The stay is located in very peaceful area far from hustle. There was only 1 bathroom, and technically there was only 1 room, other one was hall cum room

Two structural limitations 1) long flight of steps was hard for parents to climb up and down. 2) one of the rooms had no windows or anything to connect it with outside air

• Amar (8/5): Very good - It's a 1 bhk apartment with basic amenities. It's clean and compact. Host couple are polite and warm. It's in remote area.
• Nikunj (8/5): Best in Dudhli - The entire family is very welcoming, they take good care of you. Awesome Hospitality. The rooms were super clean. The washroom is a bit too small, Higher floor washroom pipes are right behind the kitchen and bedroom window so the sound was very unpleasant.
• Iman (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the place as a quiet private apartment with amazing view in balcony in Dudhli village 5 Km to Shimla. Every thing you need to buy you can find around, specially a good supermarket up stairs, bus takes you to Mal road with good value The owner Mr. Vikrant and his lovely wife were very helpful and welcoming. We liked the whole thing we had 2 rooms with one bathroom and one kitchen.
• Chirag (10/5): Best place apartment to stay in simla - This place is a private apartment and the owners have a grocery store downstairs where you can get everything that is needed to live.the balcony view is wonderful.its not in the market.its 7 km away from main market.but it's worth it the kitchen is also equipped.everything is clean.owners are really helpful.best place for family..you need a vehicle to travel here from market so people who have cars can definately think about this option. Nothing bad.just that the stairs to go down are bit steep made of ms iron. One needs to be careful.but the view is just awesome.
• Kalpesh (10/5): Exceptional - Anad Niketan is a amazing homestay option in Shimla. The apartment is peaceful and well maintained with all the necessary kitchen utensils along with gas facility. The owners grocery shop upstairs has all the required items which is very helpful. The valley view is awesome ❤️. Owner is very cooperative and friendly. They suggested us good cab service option and also nearby hotel for food. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning your vacation in Shimla. Would love to stay at this place in my next visit 🙂. Nothing as such.
• Santosh (9/5): Superb - The view was amazing. It was attached to General stores. And, it has a kitchen, utensils, and a nearby Laveena restaurant which serves very good Paneer paratha, rajma chawal, ensure to tip the guy well. Steps for older people could be difficult else for young people, its ok to manage. Probably, they need to keep a guy for transporting luggage.

• Sharma (4/5): Disappointing - Room was good, exta blankets were also there. Kitchen was fully furnished. Host was okay okay. The room was 3 floors down with no lift and risky stairs. Even for small small things, we need to go to top by 3 floors, the host were also not much helping. For anything, we need to climb up those 3 risky stairs, that too with baggage. We pleaded the host to help with 1 bag, bcoz it is not possible to climb up 3 floors multiple times for baggage.

• Sharma (10/5): amazing stay - Anand Niketan is amazing Home stay in shimla located about 4 KMs from mall road . the property is well maintained, hygeinic and all the kitchenettes and other facilities like hot water are available , the owner also have a grocery shop so you need not worry about grocery needs . owner is very friendly couple and also suggested us great things for food and to dos in shimla. At first I didn’t liked the location of the property being oppositely located in shimla . but this place offers bus service to mall road every half hour .
