• Bin (10/5): 这几年遇到最好的公寓房！主要是主人热情好客，房间布置好，Kassel市内的风景也很美。 - 女主人非常Nice，亲自向我交付钥匙，我问她Kassel市内购物情况，都非常详细的告诉我。 房间布置非常温馨、舒适，用了很多心思，每个细节都设置得很好，连餐具的摆放都非常规整，卫生一尘不染。我不小心把窗帘弄掉了，她也说没有关系，会自行修好。 晚上休息非常安静，没有噪声，我一觉睡到天亮。住进去有一种回家的感觉，这几年走了很多公寓房，这是最温馨舒适的一间。向大家推荐。

We honestly would have loved to stay longer, but we had to continue our journey. • Henri (10/5): - The host was amazing and there were so many details that made our stay expectional! Really fun penthouse accommodation that had everything that was needed for a 4-person family. Lots of things for the kids as well. Kichen was well equipped.
• thomas (10/5): Sehr schönes Apartment - Das zentral gelegene Apartment war sehr sauber und modern, mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Kaffee, große Teeauswahl, Bädemäntel, Duschgel, großer Fernseher, Radio, super Küchenausstattung… uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Praktisch war auch, dass wir direkt vor dem Apartment parken konnten. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen!

• Atila (1/5): Wir sind erfroren katastrophal - Gibt nichts Gutes über diese rbnb zu schreiben. Uns wurde vorab nicht mitgeteilt, dass die Heizungen erst ab dem zweiten Tag funktionieren und ab 20 Uhr automatisch heruntergefahren werden, weshalb wir nach unserem späten Check-in die erste Nacht in einer eiskalten Unterkunft verbringen mussten. Beim Check-out kam es zusätzlich zu einer Besprechung wegen der Heizungen und Heizkörper, bei der die Gastgeberin sehr unhöflich in die Airbnb ging, mehrfach betonte, dass es für sie persönlich „total warm“ sei, und unsere Situation in einem respektlosen Ton abtat. Zudem wurde uns erst beim Check-out am dritten Tag vorgeworfen, wir hätten nur für eine Person gebucht, obwohl wir zu zweit waren und selbst unsere Bitte um eine kleine Entschädigung in Form von zwei Stunden späterem Check-out wurde unhöflich abgelehnt, insgesamt eine Erfahrung mit extrem schlechter Kommunikation, fehlender Transparenz und keinerlei Entgegenkommen.

• Lucia (8/5): Beautiful little studio apartment with parking in front - Beautiful apartment, fully equipped kitchen, host communication was very friendly, parking in front of the door, perfect place for short or longer stay as long as you come by car, sofabed was surprisingly comfortable As there is no dishwasher I would have liked to have a sponge to wash the dishes. I was also missing shampoo or body soap in the shower.
