Appartement petit mais très bien agencé pour 2 . À part la lumière extérieure qui reste allumée à l’extérieur, rien à redire.

But it seems like there an issue with all of Japan outside of the major city center

Prea scump pentru ceea ce oferă, iar pozele făcute artistic sunt extrem de înșelătoare - Ne-a plăcut un singur lucru: faptul că era relativ aproape de magazinele de proximitate. Și eventual liniștea cartierului, atunci când exista. Căci în casa fix de lângă mini bloc există o afacere, care lucrează cu un stivuitor care manevrează paleți cu chestii mai toată ziua, și se aude destul de tare. Aaa, și sistemul de acces în clădire și cameră fără chei. Foarte la îndemână ! Nu ne-a plăcut mai nimic. Spațiul extrem de mic și înghesuit. Patul care scârțâia, și salteaua extrem de dură și tare, pe care nu am reușit să ne odihnim absolut deloc. Cele mai proaste prosoape întâlnite vreodată, care nu absorbeau deloc, parcă erau lavete de spălat mașina. Scările înguste și cu trepte înalte, un coșmar dacă ai de transportat bagaje mari și grele. Faptul că dacă afară este frig, în interior este la fel de frig. Se face cald doar dacă ți aparatul de aer condiționat pornit permanent. Cum l-ai oprit, iar este frig instant. Faptul că nu ai un spațiu dedicat unde să poți mânca. Măsuța de sub televizor este o glumă, mai ales că nu ai loc să tragi scaunele de sub ea, pentru că este lipită de pat. Papucii puși la dispoziție sunt inutilizabili, pentru că sunt mărimi foarte mici, și extrem de zgomotoși pe podea la utilizare. Așternuturile au fost curate, dar setul de prosoape pus la dispoziție mirosea puternic a pește, în niciun caz a detergent. În rest, am găsit urme de praf în mai multe locuri. Se putea curăța și igieniza locuința mult mai bine. Mașina de spălat rufe, deși eficientă, este foarte zgomotoasă. Frigiderul îngheață mult prea tare, și nu am găsit cum să-l pot regla altfel. Televizorul mergea montat puțin mai sus pe perete, ar fi fost mai practic de urmărit. Așa zisul balcon este inutilizabil, neavând loc nici măcar să ieși pe el afară, să respiri aer curat. Ușile de la intrarea în apartamente sunt zgomotoase, fiind foarte grele, și nu toți locatarii posedă maniere sau bun simț. Dacă ai pe palier pe cineva care umblă pe hol / scări pe timp de noapte, poți spune adio somnului.

- Hisato (6/5): 居心地良く滞在出来ました。ただあまり広くないので荷物を置くスペースは無く、快適さは欠けるかなと思います。 - 駅に近かったところ。新しく、浴室乾燥機などの便利な設備がついていたところ。 清掃があまり丁寧ではなく、ベッドの下には何かをこぼしてそのまま拭かれていないものの跡が残っていたりしました。

- Laura (7/5): Angenehme, aber recht kleine Unterkunft in guter Lage - Die Badewanne ist toll, und es gibt eine recht gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Ansonsten ist es recht klein, aber funktional. Das Bett ist groß genug und bequem, und es ist sauber. Die Lage nahe der Universität Waseda ist gut erreichbar und hat eine gute Anbindung zum Rest der Stadt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, in der Nähe gibt es ein paar Restaurants und Bars. Das Zimmer ist leider sehr klein und der Tisch bietet kaum Platz für 2 Personen. Wir konnten unsere Koffer nicht verstauen. Leider war es auch nicht sehr sauber im Zimmer. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Inizio a dire che prima di partire dal Giappone dovevo venire in questa camera, ma la mattina in cui si doveva raggiungere la medesima camera, l'host, inviandomi un messaggio, mi comunica di avermi cambiato camera e la struttura letterlamente da unaltra parte per motivi di manutenzione e per questo la medesima recensione non è per questa camera ma di un'altra. Appena arrivati non si capiva come entrare nella struttura, abbiamo dovuto suonare il campanello che é collegato al proprietario e farci spiegare da lui come fare. Camera molto piccolo e stretta specialmente per chi dormiva dalla parte del balcone perché doveva passare sopra il letto per uscire La posizione della struttura abbastanza fuori mano da Shinjuku dato che dovevi prendere 2 mezzi pubblici per arrivare in centro

- August (9/5): comfortable room in a convenient and quiet location - The location was close to the metro with quick connections to Takadanobaba station where the JY stops. It's close to Waseda University, so there were good late night meal options yet the location was quiet. The room was clean and the bathroom was big relative to the size of the room. The panel outside of the bathroom controls the water heater, so you'll need to turn it on to shower and bath. On the same panel there's also a heating fan that was useful for quickly drying clothes if you hung them up on the shower rod. The single desk was small and there was not a lot of space to put down a suit case. This was fine for one person, but could become annoying for two people

- Vera (8/5): Very good - The location of the house was very good, close to Waseda Station and the convenience stores. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The air conditioner unit had a lot of dust inside so we ended up not using it as the dust was flying away.

