• Matteo (9/5): Ottima location - Comoda location, eravamo in 3 per una sola notte. Massima disponibilità dei proprietari, appartamento pulito con tutti i servizi necessari (biancheria, asciugamani, doccia/shampoo ecc ecc) Uno dei tre ha dormito su una poltrona letto in soggiorno, per 1 o 2 notti va benissimo, magari per più notti può risultare scomodo.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Wyjątkowo miły i pomocny gospodarz - Wspaniały gospodarz! Jasne instrukcje, świetny kontakt i chęć pomocy godna pochwały. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, świetnie wyposażony i naprawdę miło się tam przebywa.
• Manuel (4/5): - Ho trovato la camera un pò sporca, il copri divano era pieno di macchie bianche... la mattina non siamo riusciti a fare il caffè perchè alla macchinetta che era collegata alla corrente tramite una multi presa, non arrivava corrente in quanto la multi presa stessa era stata staccata e siccome la spina finiva dietro al mobile era impossibile da collegare. Brutta esperienza... un B&B con una sola B!

• Marcin (9/5): - Wakacje 2+2. Mieszkanie znajduje się na pierwszym piętrze budynku 1 piętrowego z windą. Z okien i tarasu widok na ogródki innych lokali w tym budynku naprzeciw. Po skosie w lewą stronę widać stację benzynową usytuowaną na głównej ulicy. Mieszkanie czyste i schludne. Choć moim zdaniem potrzebuje liftingu. Czasy nowości już ma za sobą. Meldunek w lokalu idealny dla ludzi którzy nie lubią kontaktów. Wszystko idealne rozpisane w wiadomości od właściciela jak dostać się do mieszkania. Jest klimatyzacja we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Choć w sypialni jej nie włączaliśmy bo coś z niej cuchnęło. Salon z aneksem kuchennym w której ugotujesz co chcesz. Oszklony taras ze stołem przy którym można odpocząć i porozmawiać rodzinnie. Nie ma miejsca parkingowego. Trzeba szukać wolnych miejsc na zewnątrz ,przy ulicy.. Choć budynek ma garaże podziemne. Ogólnie miejsce położone w fajnej lokalizacji, niedaleko Castel Gandolfo. 15 min samochodem od parkingu (bezpieczny, 1.5 euro za 12h) przy metrze Cinecitta. Byłoby ciężko bez samochodu. Komunikacja miejska jeździ ale to jednak komunikacja musisz się dostosować. Niedaleko restauracja , p. Luigina jak matka wytłumaczy i poda najlepsze swoje dania.. Polecamy z uwagi na lokalizację. Odpoczniesz po całym dniu spacerów po centrum Rzymu. Mieszkanie potrzebuje małego liftingu. Brak prywatnego miejsca parkingowego.

• Tomas (10/5): Perfect, new, modern and well equipped appartment in a quite area. Beyond all expectations - best booking I have ever ha - Perfect, modern, new appartment, comfortable beds. Nice terrace to have breakfast. Located in a very quite area. We rested so good after a long day exploring Rome. Just perfect. And the price is so good! The host is very friendly and helpful, always quick to respond.

• Linas (10/5): Nice apartment with amazing balcony and glass terrace - There was some couple which was living in that apartment for 3 months, so basically you can find everything you need. Myself I enjoyed balcony and terrace in it. Balcony is huge and in it there is glass terrace with air conditioning. Always find place for parking (free), all neighborhood looked nice. Maybe shower was kind of little, but no problem for us.

The location is far away from Rome, we had to take the car to a parking at the train station, then the train to Termini. But this is a detail you learn just when you book the room, it cannot be a surprise. Still, a 10/10 accommodation. I recommend.
