- Nirav (10/5): Highly recommended for a family stay. - It's a very good and convenient stay for us as a family , The caretaker is also very supportive throughout our stay.
We would like to come again and again to stay.
- Mark (7/5): Think before you book - Comfortable, excellent for the one night stay , close to Wembley arena The key entry system, key DOES NOT FIT THE LOCK , awkward inner keypad system fiddly and a pain , key left in room again DOES NOT WORK ON OUTER OR INNER (?) DOORS !!!! Tried contacting owners over 5 times , calling them , texting and emailing them , NO REPLY WHATSOEVER, which i thought was rude đ€
- Samuel (7/5): Was nice - Comfy bed good kitchen
- Guest (3/5): -
- Dahal (4/5): -
- Beth (5/5): - The room itself was spacious and clean to stay in We werenât told it was shared,
the shower was damaged, difficult to use
the location online sent us to a different property before we had to ring in and ask on the location
- Kieron (7/5): -
- Wayne (5/5): - The room it self was clean bedding etc. It was in a Ex council Flat where the rooms were all converted to lets.
The entrance to the building was just open . The stairwell all the paint was peeling off the walls .
On the ground floor the rear building door was open grass unkempt Bikes laying next to the door that was open old bath tub trash ...
Flat it self the digital lock was at a angle could not get in , other people staying got me in to the flat and room .
The lock was new on the room door but the door at somepoint had been forced as the door had a big Crack down the frame .!!!!
It was also on the top floor
Shared bathroom & kitchen

- Flook (1/5): AVOID! - Good location for webley stadium đ đ The flat was a nightmare to get in to, front door key did not work, luckily the door was open on arrival and after reading some reviews it said to use the trade button, hall way filthy, people smoking out the windows, so many pairs of shoes outside rooms we had to jump over them even though sign in wall saying no shoes to be left on stairs, the code for the flat door was wrong and the bedroom door locks didn't work tk well either, a small shove and they open, the whole flat building smelt bad. AVOID!
- Morgan (5/5): -
- Eamon (1/5): - Nothing I was unaware this was a shared living space. Completely unsuitable for a young family. When entering the site there was a broken brick on the floor, bin bags and lots of shoes & trainers/socks around by doors. There was bits resembling rubble, and despite requesting a travel cot (implying I have a young child), we were assigned the 3rd floor, so it was difficult getting up and down with the pushchair. Two young adult males who were non english speaking and vaping in the shared space next door to me and my young family was completely inappropriate.
- Michael (7/5): A good weekend not a great weekend - I liked the location of the flat, it was close to all the amenities we required. Everything was within easy walking distance. The owner of the flat was easily contacted and was very helpful although the key she said was left in the room did not fit the front door. The bedroom was comfortable enough with plenty of towels. The flat did appear to be clean. I didn't like the fact that four bedrooms were sharing a bathroom and kitchen. Use of the shower was not always convenient. I am not sure that description of the flat explained the logistics of it fully.
- Paddy (5/5): Handy for a gig in wembley, if a bit odd. - Handy enough, facilities included a bath and kitchen that had coffee and tea station Lots of information sent on the day with it being a bit tedious to get into. There were bin bags stacked against the door to the flat which stank upon arrival, some sort of rubbish dispute between the party listing the property as available as a hotel, and other renters in the building, who leave notes requesting the rubbish be dealt with during my stay.
- Kaydene (10/5): - Pretty good
- Tomasz (7/5): -
- Alison (2/5): - The property was difficult to find. Poor communication with the owner
- Ifeyani (1/5): Absolutely waste, don't be decived by the name or pictures. - Nothing absolutely waste of money Not happy đ
- Hampton (8/5): - Good location, the bed was comfy and the room was clean Can't really comment I only stayed 1 night and didn't really find anything I didn't like about the room
- Alexander (10/5): -
- Melissa (4/5): DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE A SMOOTH STAY NO COMPLICATIONS. GET BETTER FOR CHEAPER - You can't get into the front door. We had to knock on windows to be let in at 1am, so embarrassing. You get key from code Bix but both keys don't work. The woman who owns I'm guessing the building is UNBELIEVABLY rude. We checked in and the cleaner came in at the same time to clean our room even though we were an hour late checking in. So we had to stand around awkwardly whilst she cleaned frantically. It's a good thing in some ways because we would not have been able to get into the room otherwise because the room door code was not given to us. Cleaner kept apologising but it was stressful because we couldn't rest as there is nowhere for us to sit whilst she cleans. Don't ring to complain there's sn uneducated unprofessional woman at the other end of the line who will communicate with you like a spoilt teenager. The bed. I could sleep
- Jess (4/5): Wouldnât stay again unfortunately - Leaving The doors were constantly left open, I booked a room with a sofa in too and that wasnât what was given, the locks on the doors can be faulty as you have to jiggle quite a bit and slam them to close them.
