• Kets (10/5): We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the accommodation. - Very well located, comfortable and cozy. Well equipped. A mall (Gaisano Mactan Mall) as well as various resorts are nearby. With the airport being close, it makes it easier to travel from one island to another. There’s a small issue with the air conditioning draining onto the balcony. It’s not too much of a problem, but sometimes you need to empty the bucket underneath to prevent overflow. The parking spot in P27 was occasionally taken, but overall it wasn’t a big deal.

• Venecio (10/5): A great place to stay away from home! - Like the ambience, the calmness of the area… And I love the pool. If there’s something that I was looking for, maybe some convenience store, shops around that would be amazing!
• Monika (10/5): Recommend! - Clean, cozy, had everything you need. And very comfortable bed. I stayed only for 1 night but had a great sleep. At the morning there was some construction work going on on the outside which made a lot of noise. But I was too exhausted to care ;)
• Olivia (6/5): Overall it’s a mixed review as the place is spacious, looks cosy & modern and exactly like the pictures which is gre - So it’s a newish development which they say is only 5 years old, with its own security. The room is exactly how it looks and looks modern and cosy with a balcony and Netflix! Unfortunately the google maps location sent us to a dirt track road on the side and we had to try to figure out how to find the property through changing the terrain on google maps and looking for ourselves and the address is wrong. It’s says it’s 5 years old but it’s still looking like it’s being built and half empty which is very strange - it didn’t feel so safe unfortunately, but it could have just been as it was late at night and no one knew we were coming at the front gate and then wrong address situation- but as a solo female traveller you need to be careful - especially as the room is accessible with a code that anyone of the staff could have, it’s not with a physical key. Plus the security team didn’t even know we were coming and kept asking from a room number/flat number but I didn’t know this :/ Also when we go into the room, it’s spacious and looks cosy and modern and exactly like the pictures which is great as it really does look great, but there was a horribleeeeee smell like poo/sewage :( I don’t know if this is because of something with the building itself and not the fault of the property owner or if it’s because of cleanliness but I’m not sure. So we didn’t end up staying as the smell was so bad, even though the property itself looked good! It’s hard to tell if maybe it was just a bad drainage day situation or this is an ongoing issue for the property, but I just wanted to be honest. Overall it’s a hard review as the flat does look lovely and the host was wet helpful and even gave us our money back, and I’m not sure if the sewage smell was just a one day issue or not, but these were our overall thoughts to be helpful for future guests! Maybe it was just a bad drainage day and we got unlucky!

• John (8/5): Newer condo, quiet and comfortable. - Very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Good communication with host. Had personal business to attend to, and for that it was perfect. No good restaurants within walking distance. But we had a car and several nice resorts with great restaurants are only 15 min away.
