• lewis (1/5): Terrible all around - Nothing Everything, it was dirty, loud and not remotely like the pics
• Rubina (1/5): A disappointing stay due to an overpowering smoke smell and no response from the host. - Disappointing stay due to an unresolved smoke smell and lack of communication from the host. There was a very strong smoke smell throughout the property, which made the stay uncomfortable. I reported this to the host but received no response. The issue was not addressed during or after my stay. The property was very dirty and had a strong, lingering smoke smell throughout. It was not cleaned properly before my arrival. I reported these issues, but the host never responded, and nothing was done to resolve the situation.

• Steve (1/5): Apart from location, this place is not what you expect. Ignore the pictures, the place really isn’t that nice. Glad the - Location and that is it!!!!! Do not book!!! Cleanliness, security, noise, not as the pictures look. We got locked out the property, bathroom window doesn’t close, so property can’t be secure for personal items. Place is filthy, hasn’t had a deep clean in god knows how’s long. You name it and it’s disgusting! Floors, rugs, floor mats, doors, shower. Had a ringing noise from landing, to be told it will be fixed, shock horror it wasn’t. Bathroom door lock/handle falling apart, skirting hanging off, door damaged, tv outside smashed up. Noise from upstairs unbelievably bad. Upkeep all around the apart is not up to standard. Yes I complained, booking.com don’t seem to take you seriously.
• Payne (8/5): It was nice but could have been better - I loved the fact that there was WiFi and I could watch anything on the TV. Decor was very calming. Upstairs always so loud . Bed has got thinner from last time bit springy . The toilet door didn't close and neither does the front door.

• Anthony (2/5): Very poor - Was conveniently located near where I needed to go It was dirty , bed hadn't had clean sheets on was hair in the bed and even a few fake eyelashes. The whole apartment smelt of cannabis smoke and was cold and dingy.

• Mumit (10/5): Wonderful Stay!!! - Private entrance and having the freedom of movement. Love the facilities and everything you need in one room. Smells slightly due to because of the damp I think but it was overpowering or anything. I cannot complain about anything else because it was actually great.
• Elza (4/5): Won’t be back - Location was near where we needed to be The pictures are not a true representation of the whole apartment studio bathroom is in poor condition bed cheap and mattress thin people above are like elephants and don’t sleep noise level from above was awful

• Allen (4/5): Disappointing - The flat was conveniently located for travelling into London and did provide some very basic amenities eg towels but they are small and only 2 (no hand towel or tea towel and the only warm room is the living room/bedroom so we had to walk through to dry our hands each time). I was very disappointed that the property was advertised as having free parking yet on arrival we were told that we could only park outside for 2 hours to unload the car and were then directed to a pay and display car park over the road. This meant parking cost us >£25 for the weekend in the end. The flat is fine for our purposes but quite rough around the edges. Attention to detail is missing throughout.

• Nohelly (10/5): Exceptional - I recommend the apartment, it is like it is in the photos, it has good decoration and a large bed for a good rest. A nice big television. The kitchen has all the kitchen utensils and they left me a little bit of everything, excellent, I appreciate it. The bathroom is super spacious and the water comes out deliciously hot for a great shower and relaxation. They left me many toiletries. The only bad thing is the noise from the neighbors upstairs, they don't respect the sleep of others, a lot of loud voices, they slam the doors and go up and down, too much noise. It's super uncomfortable. The Host is very helpful. Thanks.
• Faye (6/5): Not at all cozy or stylish im afraid - The shower was very good Matress, cheap and thin. Kitchen, not very clean. I would not say this studio was stylish at all. Basic at best!
• Donna (7/5): Great stay again, love this little cosy apartment. Its perfect - Location, comfort. Lovely big tv and good wifi Living room heater doesnt work/ or coupd not get to work 2nd time staying. Kitchen heater works fine. Noise from above is abit distracting as can hear everything.

• Donna (6/5): Was short and pleasant enough, looking forward to next time. - Its a lovely little place, nice finishing touches. Great location, everything thats needed. Booked for two nights so thought we should have had an extra towel or two. Hot water wasnt on so shower was cold and i struggled to find the bouler. Number given wasnt going through and they didnt answer my message at all. Even after i found it and sorted it, i didnt get any response. Noise feom the flat above is too much if you need a good nigjts sleep. On a normal day i wouldnt be so bothered but i was extremely tired and got no sleep the first night so cut my stay short and didnt stay for the 2nd. But will not deter me from staying again. The place is lovely and the host has apologised.

• Shawna (7/5): Amazing location & comfy room - The room was lovely, well decorated and in a great location to the station (literally 5 mins walk) and also to another venue we needed to get to (14 mins walk). Loved the extra detail of having toiletries in the bathroom including toothbrushes which was a very nice touch & the bottles of water in the fridge. Felt like a real hotel with those amenities. Also although reviews have said the upstairs neighbours were loud, we didn't hear them and was able to sleep through the night peacefully. There was only one set of towels (hand towel & bath towel) although the room was booked for two people. The rug was a little dirty could do with a wash and I think a hand towel should be placed in the bathroom for drying hands after washing.

• Anonymous (9/5): very warm welcoming appartment such a confertable bed - the bed was so comfortable everything you need and value for money very cosy very clean and warm as the apartment is the lowest level the upstairs people was up walking around VERY early on the second morning we stayed which woke me but this can’t be helped other than that it was spot on

• Becky (7/5): Pleasant stay - Stayed here twice now. Very clean, has everything you could possibly need. The decor is great. The location is ideal for shops, bars and restaurants as you are a short walk away. Comes with WiFi and netflix. The only negative which we have experienced twice now is unfortunately the neighbours upstairs. They are extremely noisy. The noise lasts early evening until late morning. They don't seem to sleep, play music, stomp around, shout and this goes on all night long. So unfortunately my partner and I haven't slept well at all on either occasion that we have stayed here. Both times were on a Saturday night so this could be different if you were to stay during a week day.

• Camille (8/5): Great location, clean apartment and would definetly stay there again - The location was great. There was everything I needed in the apartment. I didn't like that the people upstairs were a bit noisy all night to the am hours.
• Becky (10/5): Highly recommend - Very clean, location is excellent and is near shops and restaurants. We liked all the little finishing touches to make us feel welcome. Was a lot better than staying in hotels. Value for money and the bed is really comfortable. Highly recommend and will be returning. The only slight downside was the people upstairs were up most of the night and you could hear them making noise. Apart from that everything was great.
