Stephen (9/5): Great Villa, brilliant staff. - The villa is a new and built to a high standard. It is comfortable, well appointed and managed excellently by Balisuperhosts. I would not hesitate to recommend staying in one of their Villas. This Villa is a little out of the way and you can’t really walk anywhere for meals, shops etc. That said Gojek is so cheap for transport I would rather stay outside of town centres so you have the option of somewhere quiet to go back to. When writing reviews I have to be honest and there were a number of teething problems with the Villa because it is so new. The electric tripped a few times meaning we had no water (it’s all pumped), the swimming pool pumps weren’t working properly so we couldn’t use the pool for the day, outdoor lighting went off one evening. Overall we had small issues probably 4-5 consecutive days. That said on every occasion the staff were there straight away and got things back up and running swiftly. It didn’t spoil our time at the villa and I’d definitely go back, but some people may be less tolerant when they are away for a break.
