John (9/5): Great facilities for the money. - The rooms were clean with lots of space to relax and comfortable furniture. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfasts were convenient rather than great, but they were there if we wanted them. The location suited us because it was close to family but would not be great for tourists although getting around Istanbul is easy enough.

Bryan (10/5): An ample sized apartment, clean and comfortable - An ample sized apartment, clean and comfortably warm, this was in January with an ambient temp of less than 10*c so please with the warmth. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning unit so would be comfortable in the summer. The apartment was comfortable and more than met our needs. I would not hesitate to rebook should we return to Istanbul. The only draw back was our apartment overlooked a four lane road but the noise did not prevent us from sleeping.

Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. • Sauberkeit: Das gesamte Hotel war makellos sauber, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche. • Freundlichkeit & Empfang: Das Personal ( Herr Ahmet ; Herr Mazlum ; Herr Yusuf ) war überaus herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Schon beim Empfang wurde ich sehr freundlich begrüßt, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen gefühlt habe. • Frühstück: Das Frühstück war hervorragend – (Ein Dankeschön und Liebe Grüße an das Koch Team ) frisch, reichhaltig und mit einer großen Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. • Service: Jegliche Anliegen wurden professionell und schnell umgesetzt, die Ausführung der Arbeiten war durchweg sehr gut. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. Wer in Istanbul einen angenehmen, komfortablen und gastfreundlichen Aufenthalt sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Regina (4/5): Disappointed - Nice deko, The accommodation wasn't prepared for three people as per booking. Room service not existant, had to make our own bed, rubish collected once in three days. Deposit taken and not returned apparently due to the bank issue, however two days later still no money returned. Walking distance next to a busy road to shopping centre.

Heves (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία, η άνεση στα δωμάτια. Πήραμε το διαμέρισμα με ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και σαλόνι και ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο. Μείναμε δυο φορές στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε. Ενώ και στις δυο διαμονές μας είχα κάνει κράτηση για τρία άτομα (2 ενήλικες και 1 παιδί 10 χρονών) και τις δύο φορές δεν είχαν έτοιμα κλινοσκεπάσματα, πετσέτες κτλ. για το τρίτο άτομο και αναγκαστήκαμε είτε να τα ζητήσουμε αργότερα στο δωμάτιο είτε να κατεβούμε να τα παραλάβουμε εμείς μετά τις 20:00 αφού δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό να μας τα ανεβάσει.

THEO (8/5): Lekker appartementje voor zakenmensen die geen hoge en luxe eisen stellen. - schoon en voorzien van alle gemak. De locatie is voor iedereen verschillend dus daar kan ik niet veel overzeggen maar dit is geen touristisch gebied maar dicht bij verschillende verbindingswegen dus voor degene die zaken doet in het europese deel kan het handig zijn en niet te duur. Als je aan de wegkant slaapt is het wat lawaaiig.

Cleaning staff were amazing, especially Aysun and Semra 🙂 I will book this place again - Great location, helpful staff, newer property, plenty of onsite parking spots inside the garage. Cleaning is every 3 days and not everyday. I am not sure of there is an option to have daily cleaning for a fee bur if there is I will take it next time!
