- Yuan (9/5): 非常好 - 酒店位置极佳，离三元桥地铁站不远，在三环线旁，但隔音很好，听不到道路的嘈杂声。虽然我们房间不是落地窗，窗户也不大，但是窗外的景色还是很不错的。三元桥地铁站旁有凤凰汇购物中心，里面有咖啡馆和很多餐厅，非常方便。房间面积够大，衣柜也很大。饮料和水也很充足。以后应该还会入住。 早餐有点小贵，而且品种不是很丰富，和价钱有点不相符。

The showers were disgusting, with mold and dust on the walls and air ducts, we went in and out inmediately. Very badly mantained.

The reality is like a horror film. It is outside the hotel area down to the basement into a strange looking area. The changing rooms are really grim and smelt of urine and the pool was not very nice we left straight away. The photo of the pool must be many years old. Very disappointed as we specifically booked for the pool so I would not come back for this reason.

The location is not an ideal place for travel purposes, far from the center, and i cannot reach the metro station despite around 800m away, because of the cold. I chose the bus instead, and it took only 200m to bus station, anything else is good! location

- Sushant (8/5): Convenient - The hotel's location is near the CEIC (Chaoyang Area) and so was beneficial for me. The hotel has all the necessary amenities. The room was clean and the amenities in the room were apt. The breakfast was sumptuous - local fare primarily - and provided a wide choice. The concierge Team was awesome and very friendly. I had an issue with communicating due to my language - Apple Translate utility helped a lot, but couldn't help in phone conversations with room service and housekeeping. The room service food was bland for my taste. The hotel had a foreign exchange conversion ATM - would accept only demonination of 100; not the best rate and a RMB 30 charge for every transaction.

- Chontida (8/5): - The hotel room is spacious and clean. Good view from the internal balcony. Breakfast was so good and impressive, with a variety of foods. The location is good for those who come to the Exhibition Center nearby. Some people smoke inside their room, even though we were in our room, we still smell of smoke from the other room., Hope they can manage people who are against the smoking rules. Staff are helpful, but I think they need to get essential English training.

Il y a aussi un supermarché joignable à pieds 4 minutes. Le personnel bien accueillant, toujours à l'écoute Rien à signaler , tout était en ordre.

- Hendrik (9/5): Heerlijk hotel om in te verblijven. - Mooie ruime kamers, alles was goed schoon. Ruime badkamer voorzien van veel extra's. Mooi uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel, de meeste spraken ook voldoende engels. Goed ontbijt met veel keuze. De afstand tot het dichtsbijzijnde metrostation viel mee. We dachten dat het 17 minuten zou zijn (Google) maar het was eerder 10 minuten. Je hoeft niet extra te betalen voor het zwembad, maar het is wel verplicht om een badmuts te dragen. Die kun je eventueel bij het zwembad kopen. De koffie machines in het restaurant hadded wat problemen. De koffie was altijd lauw, en soms kwam er (veel) te weinig uit en soms te veel. Er was ook gebrek aan bestrek in het restaurant. In China eten mensen vrijwel altijd met stokjes. Sommige tafels hadden stokjes en lepels. Andere tafels hadden wel stokjes, lepels, messen en vorken. Als je geen mes of vork had en dat wel wilde, dan waren deze meestal niet meer beschikbaar. Zonder mes eten is best onhandig... Een derde van de gasten leek Westers, dus daar hadden ze wel beter op in kunnen spelen.
- macZebo (5/5): Gran habitación en mal lugar y con servicio mejorable... - La habitación en si era fantástica, muy amplia, luminosa con grandes ventanales, la cama aun lado y al otro un sillón, un sofá, una mesita, una zona de despacho, muy grande...a demás una zona de vestidor y un gran cuarto de baño, vamos, genial en cuanto a tamaño, fantástico cuando vas con grandes maletas para viajes largos y necesitas poder desplegarte. Ademas las camas eran muy cómodas. El desayuno, muy completo y compatible con los gustos europeos podría ser mejorable con "colacao" para los niños y mas leche, pero bueno, estaba bien. Varias cosas no me gustaron: - Lo primero el personal de recepción, no sé si el problema era de barrera idiomática ya que prácticamente no hablaban inglés (ni te digo español) o simplemente que eran bordes, pero desde luego el trato dejaba mucho que desear para un hotel de 5 estrellas. - Luego el tema de los niños, el famoso, "el niño se aloja gratis", es en si incorrecto, dado que llegas al hotel con tu reserva de dos habitaciones, una para la pareja y otra para los tres niños y te encuentras que el pequeño ni tiene cama, ni puede ir a desayunar... se aloja gratis si...., pero o pagas extra o no tiene cama para el ni puede desayunar... y compartir cama con sus hermanos... complicado.. dado que las camas no son Queen... son poco más que una cama individual, lo que hace que no quepan dos adolescentes en ellas... y eso que la habitación es gigante. - Además el tema de las vistas... habitaciones con vistas a la ciudad... pues serán otras... las nuestras daban al techo de las plantas bajas, techo lleno de escombros, material de obra, etc... vamos, que teníamos unos ventanales enormes con unas vistas pésimas... - Y finalmente la ubicación, está en el quinto pino... rodeada de autopistas y la estación de metro más cercana está al menos a 10 minutos andando... suerte que los taxis en Pekin son baratos y muy buenos... luego te pillas un taxi, te armas de paciencia y disfrutas del recorrido...

They are also very budget friendly compared to other hotels. I would come again in the future if I travel here.
- JIANZHEN (10/5): c'est parfait! - L’hôtel est très chic avec une décoration de goût. Le lit est ultra confortable et le personnel est professionnel et toujours disponible. Nous y avons réservé à deux reprises. De plus, sa proximité avec l’aéroport est un vrai plus. En bref, rien à redire, c'est top ! 酒店装修漂亮又品位，床非常舒服，酒店服务人员专业礼貌，酒店离机场很近，住了两次，强烈推荐
- Marek (10/5): We totaly reommend - Very nice hotel, very affordable, and with big rooms, and nice bathroom. Swimming pool a bit worn but for a traing it was ok, Perfect breakfast, all kind of food. Nice and helpful personel. The two different lifts system - one for the hotel and one for the convention center, once you inderstand it is not a problem but at first it is a bit akward.

- EVANGELIA (6/5): - Nice room but not so big, very nice breakfast They charged me about 35€ extra as a deposit and they promised they would refund the the amount the day after checking out. It has been about a month and although I have sent several emails still didn't refund. I have travelled all over the world and it was the first time that I dealt with something like this. Moreover I didn't like the swimming pool. It is at the basement and far away from what I expected

- Majapro (10/5): Great Stay with a View - We had a great stay at this hotel in Beijing. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and located on the 17th floor, offering an amazing view of the city skyline. The hotel provides everything a traveler might need, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay. The only downside was the breakfast experience. We only had it once, and since we arrived later, many dishes were already gone. It would be nice if they offered a wider variety of continental options and ensured food was replenished more consistently.
