• Cecilia (5/5): Keine Unterkunft für Ruhesuchende - die Umgebung war rund um die Uhr sehr laut ! - Sehr zentrale Lage, aber viel zu laut. Einfache Einrichtung, Apartment war sauber. Der Eigentümer hat einige Snacks und Getränke im Kühlschrank vorbereitet. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes war der Lärm von der Straße 24 Stunden täglich extrem störend, wir konnten in der Nacht kaum schlafen, auch mit Gehörschutz war es noch immer viel zu laut. Regelmäßig um ca. 3 Uhr nachts wurden zudem, offenbar von den benachbarten Lokalen, massenhaft leere Flaschen in einem nahen Glascontainer entsorgt, das war regelmäßig so laut dass wir fast aus den Betten gefallen sind ! Schon frühmorgens wurde regelmäßig mit lauten Arbeiten in unserer unmittelbaren Umgebung begonnen. Wir haben vom Eigentümer folgende Anweisung erhalten "please don´t throw toilet paper etc. in the toilet", das klang fast wie ein schlechter Scherz, war aber leider ernst gemeint ...
• Gernot (9/5): - Sehr geräumige und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in der Altstadt von Chania. Parken ist eine Herausforderung in Chania - aber da kann die Unterkunft ja nichts dafür.
• Anu (8/5): Brilliant location, spacious apartment, enjoyable stay - The location was fantastic in the Old Town. 5 min walk to the marina/harbour for the restaurants and bars. Plenty of lovely cafes nearby for coffee and breakfast. We stayed 4 nights. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Liked the environmentally conscious solar boiler for hot water. We had an issue with no hot water on 1 morning because there hadn’t been any sun, but we didn’t realise the electric alternative took a while to heat up - the owners responded to our query and explained this. The wraparound balcony was great to sit out on in the morning and to watch sunset over the rooftops. There was noise in the neighbourhood at night but we expected that given the central location and people having fun! There is a small lift to the 3rd floor which was good with a suitcase. The owner left us water, fruit, crackers and some lovely Greek wine - thanks 😃. The sewage system in the building means you can’t place anything down the toilets, but we do realise this is common in the area, not just the apartment. We disposed of the bathroom waste outside in the communal bins. We had problems with the wi-fi, judging by previous scores this is an ongoing issue.

• Charlotte (10/5): Fabulous apartment in great location. - Brilliant location a short walk from the harbour and close to many lovely restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious, airy and fully air conditioned. Great little balcony with views of the sea and city rooftops. Very reasonably priced, the apartment exceeded our expectations. Marion was very helpful and friendly. Overall, we could not have asked for more. A little noisy at night, but that felt part of being in such a central location, and didn't bother us at all.

• Graham (9/5): A beautiful 8 days spent getting to immerse ourselves in Chania. - The Apartment was such a great space for me and my young family, we had the best stay. It's a cosey apartment that feel's alot larger with doors in each room leading out to the balony where you can take in the sights and sounds across Crete's rooftops, the sea and it's mountains. A great location, not too central of the old town but right in the thick of it with some amazing restaurants and cafes. A humble interior with lovely character and charm with everything we needed. The host went out their way to make us at home and were in easy reach when we needed to ask on a few questions. Only wish we had got to of arrived earlier, so we could of experienced the Saturday street market around the corner. Would of been stocked up for the stay with amazing ingredients! But we only found out on the last day! Hey ho, will remember for next time.

The host went above & beyond to accommodate my needs I had a very late check in . And she was in co tact with me all the way , till I got to the location. The nicest she had bread , wine ham& cheese , fruit coffee etc The apartment was super comfortable 5 min walk to the harbour & an easy 20 min walk to the beach The best seafood restaurant is right on the main level of the building I highly recommend this stay I was four nights there👍😊 The was nothing at all not to like 👍
• Αναστασία (10/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή στα Χανιά - Ήταν όλα πολύ καθαρά και το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς. Συγκεκριμένα υπήρχαν και μικρά σνακ, νερό, κρασί, ψωμί, αλλαντικά, καφές και τσάι για πρωινό. Εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα αυτή την κίνηση της οικοδέσπονας αφού δεν είχε κάποια υποχρέωση για να μας παρέχει όλα αυτά τα φαγητά! Επίσης, η επικοινωνία μαζί της ήταν πάντοτε άμεση. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε.

