• Sally (3/5): - The location was great. Bedroom smelt dusty and quilt covers were not clean. Windows only opened 10 cm which made it hot and stuffy with no fresh air. There were dirty towels behind the door from the people before us The couch had no cushioning and was very uncomfortable. Probably the oldest I’ve ever seen in accommodation. Messaging about bringing your own linen was confusing , as it was different each time. There was also no Wi-Fi or and Internet connection was limited. This was not in the advertisement when I booked..

• Greg (8/5): Good but could have been better. - Beautiful beachfront location. No air conditioning other than fans. Would have liked wifi too. Linen not provided which was a hassle and extra expense.

• Owen (1/5): A most unsatisfactory experience and in the circumstances a full refund is justified. - A most unsatisfactory experience due to lack of communication from the managing agents. Lack of communication from the managing agents in regard to access to keys. There was no linen or towels available and we were not told so by the managing agents. The managing agents said they could obtain linen & towels the next morning or maybe later in the evening. We were also not aware of the 30 plus stairs. We could not stay in the property and requested a refund of the AUD 661.00
• Tsopanas (3/5): Poor - Location was nice, place was clean enough. The lounge sofa was uncomfortable, old and sunk in when sitting on. The utensils were old, the pots and pans were rusted. The unit needs some attention.

• Karen (7/5): Great location, had to supply own linen. - The location was amazing For the price, the bunk beds weren’t comfortable as you could feel the springs to the point were our friend had to sleep on the lounge.
