• artiodactyl (10/5): Exceptional hospitality and a perfect stay - Before commenting on the apartment itself, I would like to say how truly impressed we were by the hosts, especially Mrs Sabrina. On our last day, both of our children got sick, and we asked whether the apartment was booked so that we could possibly pay for a late check-out, as our return flight was late in the evening. Luckily, the next guests were arriving late, and our stay was extended until 7:00 PM free of charge. Truly outstanding hospitality and understanding. The apartment itself is excellent – spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, literally everything you might need is available. The apartment also has a wonderful terrace. The building is located in a very nice area of the city. Shops, restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies are nearby, and what is even more important, public transport, the city center and the beach are all within walking distance. Once again, thank you for your hospitality. Highly recommended accommodation! Muchas gracias por todo!
• Олена (5/5): - Owners became in time, without any problems. Location is perfect. Infrastructure awesome. In this case we got a troble, our deposit were blocked. We had tried to solve this problem from home state but we can`t, but owners said in last day of our trip we`ll unblock it but it still locked. I had few discusses with banks and owners but troght 2 weeks they still locked. Across deposit problem another one there was a dirty sofa in main room, in other cases everything was well.

• Sharon (10/5): Wonderful accommodation - Great communication with our hosts. Apartment was clean, well furnished with tasteful modern decor, and had great facilities. Apartment had heating aswell as a/c We also liked the little cleaning pack with wash detergent etc. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great too, close to the tram station and airport shuttle route. We would definitely stay here again ! Nothing, no faults to mention
• Patryk (7/5): Nice spacy appartment in the centre of Alicante - The location is perfect. The setting of rooms is very comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Upon check in when we entered the appartment we were hit by stench of cigarettes. Not nice. Thankfully, we got rid of it quite quickly by ventilating the rooms - however you could still smell it on sofa. The walls in smaller bedroom are very thin so we heard neighbors watching tv late at night. We were surprised to learn at check in that there's additional 200eur deposit needed - I checked and it is stated somwhere by the end of rules&conditions however it should be clearly reminded in welcome communications. Also, is it really needed if one book via Booking and is premium user with clear history? Not comfortable. The lady that checked us in was kind, but later we communicated with general support from this big company and basically they rejected to provide us with another duvet. For 2 of us in one bed the one provided was too small and we had to use additional thin blanket. It was ok eventually, but we obviously felt ignorred.

• Rusu (7/5): Overall the acommodation is good for the money. - The property has all amenities, linen and all necessary things you need. It wasnt very clean. Insects were in bedrooms as well.