Great location, about a 5 min walk to convenience, coffee stores. And 10 mins to train station. Might be far for some and may have additional transfers if you're coming from Narita/Haneda. I felt very safe walking in this neighborhood, most of the area were quiet and safe. Loved the large windows and natural light coming in. Friendly staff, ease of overall stay. Check in instructions could be better, it took me 20 mins to figure out the code, until I could get someone to help translate for me. It was as simple as pressing * room# but English instructions didnt say that. The building name on the booking was different than the building name, so confusing for myself and the driver for directions. That took another 15 mins until the driver asked a neighbor. I love the amenities however difficult to use if you're not familiar or can't read Japanese. Would like to have better instructions with the shower, laundry machine, panels on the wall, and tv remote. I was on the 3rd floor so a little difficult for people with more than 1 luggage or big luggage since it was a tight space. Be careful bringing too much stuff! I took a bus from Narita to Shinjuku station, then a taxi to Waseda- roughly $50 total. Save yourself the headache if you don't want to keep train transferring and walk with luggages. I would still recommend if you're looking for a place to stay with great and clean amenities.

Being able to get to the subway was also quick and easy. The customer service was also really great. Our flight was delayed and they were very friendly and accommodating. I called customer service at a very late hour because I struggled with checking in, and the man who helped us was very patient! I think the check in process could use improvement (e.g. if this was via Airbnb, I would have received an automated message with how to check in, including all the pins and codes needed)

The train station is about a 10 to 15 min walk, but we didn't mind the walks. Highly recommend staying! We had issues on how to work the washermachin. We needed clear instructions.

- László (7/5): Nice calm location - Good location and fairly calm environment. A full apartment, which gives the sense of everyday living, compared to a hotel, which is more separated from the city itself. Equipment was quite full and machinery was modern. Cleanliness could have been better. We couldn't use the air conditioning because of the vast amount of dust on the filters. There was dust in the bathroom vent, as well as in the vacuum cleaner. If an apartment is leased, then it should be fully usable, especially in Tokyo, where high humidity makes air conditioning a must-have.

- Jakub (8/5): Very good - Amenities were pretty much as expected, matching the description, but the photos, as photos do, make it seem more spacious than it really is - not really a complain, as this is commonplace in Tokyo, but something to be wary of. Nicely connected through Waseda station, easy to get to Skytree, Shinjuku, Akihabara, and most of the major must-see attractions. Good transfer to Ariake (certain concert venues) too. Room was fitted with an AC (necessity during Japanese summers!), but it was over a bed, so I ended up switching it to quiet mode for a night. AC controls are in kanji, so you should know the basic set of Joyo - otherwise you'd probably need to do trial-and-error.
- James (6/5): Ok for price but comes with concessions some might not like - It was decently sized for the price and somewhat close to waseda station. Communication with the host was good with comprehensive instructions on how to find the place and how to get in (it's self check-in). The bathroom was a nice size for the price as well as the room overall. The stairs were narrow and steep and so very difficult to traverse with big heavy luggage (we were on top floor). We are instructed not to leave the aircon on when out which is a shame as it's not a very good unit (or the apartment is poorly insulated?) and the room was already warm despite having it on - so being able to leave it on while it would have been good given we were facing got and humid weather. The bed was also uncomfortable. I slept fine but my partner who is a bit heavier struggled. Also they got hacked and someone tried to steal our credit card information. They contacted us after to advise and ignore the message, have them the benefit of the doubt but it was worrying it happened in the first place.
- Yasir (8/5): Good - Easy checkin. Good location, typical size for a Japanese apartment. If you’re over 6 feet this place will feel very cramped. Happy to see my old friend the Japanese magical toilet again. Excellent water pressure in bathroom - can double as a massager! Narrow staircase made it very hard to bring up big suitcases. Cleaning was not done properly - hairs on bed and in windowsill - makes you wonder how well they actually clean or is it just a surface clean?

We liked everything, just know that this is a SMALL apartment. It’s functional, modern, and clean. The bathroom is the most spacious part of the room by far.
- Todd (1/5): Great place, terrible owner and customer service - Great place, great location The owner and staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I notified them that I couldn't find a cord to an appliance, they told me I should look around for it, maybe move the refrigerator and check under there, and if I didn't find it, there's nothing they could do to get a replacement. I know this is a small example but their whole attitude was a total lack of customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone support anyone that doesn't care about their clients.
- Jessica (8/5): Very good - It is easy to get by. If you're looking to experience the living conditions in Japan, you should give it a go. Take a stroll around the area, visit Waseda University; there's a shrine/park 9 minutes away on foot, and the train station is also 9-10 minutes away on foot. You can find supermarkets and restaurants in the surroundings. It's a great experience with great value. The place is small for two people, but if you're only there to sleep because you'll be walking all day, this place will do just fine.

The location is not within easy walking distance of the Yamanote Line. The staircase is also rather narrow, which made it more difficult to carry my checked bag to the third floor.

Overall cute small apartment. Loved the washing mashine. Bed was screeching on the window side. Utensils and plates were hard to reach. We missed dryer, but honestly in bathroom there was a realy strong unit that allowed us to dry clothes.

- Rita (8/5): Good little appartment for a few days. - The place was clean and within a ten minute walk from Waseda station. The washing machine and tiny kitchen are handy. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after check in time. There was no way to get in or even contact our host. Had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. We later learned that we had been sent a website that contained our code to get in, but that was not clear and in the dark of the night not easy to find. Narrow and turning stairs with extra height steps. Difficult to climb with larger suitcases

The flat has everything you need, the only thing is that the bed is very crackly and it is not possible to have a good rest. Also there are not enough blankets, we were in cold days and we didn't have more blankets to protect us from the cold.

There were a couple of parks very close by and also supermarkets and convenient stores were very close by. Waseda Train station was 10 minutes away which was great. Also, when I was getting home in the evening I could get to the supermarket and do a bit of food shopping before heading to the apartment to cook my dinner. Perhaps the room may be too small for two friends unless they are very close, but perfect for solo travel or a couple. Aside then that I have no complains.