- Tague (1/5): The opposite of stunning - Bedroom was clean Locks on doors verry flimsy. Verry close to Wembley but the area terrible screaming all night with noisy neighbours. Entrance verry dirty beer bottles everywhere . Had to get alternative accommodation for my daughter
- batcahv (2/5): -
- Laura Jane Blyth (8/5): -
- Ruxandra (9/5): Nice accommodation - The apartment room, bathroom and kitchen were clean. The room was cozy with enough space to move around comfortably.
The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking.
Need was comfy, towels were provided and the temperature was just right. In the room is stayed in the window was locked, so there was no way to get fresh air into the room. However the temperature in the room was ok.
- James (1/5): Scam. - Nothing positive to say. A complete scam. Avoid at all costs.
No response from manager to our request for an early check-in, so we decided to book an EXTRA night that we didn't need for the day before the event at Wembley. Still no response from the manager. No check-in instructions. Didn't answer the phone or messages on booking.com
We had to get another hotel instead as we were never even able to check in despite paying in advance for 2 nights.
- Turrab (10/5): It was alright, I had a comfortable stay. - It was clean, I had a comfortable stay, location was good too. Staff and the handlers of property in terms of dealing needs a bit improvement.
- Carolyn (6/5): Good for budget accomodation once you are inside your flat. - Convinience to wembley arena and designer outlet etc. , around 15 minutes walk or bus ride. Nearest bus stop is waverly avenue., i cannot walk far due to knee injury and I have 3 kids with me. We used bus 440 often.
The room.was spacious, bed was comfortable. The facilities was good and it was clean.
The outside of the flat/hallway and building does not look appealing but once your in your room it was quite a nice place to relax. If you want brand new, sparkling building this is not for you. We only stayed in the room at night so we did not want to spend a lot of money on accomodation and its this place is good for us.
There is a kitchen where you can cook, saved us a lot of money instead of eating out on all meals.
We shared the bathroom but its just like living in students accomodation - we did not mind that. The front door keys does not work. The tenants are kind to open it for you but otherwise you cannot get in using the keys taken from key lock. I tried to call the number given l but I dont think they can do much about it. A kind tenant told us to use the trade button on the left side and that will open the front door. The person incharge on the phone did not tell us about it.
The building and outside facilities are old and rundown - but i understand you get what you pay for.
There is a strong arabic/indian spices smell.as you enter the building. So if you dont like that dont use this place as it smells up to the room.
There was no.light on the hallway, we came late and my kids cried as they got scared , -first we could not open the front door we were trying to open it for some time luckily someone from the inside opened the door for us. Once in the building theere is a not so nice smell that my kids notice straighaway. Its smells of old building.
But the worst was the hallway and the stairs had no light, it was pitchblack and scary. Even with using my phone as flashlight it feels eery going up in the dark.
- Shauna (1/5): I do not recommend this stay. I didn't feel safe and it wasn't as described. - I did not end up staying at this property I rebooked another hotel and left it. It was described as a 'stunning' flat it is far from stunning. I had trouble accessing the lock box to get the key. The window pane on the entry door was smashed. The concrete stairs were a hazard as no lighting at all and the other apartments are residential, they were not friendly. Stuff was lying outside the apartment doors. The photo is of stuff outside the apartment I was trying to access. I ended up leaving and paid for another accommodation and opened a dispute with booking.com about safety and description.
- Jordan (1/5): Never again - Close to Wembley Rooms scruffy mice in rooms clicked all my brand New England top burns in carpets. Tenants having sex load talking drinking and music blasting.
