• Andrea (9/5): Goed verzorgd verblijf dichtbij centrum Palermo - *Betaalde Parking tegenover hoge appartementgebouw. Ideaal. Er is geen bemanning aanwezig voor deze parking, er lopen wel mensen die geld willen hebben voor de verleende diensten. Dus let hierop. Parking is behoorlijk vol als je avonds aankomt, maar na enige minuten wachten, kregen we altijd een plekje *duidelijke instructie die je ontvangt op de dag van aankomst. Je dient wel eerst vtv de incheckprocedure te doorlopen *lift naar 1ste etage ivm bagage *kamer 101 was prima. Bed was aangenaam, harder. Mooie badkamer en heerlijk rustig ondanks dat je ca 5 minuutjes van centrum palermo aflegt *fijne communicatie per WhatsApp met accommodatie beheerders *minibar 1ste vulling is gratis *drinkbaar water uit leiding *Bij appartementengebouw alleen 3 kleine trapjes dus geen helling voor je koffer *Kleine kastruimte *Bijbetaling voor evt extra handdoekenset, vind 15euro voor 1 set grof geld.
• Elia (8/5): - Lage ist Zentral in Palermo, trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr 107. Das Zimmer ist gut, allerdings sind die anderen Zimmer noch besser. Es wurde täglich gereinigt. Sehr freundliches und liebenswürdiges Reinigungs-Personal. Immer hilfsbereit. Öffentlicher Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Nur wenige Schritte. Ca. 20-25 Euro pro 24 Stunden. Der online Check In ist so kompliziert, wie die Eröffnung eines Online-Bankkontos, inklusive Pass hochladen PLUS Foto hochladen, bei dem der Pass neben das Gesicht gehalten wird. Zugangsdaten zum Zimmer erhält man erst, wenn der Check In vollständig abgeschlossen ist. Check In vor 15 Uhr ist so gut wie ausgeschlossen. Man kann allerdings die Koffer sehr sicher im Eingangsbereich der Apartments abstellen.

• Alexander (9/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, Mitten in Palermo ganz in der Nähe von dem "Teatro Massimo di Palermo". Somit sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufreichweite. Das Zimmer ist super sauber und modern eingerichtet, in dem Zimmer war eine kleine Espressomaschine und es wurden täglich auch neue Espressokapseln nachgelegt. Die Getränke im Minikühlschrank hätten bei einem längeren Aufenthalt gerne mal nachgefüllt werden (zu mindestens das Wasser).

• Maria Luciana (10/5): Volvería sin dudas a hospedarme en Residenze Chamur-Grattacielo! - La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, a 5 minutos de las principales peatonales y a 2 minutos del Teatro Massimo. Cuenta con ascensor. Es muy nueva, limpia y cómoda. Tiene muchos detalles previstos para hacer una estadía confortable y cómoda. El personal es súper amable y la comunicación muy sencilla. Nosotros llegamos en automóvil, y el parking (pago), está justo frente a la propiedad.

The lobby, the rooms, and the building were all beautifully maintained, clean, and felt luxurious! It was super easy to check-in, and get into the building and our room. The staff was very responsive and answered messages in a prompt manner. We absolutely loved the jacuzzi, shower, comfy bed, complimentary robe, and the location. The kitchen was so nice to have and included utensils, espresso, and complimentary snacks/drinks! We definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling in Palermo!! It is close to everything but also quiet at night, thank you for an awesome stay! None!

Ho chiesto di fare il check out tardivo e mi è stato detto di no.

• Radu (8/5): One agitated night in a wonderful city - Chamur-Grattacielo is on the first floor of a skycraper in Palermo, two minutes' walk from Teatro Grande. It is a self-check-in business, relatively easy to go through. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. No view from the window, but we were only there for a night's sleep. TV is hidden at the foot of the bed. Read the sheet of paper you find near the bed to bring it into view. The host welcomes you with two small black chocolates. Excellent bed and mattress, same for bathroom and shower. The room was very small, which might be unpleasant if you plan a longer stay in the city and it rains. I'm not sure insulation is what it should be, as a lady in a neighbouring room kept us awake through the nights shouting and speaking to an unseen companion. (The poor woman seemed to have some serious mental issues.)

Das Zimmer war sehr, sehr klein und eher dunkel. Wahrscheinlich keine 10m2. Das Bad war dafür grosszügig und sehr schön ausgestattet. Wir hatten die grösste Mühe, unseren Reisekoffer abzulegen, um ihn zu öffnen. Es gibt sogar einen Fernseher, der jedoch zuerst aus einem Möbel herausgefahren werden muss. Das Bett war bequem und die Kissen gut. Wir bekamen gute Tipps, um das Frühstück einzunehmen und gute Restaurantempfehlungen. Grösse des Zimmers

• Claire (10/5): Fantastic stay in a beautiful building with great facilities and a lovely, welcoming team. - The location of the property was fantastic; just down the road from Teatro Massimo and a short walk from most of the main sights. The building lobby was a beautiful deco style and it was very easy to access the main door using the instructions provided- check in was a breeze and very easy to find the entrance to the rooms on the first floor. Everyone I met (cleaners, janitor, reception) were so super warm and friendly. The room itself was very nice- contemporary and a good size. It wasn’t hugely warm outside but I like a cold room so the air conditioning was great. Was able to connect to Netflix via the TV really easily. The bathroom/shower were spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable! I slept like a dream. The room was so quiet! The accommodation also provided some umbrellas by the entrance for guests to use which proved very useful as it rained 2 days of my stay. I had a slight issue with a lack of hot water on day 1 but the communication with the host was flawless (it’s an older building and the hot water can just be a bit temperamental) and I was also able to book a transfer back to the airport on the last morning via WhatsApp, they were so incredibly sweet and helpful. Honestly, nothing.

• MARIA ANGELES (9/5): Recomendable - Lo recomiendo. Tal vez sugeriría una ubicación para poder guardar equipajes cuando llegas antes de ka hora. No hay presencia en recepción para ello. Por lo demás. Muy bien Al no haber trabajadores en recepción no aparece señalizado donde guardar equipajes antes o después de dejar la habitación.

• Fabio (10/5): - Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo: struttura accogliente, pulizia ineccepibile, letto comodo, bagno grande e luminoso, con piastrelloni in marmo ed accessori di bell'effetto, curato nelle dotazioni ( prodotti da bagno di buon livello, con anche le ciabattine in spugna). Posizione centrale, a soli pochi minuti a piedi dal teatro Massimo, dal Politeama, dalle vie pedonali del centro e dai ristoranti. Ottima scelta, lo consiglio vivamente anche a una clientela esigente
• Anita (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, man ist gleich in 300m beim Theater, der Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen. Leider wird kein Frühstück angeboten.

• Merve (1/5): - It was clean and location is good. Anything but the location. Our experience was terrible with the hotel and the management. They act like customer worth nothing after they checkin. I wont stay there again and wont recommend at all. We had a complaint and their management said one bad comment is better than two!
