• Martin (7/5): Great place but access was poor for able bodied people let along disabled - Clean spacious apartment with most things needed Finding the property was hard and had to collect keys from a local shop with no parking. The car park was extensive and took over 5 minutes to exit. The apartment was a very long walk from the car park space, Im disabled and struggle to walk far, I booked knowing it was in an apartment building with a lift but you needed to walk quite far across a rooftop car park to access one end of the building and literally walk right to the farthest corner where the apartment was

• Teodor (9/5): Comfy stay - We had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in was easy, and it was convenient to leave the keys in the apartment when we left early. The parking on site was easy to find. Someone was parked in our assigned bay, but luckily there were quite a few spaces available, and the host confirmed on which other bay to use. The apartment was surprisingly clean and had everything we needed. One of the sofas turns into a bed, but it’s not very comfortable, while the main bed was really comfy.
• Ray (4/5): Room 309 without a view! - *Great location for our needs. *Spacious apartment. *Comfy bed. *Washing machine/Dishwasher. *Free parking. *Lifts on our floor were out of order. Unable to call the lift to the 3rd floor to exit the building. *Grubby & heavily stained communal corridor floors with an unpleasant scent throughout. *Sofas in the living room stained & soiled. *Mix match of glassware..., only 1 wine glass provided, 1 plastic drinking glass/cup & all the tea cups/mugs provided had coffee stains inside them. This was baffling as there's a usable dishwasher in the property! *Other disappointment was the lack of any City views in apartment 309, as this was the main selling point described on Booking.com!

• Mario (9/5): Excelente lugar a un excelente precio - Apartamento muy grande y completo. Camas cómodas y cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias. Estacionamiento gratis y seguro. Muy bueno para viajar en familia Uno de los ventiladores no funcionaba y había calor dentro del apartamento.

It was hot and the windows do not open, so it got very stuffy in the evening and overnight. It was a particularly hot weekend though (34°C) and so it would likely be more comfortable in normal weather.

• Ae4968 (7/5): it suited us for our trip to Birmingham - the instructions provided were easy to follow travel distance between car park and apartment was more than anticipated and only one lift seemed to be working. Also lighting to the entrance to the right of the Gym Group wasnt very good. Plug socket in bedroom where fan was plugged in needs fixing as not secure to the wall, looked like it needs a bit of a tidy as parts of the bathroom were dirty or needed regrouting, also settee needed a clean too

It would have been nice if I could access keys from the back of the building rather than have to drive to the kerb in the front just near the bus lane. However the owner was very gracious and helped guide me till I safely got inside. Most grateful.

• Gareth (9/5): Superb - Location was ideal for me visiting the cricket. And partner with daughter for shopping. Owners were very pleasant when discussing the booking I advise everyone to check important information as a deposit is required.