- Jordan (1/5): -
- Sammy (1/5): Unsafe - Donât even stay at this property after reading the reviews this was coming across unsafe to stay I wouldnât even put my dog in here. Shouldnât be on booking.com. Also they like to rob people of they money
- Victoria (10/5): Convenient when you need a place near Wembley - It was convenient right after a venue from Wembley! I wish they would communicate better check-in instructions and reply about a possibility to leave luggage earlier
- Jill (5/5): A disappointment-it really was & fir what we paid it was a disgrace-i tried in vain to find alternative accomodation - The location was great for wembley stadium-we were able to walk there from the accommodation. Everything else-its advertised as amazing apartment-its a room with a shared bathroom ( shared by four rooms which affectively means eight people) which is inadequate-the area was scruffy-the hallways & stairs were really in need of decorating-stairs were lethal & no lighting so at night i had to use my iphones torch to see where we were going-we were three flights up which i wasnt made aware of prior to booking & no lift either ( my husband struggled with the stairs). The carpets in our room were badly stained & walls were scratched & marked.
- Christina (1/5): Disaster - Not very much. The locks were broken, the bathroom dirty and it wasnât clear that it was on a residential block that was extremely busy and noisy all night Everything
- Karine (9/5): - Proximité du stade Wembley
- Ćœana (1/5): -
- AMANDEEP (1/5): DO NOT BOOK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - Nothing. Do not walk it is dangerous and disgusting. Is the first time in my life Iâve had to leave due to fears of being robbed or attacked. I am a frequent traveller (Booking.com Genius Level 3) and have stayed in properties worldwide. This listing is misleading. The flat is inside an extremely rundown building; internal and external doors did not lock properly when we arrived.
In the stairwell we found people apparently using drugs, and the general environment felt unsafe.
It was clear the rooms are being used by people for activities which are not permitted in a normal establishment.
While the room pictured is basic but acceptable, the listing omits the reality of the building and access route. We paid close to ÂŁ200 for the night but did not stay due to safety concerns. I strongly urge others not to book this property.
- Donna (7/5): -
- Minny (8/5): - Location to Wembley stadium was brilliant. The light in the hallway near the apartmentâs front door needs repaired, as itâs difficult to enter codes at night.
- Subin (9/5): -
- Shane (7/5): Perfect location for a Wembley concert. - The location was perfect for a concert in Wembley stadium. We were at Oasis and only 10 min walk afterwards back to the accommodation. Room was clean as was the shared kitchen and bathroom. Bed was decent enough and got a good night's sleep. Host was very responsive to an issue that arose with toilet and had it fixed within the hour. The shared bathroom was crowded in the morning when everyone was looking for a shower as it is shared between 4 bedrooms. But we knew that when we were booking and you just have to accept that there will be some waiting time for use of facilities. Also, instructions for check-in do not get issued until the day of stay. Would have been good to know this in the week leading up to the trip.
- Joke (1/5): -
- Bryn (6/5): Served its purpose prior to Wembley event. I wouldnât describe it as âStunningâ. - Convenient for Wembley Stadium - Short walk. Shared bathroom. Very small room. Multiple locks to negotiate. I hope claim of âStunningâ was intended as âtongue in cheekâ.
- Bindemanis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Legallou (8/5): Very good -
- Kent (1/5): Wouldnât stay here again I want my money back - The location Rooms where dirty, carpet marked and sticky, hairs in the bed, kitchen filthy, furniture run down and the front door of the building didnât lock so didnât feel super secure
- Charlotte (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good for Wembley stadium. We got accosted by the flat opposite asking questions about how we found the booking and what it was called. Traffic noise made it hard to sleep.
- Alex (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything !! I asked about disabled parking last Wednesday and only got a response on the day of our arrival, where we found that the " flat " was in fact a small room on the 3rd floor ( with no lift ) inside an apartment with shared kitchen and bathroom. Again, this is not stated on the property advert and not what we booked. This property is definitely not a stunning Wembley flat at all. We had no choice but to seek alternative and suitable accommodation elsewhere !! To say I am unhappy is putting it mildly and as such would expect a full refund on what is clearly a very misleading property. This is the 1st time in many bookings with yourselves that this has happened, I hope it is the last. If you wish to contact me, you have my email address, or you can call me on 07507 854687
I look forward to hearing from you.
