Пълен е с лични колекции от списания, със сувенири и банкноти от целият свят. Всичко това успешно е комбинирано със съвременно обзавеждане и отлична хигиена. Терасата на апартамента е огромна! Там вечерите за най- безценното изживяване, наблюдавайки църквата Александър Невски, Университетът, Библиотеката, Витоша или паметникът на Апостола от птичи поглед! Отново ще отида.

Во-первых, они расположены в очень удобном месте, в самом центре, с шаговой доступностью к собору и всем основным местам города. Во-вторых, огромная терраса и шикарный вид нас очаровали! В-третьих, стильный дизайн и тщательно подобранный интерьер - отдельное удовольстие для изучения, мы около 2 часов провели за изучением элементов декора 🙂 В квартире чисто, клининг работает отлично, никаких посторонних запахов или шума. В следующий приезд в Софию обязательно остановимся в этих же апартаментах! Отдельно хочется отметить порядочность и добросовестность владельца апартаментов. На протяжении всего периода с момента бронирования он всегда был на связи, чётко и профессионально организовал заселение, а когда выяснилось, что я оставил в апартаментах ценные вещи - сам инициативно сообщил мне об этом и организовал возврат. Сотрудничать с такими людьми - одно удовольствие!

• Cavell (7/5): Good, but be warned about the "funny" signs! - The apartment is a good size, well equipped, and in a great location, and the host, Andrei, was helpful and accommodating. Other reviewers commented on the kitschy material decorating the apartment, but we were unprepared for the raunchy (almost soft porn) nature of some of the material. We were most uncomfortable, though, with signs on the bathroom door stating to "smile! you're on camera" and "This area is under video surveillance!" (in Bulgarian). If you--like Andrei, presumably/hopefully--find such things humorous, then you'll love everything about this place. If, however, you are women travelers who will then worry you are actually being watched in the bathroom--then you might choose another place. I hesitated to write this review as the apartment and Andrei were otherwise wonderful, and I really do think/hope that it's just a question of humor. I would, however, have appreciated knowing about this beforehand and didn't see anything in the reviews I checked that mentioned this.

• Hristo (10/5): Estancia perfecta con vistas impresionantes y ubicación céntrica - El lugar tiene una ubicación excelente, como han señalado los visitantes anteriores. Todos los principales lugares de interés de la ciudad se encuentran a poca distancia a pie, pero también hay fácil acceso a la mayoría de los medios de transporte público, y la parada de metro para ir y venir del aeropuerto está a unos 5 minutos a pie. Las vistas panorámicas desde la enorme terraza, desde la que se ve casi toda Sofía, son mágicas. El apartamento está equipado con todas las comodidades y la decoración es divertida y provocativa; como ha escrito el anfitrión en la página web, no es para personas sin sentido del humor. El propietario es amable y atento, y está dispuesto a responder a cualquier pregunta en cualquier momento. En otras palabras, recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar si quieres conocer Sofía y sentirte cómodo en tus momentos de descanso. Lo único malo es que no pude quedarme más tiempo.

Por dentro decoración muy divertida y una selección de cómics estupenda. Andrei además es un anfitrión fantástico. Totalmente recomendable.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it effortless to explore all the main attractions, charming cafes, and vibrant nightlife Sofia has to offer. What truly sets this apartment apart, though, are the breathtaking views. Waking up each morning to panoramic cityscapes was a daily delight, and watching the sunset over the famous Alexander Nevski church from the comfort of the terrace was truly spectacular. The decor is another highlight, while perhaps not to everyone's taste, every corner of the apartment is infused with a unique sense of humour and creativity, and mementos from a lifetime of global travel. The playful touches and quirky details made us smile, while the touching family photos added a warm, personal feel that made the space truly feel like a home away from home. The warm welcome by Andrei and Galia on arrival together with their thoughtful local recommendations made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. Their attention to detail and heartfelt approach made all the difference. If you’re visiting Sofia and want a central, stylish, and welcoming place to stay then look no further than the Top Center BestView Apartment. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

There’s a reason everyone mentions the view – you can’t get a better panorama of some of Sofia’s key landmarks from anywhere else, and I’ve been to quite a few rooftop places. And if you don’t feel like exploring the city, there’s no better way to relax than have a drink on the huge terrace while soaking in the sights. If you do feel like going around town, however, this is also the best place to be – everything you need to see is within walking distance (20-25 minutes max), the metro and trolley stope are just a few minutes’ walk away, and the transport is really easy to use. The flat itself is worth noting, too, with its colorful and eclectic mix of decorations – you can spend hours studying them and, quite often, trying to guess what lies behind their being put up there. Otherwise, it’s comfortably furnished and fully equipped with any basic necessities you may need for your stay. Finally, there is the host himself, who is friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any questions you may have. He’ll give you tips on where to go, what to see, what/where to eat and drink, what to do about taxis if necessary, etc. So, if you need to stay in Sofia for a few days – or more – I would definitely recommend this place.

