- Noor (1/5): Terrible stay! Don’t stay here!!! - Nothing No customer care or any working number. Wrong code given to me for entry. No-one at the property to guide you through the fatalities; bed sheets dirty, no towels given on regular basis. No response for days for house manager and any problems addressed it’s only sorry and no solutions provided. I left the property early and no one called to ask why and no refund offered. Terrible experience as an old lady who was there for 1 year renting thought everything I did was her business and the owner simply listened and responded to her. Don’t stay if you are coming new to Australia as you will have bad experience.
- Lyndall (9/5): Excellent Share House in Truganina - My room was large, with a huge walk in closet, so all my bags could be put away and not kept in the bedroom area. Large bathroom. Very clean. Access to kitchen facilities. Quiet area, close to my purpose in Melbourne. Travelling by myself, I felt very safe.
