• Benjamin (10/5): Great stay, amazing staff and great area! - Tuve una estancia estupenda en este hotel. El personal fue extremadamente amable y muy atento, respondiendo a todas mis preguntas. En particular, María Belén, que siempre estaba sonriendo. El hotel está en una zona muy buena. La cama era muy cómoda. Volveré cuando regrese a Santa Cruz. The only minor thing is the construction next to the Hotel, but this is out of control of the Hotel and very understandable.

The city is like nothing else I've seen travelling down from Colombia through Ecuador and Peru. Squeaky clean modern city, no tuktuks but a great bus service - use Moovit). • Andrea (2/5): A hotel that is actually an open-air construction site - The position in the city The room had only a window, which it was broken. There was mould in the shower. Ants were find in the room and in the bathtub. Rat poop next to the swimming pool. Probably it was not clean properly since the opening of the hotel (we asked for a hoover and they don’t have it, they only use a broom to clean the floor). Breakfast was with very low-quality food. One morning, from the building under construction next to the hotel, some fresh liquid cement fell next to the swimming pool (which is incredibly dirty and multiple times we saw dead cockroaches inside). That splash came from above and could potentially have killed someone. The cleaners then cleaned the floor and wall with the splashes, then rinsed the sponge in the pool water. Last but not least, the price we paid was higher than the one initially shown on Booking. Long story short: if you care about health and safety, this is not your place.

Hassle free. All very easy. Booked very last minute and walked over. They were expecting us. A lovely stay. Wifi worked great.

No hubo limpieza en la habitación en toda mi estadía, ni cambio de jabones ni cambio de papel, cuando le dije al joven este se disculpó y amablemente retiró mi bolsa de basura de la habitación.

Para quem quer conhecer um pouco do bairro Equipetrol, está muito bem localizado. Acredito que seja algo momentâneo, mas antes das 8h da manhã o hotel começou umas obras muito próximas ao quarto, e como estávamos cansados de um noite sem dormir viajando de ônibus, nossos planos eram dormir até mais tarde, mas não conseguimos. Como disse, provavelmente seja uma obra momentânea.
• Eduardo (1/5): - Yo soy pasajero nacional En Booking salía un precio en Bolivianos que estaba razonable, pero llegando nos quisieron cobrar otro monto haciendo el cálculo al tipo de cambio paralelo de dólares a Bolivianos, que no se mostraba en Booking antes de la reserva, y se duplicaba el precio, por ese monto hay mejores opciones en mejores zonas de Santa Cruz, decidimos no tomar la reserva y nos fuimos a otro hotel

• Samir (6/5): Unsatisfied - Place looked nice and good breakfast. During my stay, I encountered several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. On my first night, the air conditioning was not functioning, leaving the room unbearably hot and making it difficult to rest. Although the staff did address this by changing my room after I raised the issue, the initial discomfort was significant. Subsequent experiences also left a poor impression. I consumed two bottles from the minibar and was charged for them, which is understandable; however, I felt it lacked consideration given the inconvenience I faced during my first night. Additionally, the check-out process was confusing and frustrating. The policy displayed "12:00 - 14:00" as the check-out time, which implied flexibility. Yet, shortly after 12:00, I was informed I would be charged extra, which felt misleading. Instead of offering any compensation for the discomfort caused during my first night, I was charged 160 Bolivianos for the late checkout and 38 Bolivianos for the drinks. When I pointed out the lack of compensation and proposed paying for the drinks if the first night was adjusted, only then did they waive the charges for the minibar. While the property itself is visually appealing and has potential, these management and service issues significantly detracted from my stay. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel despite its aesthetic appeal. I hope the management considers these points to improve their guest experience.