• ROSAMARIA (10/5): Exceptional apartment , great location with amazing host , who communicate well - Clean spacious apartment on the 3rd floor , with washing machine and balcony’s, shops and restaurants at your door step , in the heart of the old town really great apartment Parking is a nightmare , so I suggest getting the phone number to a paid parking area directly below the building and booking in advance as it does get full ! Otherwise it can be difficult to find a parking spot

Ci tornerei!! La casa è un po' datata, ma ha tutti i confort necessari e non è stato un problema per noi. Rumoroso, ma con i tappi per le orecchie, nessun problema🙂

• Robyn (7/5): Fantastic location and size for a family of 4 - Location was so great.We loved all the little shops.we had some trouble finding it because everything is so close together and the pictures didn’t show it was above a restaurant.it was very nice to have some fruit and coffee there already. The washing machine didn’t work well. The restaurant beneath was pretty stinky but only in the hallway and stairs, not the unit. Saw a couple of cockroaches I think.

• Lj (9/5): Great location and comfortable - Great easy check in and location. So close to all the great restaurants and shops but not along the tourist drag. Very friendly host, comfortable bed, great air conditioning. There is a bit of noise from downstairs at the restaurant and when they are doing clean up early in the morning it’s noisy. But it was otherwise really nice

• Elaine (7/5): Lovely surroundings and good accommodation at reasonable price. - Location was excellent, on 3rd floor. 10 -15walk from Venition harbour. Restaurants within 2 mins walk. Small supermarket 2 mins walk. Lady changed sheets and towels halfway through week. It was difficult to open door with key. Sometimes tried for 5 mins before success. It requires a knack. Something to do with pulling the door towards you. The wooden folding chairs on balcony were extremely uncomfortable. Even plastic ones would have been better. Had to take a kitchen chair out, not very comfortable either, but at least did not have a bar sticking into small of back.

• Paula (9/5): Great. - Great location - all facilities and sights within a short walking distance. Easy access to Appartment. It was occasionally a bit noisy at night since the apartment is on a main thoroughfare but nothing serious.
• Sarah (8/5): Comfortable and roomy - Great location and nice and roomy for 2 travellers. Good kitchen facilities and we were given some nice basics to welcome us along with wine and Greek biscuits. Loved the large 2 sided balcony and having a washing machine. No mirror in second room - also another double bed would have been good but appreciate some like single beds.

• Travobum06 (10/5): COMFORTABLE - The proprietor is very kind and courteous. Her apartment exceeded everything we could hope, and it was incredibly affordable. The area is full of restaurants, great view, and within walking distance of various landmarks. There was even a local bottle of wine! She is very thorough and keeps in good contact, but she will only use the email you used for the booking. Make sure you use an email you have access, in other words, avoid a work email. Otherwise, it is difficult to find faults with this place.
• Teodora (10/5): Great apartment for four people - Clean and spacious apartment, close to the Venetian Harbour and Old Town. The kitchen is well equipped, and the washing machine and a/c were very useful. There is a large balcony with a really nice view. The host is very helpful and responsive, and they provided useful tips during our stay. It can get a little noisy at night, as there a couple of restaurants down the street.
• Niall (10/5): Perfect stay in a location I couldn't believe I was lucky enough to find. - Location was superb. View amazing from the balcony. Host was very responsive and all information explained to us clearly and in good time. The apartment itself is extremely nice, clean and has all modern conveniences and facilities. Would highly recommend staying at this property and if I am to visit Chania again I will certainly be hoping it is available. The elevator in the building is very small and quite jerky in it's movements, it would be difficult for more than one person at a time to use it. That is, however, only a minor criticism and the only one I have.

The exceptional hospitality, prime location, spacious layout, and top-notch cleanliness combined to create an experience that exceeded all expectations.