Mr Alex Del Veccio
- Derek (9/5): Superb - I had a bit of trouble finding it and had a few beers before trying to get in, the lady was exceptional and was kind and understanding, I'll use these digs again next time I'm in London
- Simone (6/5): Nice apartment very close to the Stadium, but communication could be better - Great location for attending the events at Wembley. The room and shared facilities, including large kitchen, were very clean and optimal for our expectations. We felt like we had everything we needed. Yes, expect some underwhelming hallways but the room and flat in question definitely do the job, which is what it is being advertised here. We were glad to have stayed here for after our concert, making our experience quite comfortable. I have been mailing the property via Booking from January till June and never received a response. Browsing through previous reviews from other guests and a few experiences of people not receiving their codes via message, only exarcebated anxious feelings. Nothing of this sort happened to us at the end - the stay went well and we did not have a single problem. However, this is something that should be improved as well as ensuring the address is corrected to 15 Neeld Court.
- Andrew (1/5): Poor in every sense of the word expect location - Location was very convenient for my plans. Was staying for a 2 night stay, returned from a brief shopping trip, to find a member of staff in our room, removing our possessions, and had binned some of our possessions. Naturally, raised concerned to proper owner who could not care less, despite the safety concerns and financial loss suffered due to items being disposed of. Very poor management and very poor service from property, avoid at all costs.
- Kris (7/5): Enjoyed the visit, bargain room rate, the actual rooms and shared areas were all very clean. the host only issues instru - Location was fantastic for Wembley stadium Initial Entrance was a little run down, wasnât sure whether key would work when we came back in later, the water in the shower on flat 15 only had hot water and it was 33 degrees outside đ„”
- Sally (2/5): Very poor -
- Megan (10/5): good - was super close to wembley, easy to get into and comfy
- Wayne (4/5): The pictures look a lot different to the building I cudnt get in poor locks on door cudnt get hold of anyone - Not a lot Getting in was a problem not very clean dirty hallways stairs etc
- Apsara (8/5): Very good -
- Farhad (7/5): It was quiet fair - The location The building doorway
- Terri (5/5): You get what you pay for. - The beds were very comfortable and the location was amazing for wimberley stadium. When coming back to the room late at night there was no lighting on the staircase, The smoke alarm was beeping all night, carpets were dirty/stained, overall the cleanliness was Poor.
- Charles (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brummie1980 (1/5): Bad - Northing Everything bathroom was dirty bed was uncomfortable as the mattress was still in its wrapper
- Lee-gary (4/5): Othe guests couldn't get access to their rooms - Spacious room, in a fantastic area as we were going to Wembley for the Carabao Cup final. Fellow supporters were staying at the property and never received their confirmation email to access their rooms via a key code. They were left with no option but to leave and pay for another hotel. The owners of the place weren't answering their calls or emails. I felt for them as it's a shocking experience.
- Aneta (1/5): I don't recommend - Upon entering the building, there was a very unpleasant smell. The bed linen in the room had not been changed, and there was trash left behind. We waited for over 30 minutes for someone to come and clean the room, but unfortunately, no one showed up. I requested a refund, but I still haven't received a response. I do not recommend this place. The room was completely different from the one in the photos. I hope to get my money back because I had to book a stay at another hotel.
- Dennis (9/5): Superb -
- Teagan (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing Everything, was rubbish in the halls. Sign on the walls saying do not spit at people. Doors left open. People smoking inside. So bad, couldnât even stay there and was left without accommodation.
- Baginski (3/5): Would be afraid to go rent again because of the bugs - I liked that it's near Wembley stadium,
Kitchen was nice and the bathroom was OK. Although the rooms looked clean, we found some sort of bugs on both beds in the room we rented, we weren't sure what they were - lice or bedbugs. So we decided to leave the property earlier. We also had unfortunate co-guests staying in other rooms - toilet was a huge mess in the morning.
- Cheryl (6/5): Wembley all the way - The location was good. Inside the room itself was clean and tidy. Very secure. Outside stairwell and halls could do with some work. Also a decent light on the top floor to help you see better for the combination lock. .Neighbours were a bit noisy,, lots of shouting early hours Saturday morning.
Also would ask agent to Update Address to Neeled Court, would make it easier to find when searching online.
- Sophie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nelson (8/5): Very good -
- Daniela (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alan (8/5): Very good -
- Sandra (8/5): Nice flat close to Wembley stadium. - I like the flat layout. Our room was massive and enough for 3 people. There were other guests as well as a we stayed for Taylor swift concert. Most of the guests were nice and understanding but one group of 2 girls who were quite loud all the time and literally hoarded the shared bathroom for almost 2 hours - disrespectful when it is a shared flat. Flat was 5 mins away from Wembley stadium and about 2 mins to bus stop / underground so great location and easy to get to anywhere in London. It stayed it had a kettle but there wasnât one so that was a little annoying to have to boil water in a pot rather than kettle. One of the group of guests left mess in the bathroom and occupied it for a long time, meaning we had very little time to check out and leave on time to not delay it.
