Rude owner Despite warning 2 hours prior of our arrival, once on site nobody answered the door, nor the phone for about 45minutes. Despite 10 calls and text message. We waited in the street for aomebody to open us. The owner blames the phone network and then accused us and blamed us for not calling again. I would not recomend at all

Encantado siempre que voy cada vez mejor atendido, excelentes anfitriones siempre será una experiencia maravillosa hospedarme con ustedes, gracias a Cristian, Carlos y Ofelia por ese calor humano y la atención. • Kelly (7/5): basic apartment at a good location. - Good location, spacious apartment, clean. Basically everything that has been written has not been addressed. Lack of kitchen utensils, somewhat uncomfortable beds, no towel or mat in the bathroom, very uncomfortable and small table and chairs. It is a bit Spartan, we have had better value for money.
• Lionel (7/5): Just adequate. - It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers. Shower was good with hot water. Hosts were friendly and available. When basic things were missing they supplied them for us. Plenty of warm blankets. Close to the town square and supermarket. The place had a very spartan feel - felt a bit like you were camping. They asked us to sign a list of things in the apartment when we arrived but many of the things listed were not there There were not enough plates, no knives for spreading, no seats that you could sit and relax in, just three folding seats for sitting at the table. The small heater pictured in the listing was not there. WiFi was variable, worked fine sometimes and at others didn't work at all. Certainly unreliable for streaming. The place was very noisy. At any time during the day and early evening there was a lot of noise from motorcycles and trucks, partly because the place is on a steep hill.
