• Hema (10/5): Good place to stay - This property is very clean and good. All cooking and dining utensils are there. Heater not working, water very cold. Bathroom cannot lock. No water filter.

• Amber (3/5): Whilst the apartment itself was decent, the location and other factors (mentioned above) made it not ideal and would not - Spacious apartment, rooms were good considering we had no electricity. The man on site was amazing in helping us considering our original troubles so thank you to him! Contrary to the advertising the kitchen was not fully equipped - only a rice cooker and stove which wasn’t switched on. Not a functioning kitchen! The electricity was a concern as it switched off for both nights of our stay disabling our ability to use the ELECTRIC stove. The apartment was very loud - lots of noise from the lower levels which disrupted our sleep. The location was sub par, we were forced to rent a car as the 35 minute drive to Tanah Rata changes to a 2 hour drive past 9 o’clock in the morning. We had arrived to no reception, we’re forced to enter another apartment block to find someone who could help us. Our apartment had been double booked and only saved by the other customer cancelling last minute. This was made worse by the owner not providing check in information and/or responding. The sauna was impossible to find with the staff offering little help or just not being present.
• Kian (8/5): Very good - Very convenient as there are convenience stores & banks within walking distance. Not easy to find the assigned parking lot.
• Maansis (3/5): Poor - Apartmenf ok environment ok if wanna do indoor activity not allowed. We wemt there for family gathering. Atllast very disappointed

• Bavani (7/5): Nice place with a little problem - Overall nice spacious apartment with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The weather was cold. The host was helpful. Kindly call the host immediately after booking. We didn't know about it so was having a small problem the guards after we reach. But the host manage it nicely. No iron and iron board, no hair dryer and the TV doesn't have any signal or cable sattlelite channel to watch. It was boring at night since nothing much my kids can do in the house. The common bathroom hand basin is clog and cannot be used. Checked in was a bit hassle, as the security in the apartment doesn't let us in for around 30mins.they called the wrong host and kept arguing we have no booking there. There's a security deposit of RM200(cash-refundable) was not stated in booking.com. The chk in process is done by the security guards over there. They are the ones keeping the house keys and access cards, and the deposit.
• Ong (8/5): Nice property, will rent again if have any gathering - House space is very large. Environment was very quiet. Seems like a new property, furniture all looks new. 3 rooms with 3 toilets, no toilet grabbing issues. Car parking location is not ok, all slanting road, and might hit the bottom of my car, need to reduce weight in my car to avoid the hitting. there is a high bumper also at the entrance of the car park. One of the ceiling light in the room was spoiled which make the rooms looks very dim.

• Katherine (10/5): Nice Homestay - Highly recommend it to everyone. The environment and toilets are clean. The night view is also very beautiful. The only downside is that it would be better if there is a water dispenser. Will come again for my next Cameron trip.