- Rochelle (6/5): I can recommend concert stays but in order to make it worth the room rate, the issues mentioned in my comments need to b - Location was perfect to attend concert at Wembley - not even 10m walk away. Bed was comfortable. Towels, soap & shampoo provided. Fridge was convenient to hold snacks. Main building door key that was provided in the Room didnât work. Had to use one of the keys from the lock box (not all of them worked), yet still it was difficult to get the Main Building door opened. Corridor was sketch & run down. Carpet in room was sticky & stained from spills - needs a good wash. Difficult to carry 4 luggages up to the top floor (3 flights). Remove garden from description.. itâs pointless and adds no value anyway, as itâs non-existent. Wifi was non-existent as well - when reached out to host, I was told the modem was by the toilet door. Um ok .. and?! (Then no response after that - so had to use own data). Another guest yuI ran into said she was told we have to pay for wifi ÂŁ5/hr or ÂŁ7/day ?! Either way, no Wifi was showing up when trying to locate on device. Bathroom was clean but annoying to share between 7 ppl at the same time.
- Ellis (1/5): Do not stay here unless you want to be scammed. - We actually didnât get to stay here as we were double booked and only told at our check in time, giving us one our before our concert to try and find somewhere else to stay, extremely angry and disappointed. Very hard to contact, the address was wrong on the booking, do not stay here these people will scam you.
- Lucy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cheryl (5/5): It worked because of location - Near wembly So dirty and a mess except for actual room.
No tv or private bath
- Carly (10/5): Exceptional - A fab stay and location for our trip!
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Louise (5/5): Not stunning, more stunned - If you're going to Wembley then the location is superb. The bed was comfortable, the room nicely decorated, toiletries & towels were provided. Bathroom was clean & tidy. The shared kitchen provided all the amenities with tea/coffee & milk provided. Misleading advertising. This is not a stunning flat by any means. For a room in a shared flat, it was vastly overpriced. Working my way up from the ground floor. The flat entrance is tatty & a little foreboding to a lone female traveller. The mentioned garden is a dumping ground for bikes & an old mattress. The flat is on the top floor. There is no light on the landing - needs a new bulb. The lock to the entrance is difficult- I'm not the only one who struggled. I had to let in some fellow guests. I left them struggling to get into their room. Room is basic & comfortable but would benefit from a mirror. The flat itself would benefit from a mirror.
- Ellen (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (1/5): Could have been much better - Good location and clean They waited until the day we got there to supply us with the correct address. The first address given is an elderly ladies house, not the block of flats that contains this place.
Then the email with a code for the main door, flat door and then room door. There are two boxes at the main door - which is it? to make it even better the code they sent in the first email didn't work, leaving us stranded at the front door and trying the code in BOTH boxes, several times. It was when I went to contact them that I noticed the new email with different details.
- Muhadri (8/5): Very good - Big space in beetwen two bed .i
Like a living . My children are played in there
- Freya (8/5): All together itâs an Okai property to stay in for a few days, think it just needs a bit of renovating/fixing a few t - Clean and tidy When we arrived the door to our room was broken, messaged owner as was fixed straight away. Few bits of rubbish under the bed from someone staying before us. Address listed is actually across the road from the property we stayed in.
- Nikki (6/5): Was stressful for half hour but did the job once inside - Comfy bed Address was wrong on the email. Its Flat 15 Neeld Court not house 15 Neeld Cresent. Sent us to someone's house and when we rang, thinking someone was meeting us to give keys, no one answered.
The email with instructions never came through until we had rung and got in, so that could be sent a day before your visit for ease of mind. Was a very stressful half hour for me
- Wilky (1/5): Absolutely awful - N/A This accommodation was so misrepresented ,it was not the address given ,had to ring a number to be rerout to the end of said street ,it was not a flat we had but a small box bedroom ,the worst experience of my ,life totally destroyed out trip official complaint will be forwarded
- Joanna (8/5): Very good -
- Rachael (7/5): Clean room with excellent location for Wembley Stadium - Entry instructions received by email the day before our arrival and were simple to follow. We stayed in a third floor room and although the entrance area and internal corridors are very tired, the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom on this floor is shared by 4 rooms but it was clean and tidy. There is also a kitchen area on the floor with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge available. Biggest bonus is the location to Wembley stadium which is literally a 10/15 min walk and so much better than battling the thousands of people after a concert in the rush for the tube. Entrance and corridors need decoration and some repairs. The shared bathroom with people staying in 3 other rooms meant it was a busy area in the morning. We stayed on a very warm day with no fan in the room, needed window open during night which was a bit noisy due to busy road. No tea/coffe making facilities or TV actually in the room which might be an issue for some people but it was no issue for our 1 night stay.
