Thuy (10/5): I had a really good time - I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect – it's easy to get around, and you’re close to everything you need in Hanoi. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. It made my time in Hanoi truly memorable and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city

Elīna (6/5): Much more worn out as in the pictures. - The property was in great location. Ok for the price I guess. The place was not so nice as in the pictures, much more worn out. Found a hair on bathtub when we arrived.

Huong (10/5): Exceptional - I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people. The bathroom and shower were excellent. You could tell that Inam made sure that the apartment is very clean. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For the price, I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.
Ta (9/5): Superb - We had a great time at Inam Home. The communication was super easy and quick. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighbourhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there
Charmian (1/5): Horrible experience, would NOT recommend at all. - Nothing. The check-in instructions were not sent in advance to us and we had to stand outside the property under a little shelter with heavy rain, waiting for access to the apartment. The moment we stepped into the apartment, there was a pungent and unpleasant odour. The couch was stained, bathroom was filthy and smelly. And TV didn’t work at all - TV channels, Netflix, Youtube - all did not work. And imagine our utter dismay that the washer/dryer is a shared one that was located on the 5th floor (only stairs in the building) instead of a private one in our apartment! We had a small load of laundry to wash, and the clothes were still not dry despite 90 minutes of drying on medium heat. There was no screen or curtain for the bath, and no bath mat provided so the entire floor was wet after bathing. Only 1 bath towel was provided per guest - no hand towels, face towels, bath mats etc. We had to pay in cash for the apartment, and since we arrived late, their staff had gone home and we were told they would be here at 7-8am the next morning. Since we had a long day of travel, I informed the host that the money will be left in the lockbox downstairs where we collected the key from so we could sleep a little more. Despite this, we were rudely awaken at 8am by the staff banging on our door for the payment. She was speaking very loudly in Vietnamese to us, presumably asking for the payment but did not understand when we told her the money was already left downstairs inside the lockbox for the key. The apartment was so bad that even though we booked for 2 nights of stay, we left after 1 night and looked for alternative accommodation because we couldn’t stand being in there any longer! Honestly, it would have completely ruined our trip if we stayed there for our precious last 2 nights in Vietnam. Also, if you look at the highly rated reviews, it is left by local Vietnamese accounts which should probably tell you they aren’t real/truthful.
