• Michal (5/5): Great location. Run down and dirty appartment. - - The location is excellent - Check in & check out was simple (key-box) - host was responsive, when internet did not work proposed to come and solve it at 9PM - the terrace is amazing, large and quite - we had to vacuum the bathroom as it was full of hair from previous tenants - bathroom was moldy and had smell from the “canalization” - very run down place which would need a bit of repairs (such as the main door does not fully close , if you lock ot it is locked but there is about a 0.5 cm leeway). - parking is public and requires paying (7 Euro a day)

• Sobczak (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt, wspaniałe miejsce. - Mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne. Dużym atutem jest wielki taras na którym chillowalismy wieczorami a rankiem jedliśmy śniadania. W mieszkaniu znajduje się wszystko co potrzebne. Wielki i ogromny plus za dostęp do kawy bez wyliczania kapsułek na dany dzień ❤️ Nie było nic takiego.

• Zlatko (10/5): Preporuka za smještaj u Zadru - Apartman je bio uredan, čist te sa svim osnovnim stvarima što je potrebno za prvu ruku. Lokacija apartmana je izuzetna jer se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini Branimirove obale i samog gradskog mosta te svih sadržaja kao i ulaza na poluotok. Apartman krasi prostrana terasa na kojoj se nalazi veliki stol sa stolicama kao i kutna sjedeća garnitura na kojoj se može uživati. Parking smo imali odmah uz apartman koji nismo ništa platili.

• Clément (6/5): Bon séjour, sauf les désagréments d'un ménage partiel. - Le logement est spacieux et très bien situé. La terrasse dehors est agréable. L'hôte est réactive aux messages. Le rangement dans l'appartement est un peu brouillon. Le ménage n'était pas correctement fait et ce, malheureusement même après un deuxième passage. L'eau chaude était un peu longue à venir.

• Sam (10/5): Fantastic stay - A fantastic property with great facilities and a nice balcony. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with. The location is great with a convenience store next door and near the bridge into the old town.

• Eva (4/5): - Schöne zweckmässige Wohnung, 1. Stock Hochhaus . 1. Stock Hochhaus mit Toplage u Aussicht nur leider Zugang zu Dach abgeschlossen , Sicht in Hinterhof. Preis überbezahlt für Seafront ist eine Lüge!

• Urszula (10/5): - Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko na plażę oraz fo centrum. Brak bezpłatnych parkingów. Na płatnych w godzinach szczytu również ciężko znaleźć wolne miejsce.

• Cristian (9/5): Great value, fully furnished and convenient, would definitely stay again! - Had everything I needed, very conveniently located right by the bridge to old town. Apartment comes with a kitchen, couch, 2 beds, and furnished outdoor patio. Very clean! Also a quick walk to nearby grocery stores. The only issue we had was the shower drain not draining water correctly and forming a large puddle when trying to shower. Everything else was great!

• Linda (9/5): Beautiful apartment - The apartment is very spacious, clean, bright and very comfortable. It is a five minutes walk from old town, restaurants and bars are close by. It has a terrace which is large and has comfortable furniture. It is on floor VR in lift, between ground floor and floor 1. We had trouble finding it. A local helped us. There was no toaster. The microwave was on top of fridge and couldn't reach it.