- Chanelle (7/5): Good - It was a great location as we were heading to Wembley, so it really was just a twenty minute walk, which late at night, was handy. The flat itself was quiet, and easy to access; all of the notes left by the host were easy to follow, including door codes and where to find keys. All of the rooms had coded locks on them, so it was no problem leaving your stuff in the room to head out.
I also asked the host if I could check-in earlier than agreed, to which they were more than happy to do, which was really, really lovely. It was a bit of a struggle sharing one bathroom with four rooms' worth of other people; each time I went to the bathroom, which was only a few times given I was getting ready to head out, I had the other guests banging on the door telling me to hurry up within minutes of me getting in. (I understand this was maybe more to do with the others staying than the flat, but perhaps the amount of people exceeded the facility capability of the flat)
The entrance to the building itself was a little damaged, and the floor had just been mopped, and I actually slipped going in, and then again heading up the stairs - there weren't any signs to say the floor was wet, and I didn't realise the stairs, also, were slippy. Again, I understand this might not be of any concern to some people, but it was a little bit difficult getting up there with a suitcase.
As I imagine the flat is used quite a bit for concert accommodation, it would be lovely to have a mirror in the room! That might solve the difficulty with the bathroom time x
- Becky (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaye-lea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Allan (1/5): Stunningly Rubbish - The location is very near Wembley Stadium and it's two transit hubs. Some local shops. The Quad room is spacious and quite light and airy. Where to start.
The room is part of a top floor converted flat. Each of the 3 floors of the building has 2 flats on each floor divided with a stone stairwell in the middle. The 'stunning' flat is right at the top. Curtain twitchers and the smell of hash filled the courtyard area.
It's a yale lock to open the shared front door with the other 5 apartments - although the door was already open when I arrived. The flat is top floor left. 4 separate bedrooms with keycode locks on each door, 1 shared bathroom and a kitchen / diner room.
Quad room is quite airy and spacious but furniture is cheap IKEA balsa wood. Bed is large but you can feel the springs through it. Doors to each room aren't fire doors, they are light panel doors. Bathroom is ok but shower rail was coming off from the corner and the shower unit was only just adequate. The general quality is distinctly below average - the point is, this is not a 'stunning' flat, it's a handful of rooms partitioned off with a shared bathroom and kitchen.
Came back after my first day away from the property and the front door had closed. Put the key in the lock, turned it a fraction but it wouldn't unlock. Tried again & it became apparent the cylinder is damaged or worn out. Put the key-code into the lock safe at the front door to recover one of the other front door keys and all of them didn't even turn the barrel. Awful. Had to stay somewhere else that evening before coming back to recover my stuff the following day.
Rang the proprietor's number and left a message explaining the situation plus a message on Booking.Com. To this day, still no reply. Messages you receive appear auto-generated at midnight.
It's garbage. Local hotel rooms are a better rate and have their own bathrooms and more comfort. Avoid. Utterly awful owner with no customer service ability.
- Julie (2/5): Very poor - Not a lot really. Kitchen ok, bathroom OK. That about sums it up. Not what I expected. Certainly not a stunning Wembley flat. Firstly states the address as 15 Neeld Crescent. This is not the case as the address is 15 Neeld Court. Unable to gain access through main door and had to be left in by another guest. We were the unable to gain access to Flat 15 and again had to be let in by other guests. We then couldn't open the door to our room. This was only achieved when I slid a bank card between the lock and the lock receiver which allowed the door to open. The door lock then fell apart and we were unable to secure our room. I tried to contact the owner and this took 10 calls as firstly they all went to answering machine. When I eventually got hold of the owner, she arranged for a repair to the door lock. She said a maintenance engineer would be with us in 15 minutes but due to the traffic, it was 90 minutes later. The engineer was fine and fortunately ixed all the problems. Not a great experience. The room did not even have a television.
