The location is near the central, accessible to places that we've visited. Safe and secured. We'll definitely stay in this place again when we gonna visit Baguio for the "nth" time. Highly recommended for families or big group of friends.

• Maria (10/5): - I liked the idea of separating the left over foods from the regular garbage bins (they have a separate container for the biodegradables) which helps the place to be cockroach-free. :-) The toilet and bathroom were divided into 2 separate places which is good because another person can use the toilet while another is using the shower BUT the drawback is each place became smaller esp the shower area which could be a problem for bigger person but the limitation in space is compensated by good supply of warm water. :-) Personally, I prefer the ordinary bidet (handheld hose) than the Japanese bidet which is in use at the toilet (just my own preference). Also, bring your own indoor slippers because outdoor foot wear are not allowed inside the apartment although if you are not meticulous, you can wear the slippers provided by the owner which according to them was being disinfected every after use.

• Arthur (10/5): - This was my second time staying at Rest Terraces Transient House, and once again, it went above and beyond my expectations! The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well-organized, offering a comfortable and peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Baguio. What stands out the most is the hospitality of the hosts. They are incredibly kind and accommodating! Communication with them was a breeze, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I will definitely be booking with them again on my next trip to Baguio. I would highly recommend Rest Terraces to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay while in the city!

• Ria (10/5): Exceptional - I love how accessible the location is to every point of interest in Baguio City. The rooms are tidy and clean. The facilities are all well maintained. Good for families and large groups of friends. The owners are the ones who will assist and take care of you while you stay in this property. I love how the owners are very approachable and are very accommodating. The view is also spectacular from the veranda!! Each morning will greet you with a beautiful sight of the city and at night the city lights are marvelous to behold as well. Nothing. I love everything about this property.

• Chan_01 (10/5): Great transient house in Baguio - First of all, the hosts are super kind and accommodating. They welcomed us graciously and allowed us to check-in right away since we arrived earlier than expected. What's striking is how tidy the whole house is. Each room are spacious and cozy and suitable for rest and relaxation. Kitchen is fully functional with electric stove, microwave oven, kettle and refrigerator allowing us to prepare our breakfast and light meals. The comfort room is clean with Japanese style toilet with bidet and the shower room has hot/cold water. Another pleasant surprise is the view from the balcony which is overlooking the city proper. Overall, our experience was super enjoyable. We definitely recommend this property Nothing in particular.

Sleeping Arrangements: The house featured three rooms with double-deck beds and a master bedroom with a cozy bed. The blankets were comfortable and warm, adding to the overall coziness of the place. Location: Just a few minutes from the mall, the location was ideal for exploring the city. Entertainment: The house had Wi-Fi and Netflix, keeping everyone entertained during our downtime. Scenic Views: The views of Baguio’s city lights and SM Ferris Wheel were breathtaking at night. Mornings were equally mesmerizing, with a foggy, picturesque scene of the city. Privacy and Comfort: The accommodation offered excellent privacy, with cabinets provided for storing belongings. Customer Service: The hosts provided outstanding customer service, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This transient house is perfect for families looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Baguio. We left feeling relaxed and satisfied and would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the city. No door bell, but that was just a minor thing.

I love how they welcome us and let us be comfortable inside the house. Very spacious (parking space and whole house). Clean and refreshing to the eyes. It’s also near tourists spots. It is fully furnished and they also provided toiletries. I really enjoyed staying here with my fam/friends. 🤍👏🏼 None. It’s a perfect cozy house.

Budget Friedly but definitely worth every penny. - We loved our stay in this homestay, it is gated and secured property, has a very nice view of city lights, spacious rooms and it's budget friendly. The owners of the place is very friendly and accommodating. Restroom and shower room are well kept. over-all, all 4 rooms are very clean and cozy. Property is along the road so it's easy to find, and its only 6 mins away from the city center. Definitely one of the best place to stay in Baguio. None so far.
