- Quailid Rezza (7/5): - The swimming pools, parking space, the view, restaurant, room service, checkin is fast and easy, room is clean, aircond is cold The shower is super slow, reported to maintenance team but the person isnt helpful, missed housekeeping but they did it when asked, the building is quite old so few leaking spot is obvious for aesthetic, can smell smoking even at non smoking level

- fahmi (7/5): It seem to be perfect untill you see the stain floor, slippery bathroom and algae pool wall - Everything, this is my second time i never regret my stay. Previously its free for child playground, but now charges around rm10 per kid per hour,and i dont mind paying since i totally understand this hotel need financial support for maintenance, plus, its fully aircond, clean n comfortable..i will continue support this hotel, room is clean n tidy but the sport centre facility cleanliness, pool, the bathroom not meet the standard, lousy job,dont use mop, scrub the walls n floor please..however the hallway and compund cleanliness deserve a standing ovation I hope that hotel management spend some money to maintain pool properly, stain n algae pool wall, lots of leafs in the pool..the cleaning effort is veryyyyyy lousy. It need to be done by dedicated cleaner with good pay.so do the bathroom floor, thick stain n slippery.dry floor doesnt mean its clean.the floor need to be scrub once a while not literally dried by mop only...plus, the towels smell funny n weird, dobby must be check n revise

- Ying-kit (10/5): A perfect staycation - The resort has nice pools and rooms where guests can see the sun rise. The sports center features a gym, sauna, pool table, and other facilities. Qing Palace is an excellent restaurant--do check out its buffet offerings. The location is remote yet deliberate--perfect for a staycation away from civilization. The shower pressure is a bit weak, and the breakfast selection can be improved.

- Sugunawathy (8/5): A very relaxing getaway for me - Stayed in Deluxe suite, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Big room, relatively clean, no complaints. Breakfast spread was huge, English/Asian spread. Got tired of bread pudding though. Maybe can serve more local kuihs, in future? No complaints. All was good.

Keep up the great quality of food! The room 0630 was clean & comfortable. The pool at the sports complex was not well-maintained, with dried leaves and signs of mold. The housekeeping team should also be more attentive when cleaning the kettle

- Desa (10/5): Cosy, clean and comfortable stay! - We had a 2-bedroom apartment, it was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The whole place was neat and tidy, very comfy for our group of 3pax. Beds were firm, pillows were plush, towels were huge and fluffy, breakfast was simple but tasty! The staff were very responsive and friendly - when we called reception to request for assistance, they sent their staff promptly - the wait time was very minimal. Everything was great! Would only suggest providing toiletries such as disposable toothbrush/toothpaste.

- Raymond (7/5): Well kept resort with suitable amenities and facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible - Liked that it was a very open but still well kept and clean resort. Not many mosquitos at all which is a big plus. A lot of facilities that keeps u entertained if u are staying for long like gym, games centre, pool, restaurants, movie theatre etc. rooms are spacious and clean as well. We were also given free water and coffee n tea bags which was nice :) Chinese restaurant there was very good and tasty, I highly recommend !! Some amenities could be better. Firstly, no toothbrush sets were given though every other toiletries were given. Secondly, some towels were a bit old and tattered at the ends. Thirdly, shampoo given was a bit interesting… keeps dissolving very easily in my hand before I even get to apply it to my hair. Strangely no body soap though there is conditioner and shampoo. Fourthly, breakfast buffet is ok… if ure not big on carb heavy meals for breakfast then u might not enjoy it as much.

Room was good and spacious. Netflix was great. The toilet fittings such as the shower head were broken. Room require a major overhaul.

- Zaharullaili (8/5): A pleasant, cosy, and affordable stay—perfect for a small family, especially in an area where hotel options are limited. - Though slightly dated compared to newer hotels, Pulai Springs Resort offers a quaint and familiar stay, even on my first visit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Raj, the bellboy, who went above and beyond to assist us. I would have loved to see the property in its prime, as I understand there used to be a golf course. The pool at the sports centre now oversees a housing construction site, which I think where the golf course used to be.

- K (8/5): Value for money resort getaway - Large expansive resort feel. Spacious rooms, Muslim friendly sports centre with gender segregated access to rest rooms. Polite responsive staff. Grounds are a little rundown with broken concrete near the sports centre pool area, gym equipment are functional but need refurbishing eg bike grips are broken and sticky. Pools could be cleaner.
