The apartment was cozy, warm, and had everything we needed — hot water, shower gel and shampoo, towels, toilet paper, a hairdryer, iron, kettle, toaster, stove, microwave, Wi-Fi, and a TV. The location is perfect, right in the central part of London, with the underground station and bus stops just a short walk away. The double bed was very comfortable, and when we asked, the host kindly provided an extra folding bed for the third person. Everything was clean and convenient. The only small downside was that we could sometimes hear the neighbours walking upstairs, but that’s not the host’s fault. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place.

• Viviano (8/5): Lots of good memories were created - I really liked the area and the fact that was close to the subway station It was a tiny apt and we were 3 adults. I think it's perfect for a couple or a solo trip

• Guest (9/5): Cozy & convenient - Perfect for a solo traveler. Close to the tube. Clean & comfortable. Had everything I needed! Carrying luggage to the 3rd level was challenging.
• Ana (4/5): Fell short in so many ways. - Apartment advertised as two beds but linens were not provided automatically. We were told that they are only provided if asked for - something we’ve never had to do. Then, they could not drop them by until the next day because 10pm (when we arrived from dinner) was too late. With this kind of business an issue like this should be resolved immediately or refunded. The place was very hot with no AC. Fan was broken (had to ask for a replacement) and insufficient for two people. Construction out front and very noisy street. Narrow staircase up two flights of stairs. Trash dumped out in front of flat. Seriously sub standard.

• Andrew (8/5): Value for money - It is in a great location, only a 15-minute walk from Paddington station. The property has a small but well-equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. Our unit was on the second floor, accessed up a very steep and narrow staircase that is difficult to negotiate with luggage.
• Kenneth (7/5): Good - Great service and great location The twinbed way too soft, single bed too hard/low.
• Marina (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, near bus and metro station. The host was kind and helpfull. Extra bed for third person was very uncomfortable, weak internet signal.
