• Kevin (1/5): - The position. The shower head was full of fungus. Disgusting. There was a TV, but no remote and one of the wires was disconnected. No safe. No kettle. When I booked it had said complementary airport shuttle. Then I was told by email that this wasn't so. On checkout I was told that I couldn't even pay them extra to use the shuttle, and had to get a taxi. They said that all this was because it was a "flat hotel " and not a hotel as such. Also that they were not responsible for the filth in the shower. Even though checkin was at the same place as the "hotel ", the restaurant was the same, the lifts were the same, etc. None of this is made clear on Hotels.com Travellers beware! This was without doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed. And I have stayed at some pretty bad places. Enough to put one off travelling to Brazil or of using this hotel group.

• Karol (10/5): Uma estadia excelente! - Amei absolutamente tudo! O quarto é super confortável, limpo e silencioso — perfeito para descansar. O atendimento foi excelente, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. O proprietário foi extremamente gentil e conseguiu estender minha estadia das 11h às 14h, o que fez toda a diferença, já que meu voo era só à noite. Além disso, guardaram minhas malas com todo cuidado, o que me permitiu aproveitar o dia tranquila, sem precisar esperar sozinha no aeroporto. Foi um atendimento humano e acolhedor, algo raro hoje em dia!

Durante a madrugada, mais precisamente 03:00 AM a funcionária que limpa o quarto abriu a porta com tudo. Levei baita susto e depois não consegui voltar a dormir. Detalhe: a porta estava trancada e o quarto, por ser privado e não ser responsabilidade do hotel, não tem o placard de “Não Perturbe”. Experiência pessima.

• Eduardo (1/5): Bad experience, terrible front desk - Not much The front desk is a disaster. It is supposed to serve passengers using Guarulhos airport. I booked a taxi for my departure to the airport at half past midnight, I reconfirmed the booking a few hours earlier. Front desk told me it was all confirmed. It was not! They simply did not book any taxi and I had to find a last minute solution and almost lost the plane!
