- RICHARD (1/5): J'AI PASSÉ 5 JOURS DANS LA MERDE ET PUANTEUR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Aussitot rentré dans les airs communes nous avons senti une odeur tres tres fortes égouts odeur de merde fortes. Nous rentrons dans l'apartement et cette odeur est emplifie encore plus. Nous cherchons d'ou provient cette odeur. L'odeur provient des drains de plancher de la douche et nous remarquons qu'ils ont installés plusieurs sent bon dans l'apartement et dans les airs communes pour essayer de cacher l'odeur qui nous prend au nez et dans la gorge. Nous avons été acheter d"autres sent bon qui pourrait etre efficaces mais sans résultat!!!!! Donc 5 jours dans la merde !!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Pedro (5/5): No lo recomiendo. - La zona es muy tranquila, con un pinar enfrente y el mar a 10 m. Autobús casi en la puerta, buena comunicación con el centro. El olor que hay en el estudio, es nauseabundo, cuando estás dentro hay que tener las ventanas abiertas, puff. Si quieres ver la tele, tienes que ser desde la cama, desde el sillón no se puede, al menos desde el estudio que a mi me toco.

- Ryan (10/5): - Stayed here for 2 weeks in El Saler and had a really enjoyable stay overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of space to relax. The amenities were very good – a kitchenette with a coffee maker, 2-ring hob, fridge, sink, and all the essential utensils made it easy to cook. There was also a washing machine, which was useful for a longer stay. The fold-down table with four chairs was a nice touch, and both the bed and sofa were comfortable. Access was simple and convenient with pin entry for both the main entrance and the apartment, and the self check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The location worked really well for us. There are a couple of local convenience shops, a tobacco shop, and some restaurants within walking distance. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the apartment has excellent access to L’Albufera Natural Park, which is perfect for walking and cycling. There’s also a bus stop right outside with a 20-minute journey into Valencia, making it easy to explore the city. Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again. The only thing we felt was missing was an electric kettle, especially as we drink a lot of tea. Aside from that, everything was great.

- Irene (9/5): Habitación cómoda con cercanía a cualquier sitio del pueblo - Queríamos la habitación para estar cerca de la carpa de la falla y lo conseguimos. Situación muy buena aunque las vistas fueran a una calle cortada. No nos faltó de nada en la habitación y la cama muy cómoda. El anfitrión constestó rápido a mis dudas y estuvo atento a cualquier cosa. No podíamos entrar pulsando el código en las puertas de la calle, por lo que teníamos que usar el móvil para abrirlas. Era algo incómodo sobre todo si salías sin móvil porque tenía que bajar mi pareja para abrirme.

- Aurora (4/5): No creo que volvamos. - Ubicación Estancia para 4 personas, el sofá cama era para dos según indican en la estancia, 1º no caben dos personas, 2º es imposible dormir, lo mas incomodo que puedas imaginar, el baño huele mal, con arreglos chapuceros, la caldera suena una barbaridad por la noche, no hay persianas, por lo que no pueden tener ninguna intimidad, el congelador de la nevera estaba repleta de hielo y sucia.

- MARISA (6/5): - La amplitud del alojamiento está muy bien,. La cama es muy cómoda así como las almohadas, lo que proporciona un buen descanso. La ubicación es buena. Hay un paseo muy agradable hasta la playa. Nosotros estuvimos en fin de semana por lo que ignoro el ruido que puede haber al estar cerca de un colegio. Llegamos el viernes justo en la recogida de los niños y quedaron huecos libres para aparcar. El edificio tiene ascensor, pero hay que entrar por el portal de la calle de atrás. Si no lo sabes tienes que subir unas cuantas escaleras con el equipaje. Aún así hay que sortear 2 escalones. Deberían indicarlo junto con las instrucciones de entrada. El baño necesita una renovación. El olor a cañerías atascadas es insoportable, así como el ruido de la ventilación. La limpieza del baño también es mejorable, con pelos en la ducha y en la cortina. Si no fuese por eso la estancia hubiera sido excelente. Contrasta con el resto del apartamento.

El cuarto de baño me defraudó porque es muy antiguo y está muy parcheado, opino que deberían mejorarlo. El resto de la habitación muy bien, pero reitero que el cuarto de baño muy antiguo e incómodo, además la poca reforma que se hizo en su día, la hicieron muy mal, se veían cables y tuberías, el suelo de plástico, además mal instalado, a veces huele mal. No se corresponde el baño con el resto de la habitación. Deberían sacar fotos también de esa zona. Solo hay foto de la zona bonita.

- López (5/5): - La cama muy cómoda y las sábanas limpias. Nuestra habitación no tenía relación con las fotos que se muestran en la web. La cocina estaba a medio montar, el sofá con unas mantas que tapaban algunas manchas y el aseo lo peor: - Olía a tuberías y aunque había ambientadores, estaban todos gastados y no se habían repuesto. -La ducha no invitaba a entrar descalzo y la cortina era muy incómoda, cubría solo la mitad del largo de la ducha. -El lavabo enmedio de la ducha. -El suelo se había cubierto de forma muy rudimentaria con vinilo. Si hubiera visto el aseo en las fotos no lo habria reservado.

- Andriy Vovk (4/5): This place, with all its faults, is massively overpriced. Avoid. We are not coming back at any cost. - Spacious suite, comfortable large bed, minimal but practical and useful kitchen appliances. Our suite could be accessed from the street level using the elevator. Contrary to the description provided, there was no desk and no bidet. The Internet connection was so bad that it was unusable. The bathroom is shabby; the sink is large, but is positioned half way into the shower area, with the mirror and the ceiling light misaligned (imagine shaving over the sink when you do not have the mirror right in front of you, standing with one leg in the shower area). There are no towel rails in the bathroom, just a small hook. The place could hardly accommodate more than 2 people. Our suite could be accessed from the street level by the lift, but the check-in instructions did not mention it; it would have been more than useful to have this information earlier not to carry the suitcases up three flights of stairs. Note that there is no front desk, so you will not get immedite attention if you experience an issue. Taking into account all its faults, this place is prohibitively expensive.

- Dixon (6/5): Pleasant - The suite was clean, we felt safe, and we enjoyed being out of the busy city. The studio was very noisy. The rain echoed from the room adjacent to the suite. The hot water heater made a lot of noise two nights in a row, which interfered with our sleep. The bathroom had a bad smell, and we had to purchase Glade room deodorizers to mask the odor.

- Mykhailo (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great, 5 minutes from the beach, has all the infrastructure nearby (restaurants, grocery, etc). You can get in 20 minutes to the centre on a bus or 10-12 if you have a car. The apartment has everything needed (dishwasher, laundry, tv, etc.)
