• Nicholson (5/5): - Location Facilities almost non existent. 2 mugs in the cupboard 1 very wonky frying pan Oven only works as a grill Toilet seat hanging off Shower head mounting horizontal so it just fires across the room Internet not working Boiler is either on or off (no thermostat) Kitchen tap not fixed to worktop However as I was working away these issue could be overlooked but i certainly wouldn’t book if your expecting anything more than “just about functional” It was clean and tidy
• Nita (3/5): The location was good and the apartments were quiet. All the interior facilities were disappointing. It was too dark at - The location was good and it was quiet. It was warm. The washing machine and fridge worked well and both were clean. A couple of stainless steel saucepans were good. It was spacious. The sofa was hard and uncomfortable. The oven was old and not clean. It took over half an hour to reach temperature. The kitchen was dark and the light over the gas hot plates did not work. There were only two old battered cooking trays and a small greasy frying pan. There was no strainer to use when cooking vegetables, rice etc. There were no oven gloves and only one tea towel. The mixer tap in the sink was loose and hadn’t been securely installed. The shower head was not adjustable so the water came out horizontally and hit me in the face, the actual head wasn’t much larger than a toothbrush. The initial description stated that there was a drying rack but not one there, we asked the host if he could supply one and it took two weeks to get one. The iron couldn’t be used as the water tank was held together with glue that looked as though it had been there for a long time. When I filled it with water, the water just poured out immediately. We asked for a replacement but never received one. There was no vacuum cleaner unlike every other accommodation we had stayed in. There was a broom and a mop which we had to soak and wash several times before we used them.

• Abigail (1/5): Neighbours had a party which interrupted my stay and caused me to leave early - The property is spacious enough for a family Owners are incredibly rude. No professionalism at all. Told me to check in at 7pm because of late cleaners. Ended up checking in at 6pm. Accused of things I did not do. Would not recommend to book at all. The lady is nice but the man is very aggressive in tone and text.

• Anderson (6/5): Great location but let down by fittings - Great location, close to the station in Wimbledon. Only 2 towels provided for 4 adults. The mattresses on the beds were poor quality too.

• Maria (5/5): Great location but too dirty, I wouldn’t come back - The location is great. We knew the area very well so it was lovely to be able to be so close. It was just perfect for us. Train station is very close and everything else that you may need. Beds are comfy. At first glance it looked ok but then we realised that There was dust everywhere, especially under the beds and on the heathers. It seemed like some places haven’t been cleaned properly in ages. Whoever their cleaners are they need to change them. Also we requested a cot (which they said it was available under request) but they never replied and so never provided. Luckily there were 2 beds and one of us slept in the same bed with the baby. But still not ideal, just say you don’t have it.

• 8888_8888 (6/5): Budget apartment in easy distance of Wimbledon town. - The closeness of the property to Wimbledon town area. Free car parking at the rear of the property for residents and their guests. Problems getting the code for the lock box from the owner, also the apartment needed a good vacuum cleaning.
• Lynne (5/5): Not elegant or luxurious e - When we arrived no one answered the phone to get the key from the lock box. Eventually we got a message via booking.com. the property smelled of smoke. We were told it came from the vents. We found an unlabelled box of medication/drugs in the kitchen cupboard. Messaged and got no reply. As others have said there was a dirty sponge to wash dishes with. No toiletries. The toilet seat did not fit well and moved. The shower was attached to the wall but unmovable unable to shower properly. The kitchen tap moved about and the floors were unclean. There was mold and dirt on the windows and no ariel to watch normal tv. Also no glasses to drink out of. It was definitely not a luxurious or elegant stay as advertised when I booked the property. It was quiet and comfortable at night but every day the smell of smoke reeked and I feel we are due a refund.
• Elaine (8/5): Excellent quiet location, in Wimbledon close to all the amenities. - Location brilliant. Good lay out of the place. No USB points, therefore difficult to charge any devices.

• Daniel (5/5): Passable - The property was fine. Clean and comfortable. They charged me £250 for posting the keys on departure as they didn't send me the lock box code after they said the would. Deduct without my knowledge or consent.
• Shannon (8/5): Close to Wimbledon station and high street - Very close to the high street and trains. Beds were big and comfy. Netflix was a bonus. Oven and microwave was appreciated Smelled slightly of cigarettes. No kitchen roll or coffee and only one roll of toilet paper for the three of us over a three day stay.
• Piotr (6/5): It is an overstatement to call the apartament elegant and Luxury. - Location close to Wimbledon station, shops and restaurants. Living room was quite pleasent. It was not clean. There were spiderwebs, dirty sponges and a terrible smelll of cigarettes that we could not get rid off till the end. The worse thing was the lack of shower curtain in the bathroom which meant it was very uncomfortable to shower without overflooding the bathroom. Very few dishes, no tea towels which made the usage of kitchen very unpleasent. The owners were not reaponsive.

• Miki (7/5): Comfortable enough and enjoyed staining in London. - The location and having a parking space are really good. The apartment itself was clean enough but equipped minimum. It would have been better if there was a clean sponge for dishes( it looked not clean enough to wash dishes with and I didn’t use it… ) few more tea towels, two bath towels par personne ( small and big) and shampoo, conditioner, body soap etc which don’t look like left over of someone’s… ( we used our own shampoo etc ) The price I paid, I would expect to have those things in place. Overall, the apartment was calm and practical, just little touche of improvement would be perfect. Thank you. Smelled cigarette in the kitchen,

• Justinas (9/5): Good value of money, plenty space for improvement - Comfortable beds, good location The staff could be more responsive, i have callef to receive the code for the lockbox in advance and was told that they will call me back in couple of minutes. We have waited like 20-30 min outside the house and no call back. I havr called again and the guy told that he have forgot to call me even if he saw as waiting.
• Robin (9/5): Excellent location to visit London and see the sights - Excellent location, 8 min walk to Wimbledon station along the high street lined with restaurants and shops. From there 20 min to Waterloo Fairly basic, and the bathroom looks quite old. But everything works and the kitchen has all necessary appliances.
