Appartamento nel complesso pulito ma asse del wc in legno gonfia e rovinata,davvero poco igienica. Nessun detersivo per i piatti della cucina e secondo le indicazioni i piatti vanno lavati prima di fare il check out

• Jeanna (9/5): A little gem - This little place is a gem. For us, it was in the centre of our activities and easy to get to. It was clean, accommodating, secure and homely.
• Kerri (8/5): Great central location and clean - Close to everywhere including Bounce luggage storage as no early checkin (extra 20 euro for us). Very clean and didnt smell moldy like a couple of reviews. Lots of light and bigger than pics look. Was in a fantastic location, less than 19mins walk from Guglie pier stop , used Alilaguna water bus, orange line. We aren't heavy people so beds/pillows very hard so sleep and comfort was compromised, great if you like hard bedding. We both had bad necks and not much sleep. But was only there couple of days and place was clean and central. Communication was just ok, not hugely responsive got checkin details and actual address late at night the night before.

• Ann (9/5): - This is a little apartment with everything you need - 2 bedrooms, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and a big fridge, with a washing machine (small but functional) in the bathroom. Competely quiet though close to main street, supermarkets nearby, and close to the train station. Overall very clean and was lovely for a short stay. There is aircon only in the living area, it was hot weather when we stayed and it functioned really well but did not really cool the bedrooms. The power points in the main bedroom are hanging off the wall (i would not use them). There are no windows in the kitchen/ living area but big skylights do keep it bright, though it's not really a space to spend a lot of time in. The washing machine was a bit mouldy in the seals, but functioned fine.

• Πασχαλίδου (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed the aerea, all was near the appartment (coffee shops, pizza, mini market, railway station ). It has the equipment to cook your food if you like and we enjoy it once. It could be more organized _ giving us the wifi code without asking us to. The refrigerator hadn't had the power to cold the water and the cooking equipment (pot) need to be changed.

• Kamen (1/5): Health Hazard – Left After One Night, Paid for Three - This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. We had booked for three nights but could only stay one due to the absolutely disgusting condition of the apartment. The entire place was covered in mould—including the walls right next to the beds. The smell was overwhelming and clearly had been an issue for a long time. My friend, who has asthma, developed a chest infection after just one night. This place is a serious health risk and should not be listed for rent. The fridge was leaking water all over the floor, and the pull-out sofa bed was rusted and completely unusable. It felt unsafe and unsanitary in every possible way. We have tried multiple times to reach out to the owner via Booking.com, but they have ignored every single message for over a month. No response, no refund, no apology. This property is not just poorly maintained—it’s uninhabitable. I strongly urge Booking.com to investigate and remove this listing. Do not book this place under any circumstances.

• Penelope (8/5): Excellent! - The owner of the apartment and his son were extremely helpful with advice regarding public transport from the airport to the apartment, as well as sending us a video of how to access the apartment and unlock the door. The location was excellent, in a beautiful part of Venice where the prices of the bars and cafés were extremely reasonable, yet we were still within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions.

• Pamela (5/5): Great location but below average apartment - Great location. Two bedrooms Cold apartment with damp particularly bad in one of the bedrooms. Shower drain needed unblocking. Being woken early one morning by people working on the roof using various loud tools and dropping things - no warning or apology given.
• Phil (6/5): Convenient little apartment - Location is central. Easy to check-in. Good value. Needs a bit of renovation in the apartment and public space to feel more comfortable. It was quite humid so would be nicer with a dehumidifier but I assume that could be normal for Venice

• Andrew (5/5): Cheap, safe, good location but dirty appearing, small and very poor information and communication. - The location is excellent - particular if travelling by bus or train - about 10 mins walk and also about 15 - 20 mins walk to St Mark’s square. The price was good value. The beds were reasonably comfortable and despite reading some negative reviews - the shower was good. The place is also very secure and extremely quiet - you heard nothing of the crowds in the street down the short ally. Firstly, the owner is a non-communicator. We contacted by booking.com via the number booking.com gave us 4 times in the few days leading up to staying. He ignored communications - so you get anxious worrying about getting the keys or into the apartment etc.(though the info he does send about 20 hours before we stayed was sufficient). To ignore communications is simply rude (a simple response to say I send the info the day before would have been polite and sufficient). We agree with other negative comments in the reviews - it comes across as dirty and damp and were bitten a lot by Mosquitoes. No Wi-Fi and no info to help in the apartment whatsoever. The switch for the refrigerator is easily knocked, not labelled and behind the refrigerator so we had defrosted food. It is small - suitable for two people but whilst there are 2 bedrooms I think it would be very crowded with 4 adults.

• Carrie (10/5): Great apartment, Great location, great amenities. - Cute clean little apartment close to everything that, we were doing. Diego was fabulous with communication on whats app. we had challenges with the key but he sent a video ahead of time it just didn’t fully load for us due to poor cell signal when we attempted to watch but got it figured out. I think a welcome book with instructions inside the little apartment would be most helpful to let you know about the Wi-Fi password, how to use stove, washing machine etc. But we figured things out and again Diego communicated with us quick responses.

Some proactivity and an information sheet from the host would have helped: WIFI password (I had to ask for it); A warning about which switch turned off the refrigerator (not labelled and easily knocked). Both easily fixed.

• Anna (7/5): Good - Location right in the center, shops nearby, bars nearby, vaporeto station 5 minutes walk, Rialto Bridge 5 minutes walk, very convenient to reach all the tourist attractions of Venice. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a hairdryer, air conditioning, absolute silence at night. Despite the location on a very busy street, the apartment was quiet. We had a great night's sleep there. It is important that they solve the problem of garbage disposal themselves, there is no need to run around looking for where to throw the garbage, this is important for Venice. Great price for this location. Very small apartment, old furniture, there wasn’t enough space for us, but for students it’s a good option.
