• Jose (6/5): Host unresponsive and hard to contact. Phone and email left was unattended. It took several calls and texts to get a r - Good location and spacious. Great washer and dryer. Property needs upkeep.
• Beverly (5/5): decent space and good location but the quality of stay was poor. no wifi, cockroaches everywhere. - Host was kind and responsive. Wifi did not work the whole time i was checked in. The host would say that it's fixed but it never really worked. There were cockroaches everywhere.
• Sophia (4/5): It was nice, but I probably will not come back. - The bathroom was clean and the shower was warm or could be hotter if you prefer. Everything is nearby, you can walk there. The wifi was decent. Hard to say because this was not the actual room I booked for (e.g., I opted for the bed that was shown in the picture) but they gave us a different room, although same layout, it was different. - The AC was leaking & it’s hard to maintain the coolness of the room when you have to clean after the puddle or wipe off the water on the sofa. - You have to be in the unit for the trash to be collected—they have a 2 hour window when the collector rings your door, if you miss it, trash can pile up. - The host was not very accommodating. He doesn’t care if you were comfortable or have questions/needs in the room. He took a while to respond when I asked if I could get a visitor granted we have gone through the protocol. - It is hard to get your luggages up in the unit. This tower doesn’t have a ramp for you to roll your things. You will need to go through the other building (tower 1), enter their elevator and go down their basement so you can get to tower 2’s elevator. You will need a cart and help. It was a hassle. - There is no parking space.
• Nancy (6/5): Stay was good enough for us just needed to provide better amenities - Good location with a great view .modern look and good size room .Beds were comfortable Process to get in the room and contacting the host was slow .Bathroom bathtub is not good to shower plus no curtain so it gets flooded around and the floor mat is not good enough .Also lighting in the bathroom is not good .Needed more towels and provide conditioner also .Other bathroom shower need to upgrade .Door knob is trouble to lock it .
• Fielden (5/5): Poor service in a great location! - The location was great but the host was lazy. Because I booked on booking.com, I didn't realize this was basically an Air B&B. No new towels, no new toilet paper. The owner could inprove his rating with just a little effort. ZERO housekeeping! I nearly ran out of toilet paper and no supermarket around to buy new stuff...and why should I be buying toilet paper on a 4 night stay? No pool towles provided so you need to dirty your bath towels if you wanna use the pool.

• Jhalle (10/5): Exceptional - Very accessible location. Walking distance to Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi. Had a nice comfortable stay. There was a leak on the shower door going to the toilet. But so far, still so good!

• Jimmy (7/5): Good - Room was nice, had good view and building amenities. Host asked for 3000php as security, sent some random person to collect it, had to fight to get a reciept. They had signs and warnings about penalties which made me regret giving them cash. I had to hunt them down on daybof checkout to get my security deposit. They did not pickup phone of respond to txt or messaging in app. Luckily I went back up to room and cleaning crew was there already and they helped get the host and my security back. I wanted over an hour waiting for them.
• Maria (10/5): Perfect place even for long stays - The ambiance of the unit was great, as well as the location The bathroom's glass wall divider didnt have sealant so every time you shower, water dripped and spreads to the bathroom floor. The contractor overlooked this tiny thing. Unit owner may not be aware of this
