns beispielsweise auf Nachfrage ein zweiter Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt. Santa Margherita Ligure hat uns als Ort auch sehr gefallen, und wir würden sehr gerne nochmal hierher zurückkommen. Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln - für sehr ruhebdürftige Menschen ist es höchstens wichtig zu wissen, dass die zwei kleineren Schlafzimmer zur Gasse rausgehen und man dort teilweise Geräusche von den Restaurants hört. Die anderen Zimmer liegen mit Blick auf die Gärten und sind sehr ruhig.

• Paolo (10/5): Wonderful stay, felt like home - The location is top! close to everything, and all the bars/restaurants that were recommended to me, were all within 1-2 min walk. The apartment is beautiful and the beds very comfortable.

• Ashley (7/5): Overall a lovely spacious apartment in central Santa Margherita, location is ideal - The location is very central in Santa Margherita, within walking distance to all amenities and even possible to walk to Portofino from the apartment. Very spacious with plenty of beds if needed and a lovely balcony. The beds were large and comfortable. Check-in was straightforward and host was very responsive. When we arrived one of the beds were left unmade as if someone had slept in it. When I asked the host about this he claimed it was done intentionally because it was just my partner and I staying in the property and we would therefore not require the other bed. This felt like an obvious cover up for a mistake rather than just apologizing for the error. The preparation of the house seemed rushed overall with one door jammed open because of a cot blocking the bedroom entrance. Slightly disappointing seen as there is an additional €60 cleaning fee. Despite these blips I wouldn’t hesitate to return if looking to stay in Santa Margherita again.

Ha tutto ciò di cui una persona ha bisogno - La struttura ha una posizione centrale, tutto a pochi passi compresa la spiaggia libera. Era ben tenuta, con camere grandi e un’ampia cucina. Inoltre c’era tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Qualche volta abbiamo sentito un po’ di chiasso la sera tardi, ma nulla di esagerato. Probabilmente farei aggiustare alcune prese della corrente perché bisognava sempre stare attenti a non tirarle via quando si toglieva il caricabatterie.

Si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Santa Margherita, vicino a locali, negozi,etc. Il soggiorno è terminato in anticipo,a causa di un imprevisto, ma ha lasciato la voglia di tornare per visitare con calma Santa Margherita e il resto delle Cinque Terre

It has a large terrace. Communication with the host was good. Entry is easy, we received clear instructions on time. The heating worked well. There could have been more toilet paper and hand towels.

Host was responsive when we had trouble with opening the door at check in. Loved having an elevator! Toilet in one bathroom would run constantly unless you hit the flush button a few times in a certain way.
