• Jennifer (10/5): Sarajevo is a wonderful place to visit and Main Street Retreat Apartment is a perfect place to stay - Azra and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. They supplied everything we could possibly need during our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring Sarajevo and there are many coffee shops and restaurants in the area so we hardly used the kitchen. It's an easy city to walk and there is a good transport system if you are less able. The bus from the airport took us to within a 5 minute walk to the apartment. This isn't negative, just a caution. Be prepared to pay cash for the apartment.
• Valeria (10/5): Wonderful apartments! - We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect — right in the center on a pedestrian street, yet the apartment is surprisingly quiet and you cannot hear the street noise inside. Another huge advantage is the free parking just 10 minutes away, which is almost impossible to find in the city center. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. -

Well furnished with almost everything you need for comfortable stay. I stayed for two weeks and found the host to be friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

Go left to the city and the stores, right for a few minutes and you're in the old Turkish quarter. We loved the welcome. Kind and thoughtful with a great guide book on how to explore the city and where to enjoy a traditional coffee (we had a few). The house was super clean and came with wide selection of treats, best were comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Nothing at all.
• Nurain (10/5): Highly Recomended! - We love everything about the apartment! Location is excellent, apartment is clean and the rooms are big! Its very comfortable for a family of 5 or 6. The host is the star! They waited for us and also prepared 2 big bottles of drinking water, fruits and soup for us! She made sure that we are comfortable and also during our stay, she was very prompt in responding to our messages. Restaurants, cafes and old town are less than 5min walk! Nothing!

Apartment is right in the city center, within walking distance of almost everything, but it is secluded enough that there is no noise at all. Very clean, spacious apartment and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the walkability of everything. Several restaurants, cafes and shopping places are within a minute to 10 minute walk. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all messages very quickly. Building is very quiet and we felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend!

It’s clean, beautiful, and in an excellent location within the pedestrian area, close to everything we needed. The thoughtful little touches, from books in several languages to robes and slippers, made our stay extra special. The apartment is large, spacious, and well equipped, offering great value for money. The host was very gracious, even allowing us to check in an hour early as we arrived sooner than expected. We loved how everything was within walking distance, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets The internet connection was very good, perfect for uninterrupted video calls. We had absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again when we return to Sarajevo. Highly recommend it to others looking for a fabulous place to stay in the heart of the city!
• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - This is the PERFECT spot to stay in Sarajevo! The apartment is very nice and amazing. Clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a kitchen that has everything you need at your disposal. It looks as good, if not better, than the pictures. It offers really nice views of the main pedestrian street, Ferhadija. The host is respectful and available to answer questions at all times. When I go back to Sarajevo, I won’t bother looking for another place. I already know I’m booking again.
