• Anna (1/5): - We booked Travel Habitat Cabanyal Lofts for our stay in Valencia and were horrified by what we found upon arrival. The bedding had visible blood stains on the blankets. There were insects inside the apartment. The place also had a strong mold smell throughout.

• AnastasjaGr (10/5): Cozy and comfortable stay close to the beach - The apartment is very cozy, and the location is splendid, very close to the beach and the metro station. There's a supermarket nearby, and there are a lot of restaurants and cafe that you could visit and enjoy local meal. The hosts were amazing, always prompt and quick to answer any questions. The room itself was clean and spacious enough, equipped with a little kitchen. All was good, nothin to complaint about.
• Rossella (3/5): - Nulla Al nostro arrivo mancavano molti serivizi e viveri come acqua e tovaglioli. Inoltre la caparra viene trattenuta per più di 10 giorni e ho dovuto contattare più volte la struttura per sollecitare il problema altrimenti credo che sarebbe andata molto più per le lunghe. Per non parlare dei vari insetti presenti nella doccia. Sinceramete la camera non vale neanche la caparra da loto trattenuta.

• Gabriel (7/5): nice place, cool neighbourhood - The location was excellent — close to the beach and restaurants, with a supermarket very nearby. Although there was no garage, I found street parking easily. The room included some useful amenities, such as a washing machine and a beach umbrella. The house could use more basic kitchen equipment, like a dish rack, for example. The sofa bed was fine for my 8-year-old son, but it wouldn't be comfortable for an adult. The check-in process was very confusing, with conflicting information. They have a flawed deposit system that doesn’t work properly. They initially asked for a deposit via card and requested a photo, saying they could process it with just the card number and expiration date. However, my card requires a PIN that I receive via SMS to complete a transaction. Later, they asked for a bank deposit, but I wasn't able to make an international transfer through my banking app.

• Kseniia (10/5): I want to repeat - The stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. It was very clean and cozy. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. convenient location: several shops, cafes, pharmacies nearby. It’s also not a long walk to the sea - I walked at a calm pace in 20 minutes. Also on this coast there are entertainment services: you can take a boat along the coast, or take a double-decker bus and take a tour of Valencia on it. Check-in is very convenient - contactless. Also, my plane flight was canceled and my flight was leaving a day later. The support workers promptly responded to me by email and we solved my problem, I stayed one more day. I was pleased with the price-quality ratio of my stay. Thank you very much for a well-spent vacation, I will come back to you again!

Lots of places around the apartment to see and Bathroom could use more cleaning - shower was extremely dirty and toilet wasn’t working properly. There was no place in the bathroom to hang towels before and after shower. Needs few finished touches in the bathroom. There is no proper air circulation unless you turn on AC to get some air since you are right out on the main floor and you can’t open windows or doors since your entrance and window is on the high foot traffic area. You hear constant water running from apartments above during the night but you get used to it. Construction was happening right next doors to us for all 7 days, drilling started every morning at 8am and it was loud morning and most of the afternoon.

It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and about 7 minutes to the next metro station that takes you right to the city and to the airport. It was very cozy & comfortable and we had all the kitchen utilities we needed to cook some breakfast

• Stas (10/5): Exceptional - Really cool place to stay in Valencia, especially if you want to spend your vacation on the beach 😎 it's 15-minute walk from the apartment. A nice market Mercadona 200 meters from the flat. Strongly recommend.
• Clemence (1/5): RUN AWAY THEY HAVE GIANT COCKROACHES - When we arrived, the appartment looked like a proper and clean one at first. Microwave was working, they had proper cutlery. They had soap. AC was working. Close to the subway. Great pizzeria near it. However, we found multiple giant cockroaches (each one of them were the size of a chicken egg). You can hear the people outside walking by and yelling. As the proper Asians we are, we cleaned before leaving and took a video of everything however the owner blamed us for breaking 3 different piece of furnitures even though we send them the video we took before leaving showing that everything was fine, so they didn't return the deposit. We don't know if the owner is scamming us or if their cleaning service are blaming us for their mistakes or both but they should be ashamed to be this dishonest. Not enough toilet paper and body soap for a 8 days stay for 3 people. They didn't had shampoo. No way to wash the towels either, we had to keep them for 8 days straight. No trash bag, we had to get our own. Freezer couldn't be closed. The blanket was very thin, we were very cold at 7 am.
• Agnieszka (10/5): I will come back for sure😁 - The apartment is just perfect! It's in a very good condition... everything is almost new! The bed is very comfortable. You have everything you need. There is event TV with Internet, which is not so common on other apartaments. It's in a very good location...close to the beach...close to metro...you have a lot of cafes and shops nearby...the contact with the host is perfect too. I recommend it to everyone. When we are in Valencia next time...we will come back here for sure. I can't think of any minuses... maybe lack of washing - up liquid...but that's just tiny detail.

• Adriannamaria (8/5): Very good - Nice design, furniture in a great condition, all the basic equipment was there. 3 min walk to a bus stop, 7 min walk to the metro station, 2 min walk to Mercadona, several places serving nice breakfast nearby. Comfortable bed. Easy access and great communication with the hosts, they responded all my questions and notified me in advance about all the necessary details. The apartment met all our needs. Overall everything was clean, but two things stood out: the floor was probably cleaned with something that left white smudges all over (it didn't look like dust or dirt but still... it was visible and we could see it on our dark socks...) and the drawer in the bathroom was not cleaned (there was some hair and dust). The apartment is accessed directly from the street - it didn't really bother us but I'm mentioning it since it may be significant to someone.
