• Judit (8/5): - A kilátás nagyon szép volt. Az apartman tiszta volt. Többször, főleg hajnalban és reggelre szennyvíz szag volt a fürdőből az egész lakásban.

• Bianca (8/5): Relaxing and pleasant stay, would stay here again. - A terrific ocean view, had everything we needed. Bus stop out the front, 15 minute walk to the center of Salou. The car space, which was actually a triangle. Suitable for small cars not large SUV’s.
• Marcel (8/5): Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit - die Wohnung war im 6.Stock mit herrlichen Blick auf den Strand und die Promenade. Die Küche war komplett ausgerüstet mit Allem. Das Haus - die Gänge wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Mobiliar war etwas in die Jahre gekommen- Couch z.B.

• Carol (8/5): Good location for beach and bars but would not book through this company again - Great location right on the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants. The kitchen was clean and relatively well serviced. The car park was great with easy access to the building The parking space allocated was too small for our car. No bedside lamps. The pillows were too hard to sleep on. The location could be noisy at night and early morning but didn’t bother us. The bathroom had a shower curtain around the bath which is never great and there was an issue with an odour in the bathroom, could have been the drains or damp. The company managing the apartment charge a £35 booking fee which is not usually the case when you book with booking.com. It feels like they want to charge for every little extra, ie, check in is officially 4.00pm but most places will allow you check in earlier if the room is ready. But the Universal Holiday Centre wanted to charge us an additional £50 for the privilege. I think that is poor form. Also, they send so many emails beforehand it got really confusing. I book through booking.com for simplicity. This booking was through booking.com yet I had to add all the passport information for everyone into a rather not user friendly website/data base. The 200 deposit does not get paid back to your account immediately on them checking the apartment.

• Dorothea (7/5): - Die Lage bzw der Blick vom Balkon ist einzigartig! Bei Problemen mit der Wohnung hilft das Personal sehr schnell. Nach 19.30 ankommen kostet 50 Euro extra, dafür dass man den Schlüssel aus einer Keybox entnimmt. Die Software für das notwendige Online Check In ist sehr schlecht programmiert, so dass uns das für 4 Leute einiges an extra Zeit gekostet hat. Basics wie Geschirrhandtuch oder Schwamm haben uns gefehlt (wir haben viel zu Hause gegessen)
• Mél (10/5): - Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Très bon emplacement, rien ne manquait dans l'appartement niveau équipement et tout était sécurisé. Le parking est un grand plus ! Personnel très sympathique au moment de la remise des clés ( en plus la dame parlait très bien français donc parfait ).
• Blaack (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable flat and good location. Good veranda and sea view Not flexible time schedule to check in and additional payment 50 euro for leave keys in box after 19.30. I don't think it is a big deal to leave a keys. But only for the additional payments

• Rachael (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Right next to the beach, with the most spectacular views.
• Krisztian (10/5): Exceptional - Superb location, everything is just 10 minutes away! Spar, supermercados, steak houses, restaurants, beach, taxi, etc. No public parking places!!! Apartmenthouse has parking places, taxi is cheaper than using a car in local distances even Port Adventura. Apartment is perfect. Sunshade, air conditioner (living room and one bedroom only), flat TV, microwave, etc. Unfortunately the microwave door hasn't closed perfectly and some of the tile has problems (moving). Maintenence repaired after we called the customer service.
