- Qi (9/5): - 整体体验非常好。酒店环境很舒适，房间干净整洁，景色也很棒。交通其实也挺方便，周围有两个地铁站，出行很顺畅。周边Mark is很好逛，而且吃饭的地方晚上营业到很晚，就算回来得晚也能解决吃饭问题。另外酒店楼上就有罗森，买点小东西或宵夜都很方便。 特别想感谢酒店的工作人员。我退房以后不小心把手机落在了房间里，退房后联系酒店，他们非常耐心地帮我查找并确认找到了手机，最后顺利地帮我寄了回来。真的很感激他们的认真和负责。 会推荐给朋友。

- 壁谷 (7/5): 残念です - 海の方に向いているので、とても見晴らしがいいです 良くなかったのは１点だけです それはチェックイン時の接客 15時からがチェックインで15分前に行ったらもう２０組くらい並んでいました。チェックインの15時なっても2組しか進みません それもそのはず、最大5ヶ所で受付ができるのに1～2ヶ所しか受付カウンターは常にあきません さらには一組にたいして時間を掛け過ぎです やっと自分の番になったのは15時25分 なぜか有人ではなく機械の受付に通されました 受付をしていくと、日本人なのにパスポートNoを求められました 近くにいるホテルの方に聞くと、ホテル側の間違いらしい こんなにチェックインで時間のかかったホテルは今までありませんでした 私の後ろも５０組くらいは並んでました 相当時間が掛かるだろうなと思いました 見晴らし、お部屋、設備はすごくいいのに勿体ないです せめてカウンターはすべて開けて対応するべきです チェックアウトは部屋のテレビで出来ると書いてあったので、チェックアウトまであんなに時間がかかったらまた腹が立つので、テレビでチェックアウトをしてカードキ－はカウンター横のキ－入れに入れとサッと帰りました

- Megumi (8/5): 配信を充分に堪能できたので、良かった - 部屋の天井が高くて開放感があった 配信を見たかったので、大きなテレビが良かった 自動チェックイン3台とフロント受付3人もいるのに、チェックインに時間がかかり過ぎです。30分並んで名前を告げたら自動チェックイン機でできますと言われた アイスが溶けました あと、環境に優しいのかもしれませんが、スリッパは使い捨ての方が良かったです

- YUKA (9/5): 快適な休日 - 部屋は清潔感がありシンプルで落ち着いた雰囲気で満足です。 周りも静かでリラックス出来ました。 良くない点はありませんが、洗面台が部屋の中に設置されているので夜中にお手洗いの後、手を洗う音がするので相手に気を使いました。

Conveniently located close to the shopping centre and train station. Checking in took a while. I would advise organising a QR code for priority check in before arriving to avoid long lines and wait times.

- 吉澤 (9/5): - ぴあアリーナMM利用のため宿泊しました。 デッキがあり移動がスムーズでした。 駅から近くお店が沢山ありとても快適に過ごすことができました。
- Chiaoting (10/5): Great location, spacious and comfy, and worth the price. - 離港未來站步行約5-6分鐘，好天氣時拖著行李沒問題，沿路都有電梯或者平路。但如果遇到下雨天，這個距離叫車有點尷尬、走路又會濕掉。走去櫻木町車站有連通道，但是很大一部份是露天，一樣會淋雨。不過離橫濱美術館、港未來21，以及和港未來站共構的地標廣場與皇后廣場很近，１個小街口的距離，食物和購物都非常方便。住房可以免費跟櫃檯索取瓶裝水（水龍頭的水有消毒水味），房間裡還有sony 藍牙音響可以使用。住房空間很舒適，吹風機是Refa（風量不大，長髮不方便；捲髮無烘罩）。不過拖鞋是皮的，非免洗。
- chieko (8/5): みなとみらいの夜景、その心は綺麗 - 料理も 美味しかったです。お部屋もロケーションも良かったです 隣合せではありましたが、コネクションルームならなおよかった。 男性がいたので シャワーの時 扉はありましたが 小さくても水のかからない脱衣のスペースがあれば 尚ベターかな。

- Sandrine FI (9/5): - La vue panoramique sur la mer est magnifique, de même que la terrasse ouverte. Le personnel a su répondre à notre demande avec précision et courtoisie. Elle a traduit par téléphone notre demande auprès d'un restaurant où nous avions déjeuné et avions oublié notre téléphone. Nous l'avons récupéré dès le lendemain matin, le personnel du restaurant était au courant. Elle nous a rendu un grand service . Grand merci au personnel de l’accueil qui a travaille dans la soiree du 7 avril a 20h00. Merci beaucoup. Rien.

- Ikki (10/5): 横浜に泊まるならここともう一つのホテルの２択かなぁ！ - 約3年ぶりに宿泊させていただきました。 やはりみなとみらいという立地の良さ、大体の横浜の観光スポットに程よく近いので動きやすかったです。 全ての客室が21階〜という事でロケーションが良くみなとみらいの景色を楽しめます（自分が泊まった部屋は向かいがビルでしたが…） 製氷機にコインランドリーもあるので最近よく耳にする「ホカンス」にも向いていると思います。 向かいの部屋がビルだったのでせっかくのロケーションが楽しみづらかったところです。ただ立地が良い分、ビルが多いのは仕方のない事なのでそこまで気にしていません。

- Rabia (9/5): Oase van rust - Ruime kamers, mooi hotel en veel extra’s in de kamers. Het buitenzwembad was gesloten wegens slecht weer. Hier hebben we geen gebruik van kunnen maken tijdens ons verblijf.
