- Sherry (8/5): We enjoyed the setting and its proximity to Dollywood and the Island. - It was on a mountain, but close to everything. We had to drive, but we could hear the people scream faintly from rides at Dollywood. However you only heard them when you were outside so it wasn’t a problem! The hosts were very prompt in answering questions and check in was easy. It’s an older quaint property, but was clean and adequate for our needs. We enjoyed our stay. Nothing except it’s an older condo and shows a little age. However it fits well in the mountain setting.
- Terry (4/5): We made do with all the issues - great family memories made during our daily outings - Privacy, safety , close proximity to Dollywood , various venues, eateries, quiet, ample parking Bedding was excellent. Comfortable sofa and love seat, 2 balconies was nice No light over stove( microwave light) was not working, downstairs toilet ran off n on- on n off 24x7, had to keep door shut to prevent from hearing it, both floor lamps did not work, turn knob on one table lamp was wallowed out in living room, floor lamps in master bedroom did not work, shower head( wand ) broken in master bath, loose tile at shower entry in master bath, sink in second bedroom drained extremely slow like it was stopped up, vary sparsely furnished kitchen as far as cookware, only one tablespoon in cutlery Very poorly maintained- worst rental I’ve ever rented be it Booking, Airbnb, VRBO , etc.

- Claire (9/5): Sunset over the Smokies, tired and happy! - The view! Proximity to Dollywood and the town but a rural feel. And the view!! Great facilities including laundry etc. It feels a little tired but as someone who has a holiday rental in the UK I know how hard it is to get in to refresh paintwork etc if your property is popular. Instructions for Wi-Fi in the welcome pack would have saved 10 minutes working it out!

- David (9/5): Superb - Everything was great. I liked the privacy you get right in the middle of everything. Easy process throughout. I will stay again and recommend it to others. The only complaint I have is the water pressure seemed a little low in the master bathroom. But in all fairness mine at home is like a fire hydrant. Great stay