• Dimitar (10/5): Forget the rooftop bars - the best penthouse view of Sofia is yours with this gorgeous apartment! - Not only can you readily see Sofia's landmark Alexander Nevsky Cathedral from each of the two main bedrooms, but you also have a gorgeous 270-degree view of the city's downtown area thanks to the apartment's striking wrap-around terrace. The flat itself is quite spacious, is thoughtfully organized with everything you might need (including a table + deck chairs for the terrace!) and on top of that is uniquely decorated with both quirky and authentic memorabilia, including many one-of-a-kind items from Bulgaria's socialist past. So if you're looking for a distinctive view as part of your memorable stay in an accommodation that delights with true uniqueness and character - then this absolute gem is your place! Nothing - 10/10

The location couldn't be better, with a breathtaking view of the cathedral, especially magical at night. What really set this place apart was the interior design – the walls were a fascinating collage of family photos, postcards, and banknotes from all over the world, creating a personal and intriguing atmosphere. It felt less like a rental and more like staying in a home filled with stories. Perfect for a short stay in Sofia and highly recommended for those looking for something a little different.

Billia market for groceries is an easy walk at the metro station. A lot of the uber type apps won't work with a US phone, but TaxiMe did and a car from the airport was $10.61 Rila monastery and boyana church worth the trip. There is a flea market by the church for art and 2nd hand collectables Be aware that there are steps upto the elevator and also to the apartment. We took the train from the airport, there isn't an escalator or lift from the train exit to the street - just know it's a lot of stairs or a steep ramp.

The host was super responsive, friendly and helpful. The property has all amenities as promised, clean and nicely maintained; very comfortable and moreover decorated in an eclectic style with fun mementos all over that provided constant entertainment as an unexpected bonus. In fact, if this were a museum of travel, bygone eras and the unexpected, we would have gladly paid a fee just to visit! All in all, strongly recommended for anyone who would like to have a fun and pleasant stay in Sofia! Nothing really, we were extremely satisfied.

• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was well presented, and very interesting decor. Lots of old items that you would remember when young. Also many dating to read, that Keeps you interested. The views were amazing, and right in the center of town, where the bus is available to go to many places. Host was a gentleman and very helpful and pleasant. He showed us where the sites were located, and how to get there. He also came back to open the door in the morning, when we locked ourselves out, and was happy to come and was pleasant about it. Rooms always warm with plenty of hot running water, and shower was a dream. The kitchen was full of condiments and tea/coffee, and was also greeted with a bottle of wine and crisps when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and plenty of sheets and blankets available. Free WiFi with decent speed, and smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, which was nice. Will definitely recommend and come back.
• Roumi (10/5): Perfect Sofia stay: stunning views, impeccable cleanliness, and a host who goes the extra mile - I just got back from a short trip to Sofia, Bulgaria. This time I wanted something different – instead of staying at a hotel, I decided to try a private apartment. Well, it was a great decision! I was lucky to secure a penthouse in downtown Sofia. The apartment is in an ideal location, close to major attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it super convenient to explore the city. The huge terrace offers a spectacular 275-degree view of Sofia and allows you enjoy the Bulgarian capital in all its glory from the comfort of your own space. As to my stay at the condo, I cannot say enough good things about the host, Andrei. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. He arranged early check-in with easy access to the keys and I was welcomed with snacks and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. I also want to point out that he is fluent in English and can provide a ton of useful information and helpful tips on places to visit and local dining options. Even though the building was most likely built in the 1960s, the apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had all modern amenities, including air conditioning (which wasn’t a thing in 20th-century Bulgaria). At the same time, one of its most unique aspects is the quirky retro decor, which felt like stepping into a time-capsule filled with personality. The space is interspersed with last-century cult artifacts, ranging from vintage Playboy magazines to entertaining communist memorabilia, which makes it incredibly charming. Mind you, some of the objects are quite irreverent, others hilarious, and still others bordering on the grotesque – but they all contributed towards a delightful stay. If you are visiting Sofia any time soon and you’d like a unique experience, book this place. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. One thing to bear in mind: though the apartment’s location is fantastic, I would strongly advise against renting a car. Parking in the area is a hassle and there’s simply no need since you have easy access to buses, trams, and the metro.

He waited for me on my arrival date for handing me over the keys, also, he’s super warm sharing his knowledge about the neighborhood and Sofia. He’s so kind for helping me at his fastest speed when I locked myself outside the place. He himself is a world traveler too, full of knowledge and is very easy to talk with. His apartment must be one of the best in Sofia: top location for walking short distances to almost all the city attractions; best view with the beautiful lighted Alexander Cathedral right in the front of the terrance, and almost all windows. The view is really unforgettable. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom and a kitchen, which provides all utensils, even some snacks and a bottle of wine. The flat was in an excellent location and the balcony was super with great city views. There was tea, coffee and also a gift of wine which was very nice. There's a lot of personal stuff in the flat which might not be to everyone's taste.

• Kate (10/5): View better than a 5-star hotel - Came to Sofia for a few days with friends and this wonderful flat made it an experience like no other! For a group of 4, we paid as much as for a hostel per person, but I guarantee you, no hostel has this view! An absolutely magnificent sight to enjoy day and night. Flat was spacious, had all essentials supplied (towels, sheets, kitchenware), which was great especially if you travel light, and has a funky art touch to it! It is located in the heart of Sofia, overseeing the cathedral, the national library and the mountains. The flat is also a 5min walking distance from the subway, but trust me, you wouldn’t need it - the central location has everything you need - sightseeing, pubs and marts. Noise levels are okay - it is the city centre after all! The host is extremely helpful and welcoming, and I would highly recommend to any low-budget student groups (like us) or families too. :)
