• Elizabeth (8/5): Great location, great apartment - The property is about a ten minute walk from the train station and is in an excellent location on the edge of a park for sightseeing and restaurants. The location could not be better. It was nicely presented in a stylish apartment block. We booked for 4 people, but only received 2 towels and three single duvets and no sheet for the sofa bed. It cost 25 Euro for early check in. I also found it a bit irritating that I needed to download an app (Hostify) and upload a picture of my passport to it before I was able to access the property, and was messaged multiple times prior to arriving about completing this information.

• Боряна (10/5): Страхотно място за отдих, близо до центъра, чисто. - Страхотна локация, много чисто, домакините са много учтиви и апартаментът е много приятен и красиво обзаведен.
• ömer faruk (8/5): - Konumu bizim memnun etti. Hediye kahve eşyaların yeniliği superdir. Maalesef biraz pisti. Yerler kirliydi. Gelen misafirler için muhakkak tek kullanımlık terlik bırakılmalı.

• Ourania (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ , πεντακάθαρος χώρος με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση και αισθητική , βάζω ένα μεγάλο συν στο στρώμα του κρεβατιού το οποίο ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο και κοιμηθήκαμε τέλεια.Επίσης βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης και έτσι δεν χρειάζονταν να χρησιμοποιήσουμε αυτοκίνητο . Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ φιλικός . Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα . Εάν επισκεφτούμε ξανά την πόλη σίγουρα θα σας επιλέξουμε πάλι.
• Alberto (9/5): Best location, fantastic space. - The location was perfect, good condition and very comfy. Maybe some basic things such as napkins or kitchen paper, kitchen wipe, microwave, a bit more dishwaser or laundry tabs, etc. The toilet was ok, but definetly the lowest part of the house. Blinders are soft during the morning if you want to sleep longer.

• Теодора (9/5): Страхотно местенце - Локацията на апартамента е страхотна! Всичко, което си заслужава да посетиш в Пловдив е на 15-20мин. пеша. В апартамента имаш всички удобства за по-дълъг престой. Ще посетим отново. ☺️ Няма микровълнова печка в кухнята, което не е кой знай какъв проблем , но нас ни беше необходима. И ако се сложи едно топло килимче във всекидневната ще е супер. Посетихме през февруари и беше малко хладно.

• Christina (10/5): Καλή σχέση ποιότητας/τιμής - Η τοποθεσία θα έλεγα ιδανική, οι χώροι άνετοι για 4μελή οικογένεια και η σχέση τιμής ποιότητας πολύ καλή. Όλα ήταν πολύ κοντά, όπως ο κεντρικός πεζόδρομος, το χριστουγεννιάτικο χωριό, η αγορά και η παλιά πόλη. Θα ήταν ακόμα πιο βοηθητικό να υπήρχαν κάποιες λεπτομέρειες όπως χαρτί κουζίνας, σφουγγάρι για να πλένουμε πιάτα, παραπάνω χαρτί υγείας (καθώς 2 ρολά δεν φτάνουν για 4μελή οικογένεια για 4 μέρες). Κατά τ'άλλα όλα καλά.

• Presiyana (9/5): Would recommend! - The property was spacious, impeccably clean and stylish. The bed was comfortable as well. I don’t remember the property having a coffee machine, but that’d be nice to add. The other thing we found uncomfortable was the garage. If you own a large car or you’re not really an experienced driver, you’ll probably struggle to get to your parking space inside the building. Thankfully, the host welcomed us and walked us through the process.

• Alexandra (7/5): В целом все хорошо, хоть и не так комфортно, как ожидалось. - Просторная квартира в отличном месте. Самое начало пешеходной улицы. Очень удобная кровать. Были опасения, что интернет будет работать плохо (так как оценка за wifi почему-то низкая) но с этим все было отлично. В целом было чисто и уютно. Апартаменты расположены так, что подъехать к ним, используя навигатор (например Гугл мэп) невозможно. Четких инструкций, как подъехать заранее никто не дал. В итоге после звонка по телефону нас встретили в доступном месте и сопроводили к апартаментам, открыв барьер, перекрывающий улицу. Почему нельзя было прислать инструкции письмом непонятно. В апартаментах хорошая кухня, но хватало мелочей, чтобы можно было действительно что-то приготовить…. Я первый раз вижу, чтобы на кухне отсутствовала даже соль! Диван в плачевном состоянии. Спинка отходит при попытке опереться.

• Shtarkova (10/5): - Ideally located just off the main pedestrian street and a lovely park. The private parking in the building is a big advantage. Nice, cosy and clean, comfortable for two or a family with kids. Welcoming and responsive host.

• Anna Stern (10/5): Un spot parfait pour visiter Plovdiv - Emplacement génial, à un pas du centre-ville et du jardin. Possibilité de se garer dans la zone d'accès limitée (on n'a pas testé le parking qui est dans un garage avec ascenseur). Il faisait chaud mais l'appartement s'aere facilement (merci les moustiquaires !). Jolie déco, machine à laver, petit balcon, salon confortable... le restaurant grec en face est très bon.

• Pavel (9/5): Nice small apartment with top location.Not great for traveling with a baby, but definitely very good - Top location and great price with the Genius discount. Reasonably well furnished but not as good as other MT Homes properties. Amazing option for parking in such central location. We are likely to stay again here if I don't have to work and I don't care about the internet. Wifi was terrible - fast but unstable and connection dropping every 10-15 minutes. Mobile Internet was also bad mid-day and I believe it's due to the many tourists who are all using mobile internet when walking in Plovdiv city center. I could not work normally. Very slow to get the car out of the underground parking due to the use of a platform lift. First floor apartment, so you have to keep the window shades all the time unless you want everyone to see what you are doing. There are taller buildings around, so the apartment is always in the dark. Probably amazing at the heat of the summer, but it wasn't nice when I stayed all day in the apartment. We travelled with a 1 year old, so we had to keep the shades up often, so he does not break them. It's a relatively busy street with people staring at me all day while I was sitting at the kitchen table to work. The nearby restaurant visitors also looked and we smiled at each other.

• Gabriela (10/5): SUPER SUPER SUPER GOOD - Super excellent location. Quiet and safe area. New and quiet building, located on a corner. It is a 1st floor with elevator. Well lit and ventilated. Clean and tidy. The photos do not lie. In front there is a Greek restaurant and you can hear music, but at 00.00 hours all the music is turned off and you can sleep very well. Super Comfortable bed, The neighbors in front of the building usually talk on the street There is NO noise at night. There are NO car noises. Washing machine, dishwasher work perfectly. Well equipped with cooking accessories. Excellent communication with the owner. Excellent WIFI. They gave me a code to enter, that makes check in and check out easier. 150 meters from the square; 700 meters from the train station, 150 meters from the pedestrian street. 200 meters from the main avenue where several bus lines pass.

• Stefan (10/5): Amazing apartment - highly recommended - The location is just perfect - near a beautiful park and the main pedestrian area. The apartment is very nicely designed and has everything you need. Parking is not ideal - you have to park in a blue zone area which might be expensive for extended stays.

Beautiful furnitures quality furniture pleasant decoration comma brand new building okay location. No soap in the bathroom no shampoo only 2 pods of coffee, no soap for the dishwasher. This is the nicest apartment I've ever been in as a tourist comma pity that those little things put negative light on the generally very good experience.

• Sandra (10/5): Great place to stay in central Plovdiv. - I had a really good stay at this centrally located flat in Plovdiv. It is light and airy and has all you need for a comfortable stay. The flat is spacious and has been renovated recently. The communication with the owner was always quick and smooth. Can really recommend it! Nothing to complain about.

Besides being spotless and well styled, the owners here give extra attention to simple little details that are often ignored elsewhere - from the coffee pads and laundry detergent in the kitchen through the candles in the bedroom all the way to ice cubes in the fridge and cotton buds in the bathroom! I’m impressed! All was fine!
