• Olena (7/5): - Персоналу необходимо лучше готовить номер. Из шести осветительных ламп исправны были две. Просила удлинитель (в номере ограниченное количество розеток) и адаптеры для европейских розеток. Индукционная плита была повреждена.

Чистота в номере, удобные кровать и подушки. Техника исправно работала. Отдельная благодарность хозяину отеля за комплимент в виде бутылочки великолепного кипрского вина и за оперативные ответы на все вопросы :)) недостатков нет

• thomas (10/5): - Este a doua oară când venim la Yamas, locația în oraș în zona centrală, aproape de centru vechi/plaja/magazine este un plus foarte mare. Apartamentul foarte curat, utilat cu ce trebuie și spațiu suficient. Am fost cu soția și un bebeluș și a fost perfect. Am primit și pătuț de bebeluș gratis la cerere. Răspuns rapid la orice întrebare și ajutor din partea celor care se ocupă. A fost perfect, când venim în Limasol ne vom caza tot aici.

• Steininger (10/5): very well thought out and wonderful host communication - The host really thought about every little detail a guest could need during their stay. Very Well thought out and he was always reachable and very attentive. The only thing that needs attention is the parking garage. It is pretty small and narrow. It would be good to notify guests so they know not to park there with a Mercedes E Class as I did :) I got in but getting out was a hassle that damaged my car which cost me quite an amount of money.

• Taavi (10/5): - Erinomainen etätyömatka! Kommunikointi majapaikan henkilökunnan kanssa oli helppoa ja vaivatonta: chatissa sai vastauksia hetkessä ja asioita tapahtui. Muun muassa pyysin lisää henkareita ja ne saapuivat jo parissa tunnissa. Talo ja asunto siisti, ja huomasi, että kyseessä uudehko talo. Kattoterassilla oli kiva kattoa auringonlaskua aina iltaisin. Ainut miinus minkä keksin, oli lämminvesivaraaja, eli lämpimän veden saamiseksi lämmitin oli laitettava hetkeä ennen päälle. Tämä tosin ilmeisesti maassa tapana. Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja sopivan kävelyetäisyyden päässä esimerkiksi keskustan, sataman ja vanhan kaupungin hulinoista. Ilmainen omatoiminen pysäköinti oli myös plussaa, vaikka pienelläkin autolla oli taitelua saada auto ruutuun. Yhteenvetona suosittelisin ja tulisin myös itse uudestaan!

The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing accurately. The host provided clear instructions and communicated promptly throughout the stay. The location is convenient and close to key amenities. I would confidently recommend this property to future guests. The person managing the phone calls was rude. Other than that everything went smoothly and i would still recommend the appartment

Власник дуже уважний до деталей, реагував швидко на потреби і приємний в комунікації. Поруч є великий супермаркет і маленькі магазинчики. До набережної 20 хвилин пішки. Наш номер був на першому поверсі, тому ми були як на долоні для сусіда, який жив навпроти, якщо вхід на балкон був відкритий.

• Piotr (7/5): Nigdy nie jeżdżę w to samo miejsce więc nie wrócę tam ale pobyt jak dla mnie udany. - Cena adekwatna do lokalizacji obiektu, Budynek nowoczesny z windą oraz parkingiem. Bardzo dobre WI-FI. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Instrukcje obsługi sprzętów w pokoju - wszystko wyjaśnione oprócz tv (trzeba było się logować a nie mieliśmy danych do tego wymaganych) ale korzystaliśmy z wi-fi więc dla nas to nie problem. 1. Codziennie od wieczora do rana z łazienki wydobywał się smród kanalizacji. Jak otworzyliśmy okno w łazience to zamiast pomóc weszły 2 karaluchy (przynajmniej tyle udało się zobaczyć), 2. Na tarasie Panie od sprzątania mają chyba swoją pralnie. Na leżakach rozkładane pościele po praniu. Oczywiście po zwróceniu uwagi wszystko zostało uprzątnięte ale ogólnie panuje tam ruch spowodowany pracą tych Pań.

• Illia (10/5): Everything was amazing! - The apartment is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Self check-in was super easy, the room was spotless and tidy, with a lovely balcony, an elevator, and lots of thoughtful little touches. It was truly great to spend a week in Cyprus staying here. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the seafront. The host was very responsive and provided a detailed guide on how everything works. I loved everything about my stay and definitely recommend it! I’d be happy to come back again in the future!☺️🙏✨ There were no downsides - everything was simply perfect!

You get a nice apartment not close to the busy city center, but close enough to nice restaurants or take away shops to have a nice stay. Perfect for business trips. The building does not have a number, so it was not easy to locate it although I was using Google Maps with the taxi driver.

• Alexandra (5/5): I had a higher expectation for this price. - Quite neighborhood, new building with an elevator and roof top. In the apartment you have everything, including salt and paper in the kitchen cabinet. The is also a microwave, electric kettle, nespresso coffee machine (unfortunately leaking), air humidifier, paper towels, forks and spoons, plates of different sizes. There is plenty of storage space. Enough internet speed to work remotely, around 70 Mbps. You can wash your clothes, the were 2 capsules for washing machine, laundry hanger on the balcony, also iron and a small iron desk. Room 104. The room is mostly dark. The view from the balcony is on the wall of the building. There is a wide gap at the head of the bed, you need to remember not to move a pillow all the way up. Shower head is leaking. The washing machine was a bit smelly, probably was closed for a long time. No power socket near the work desk under the TV. You need to restart router from time to time to get internet working. Overall the apartment needs to be refreshed, there are black strips and spots on walls and missing piece of paint at the bottom of the bathroom door frame.
• Whitney (8/5): Great for a short stay in central Limassol - The room is clean, comfortable bed, has all the amenities including coffee machine and stove. Parking is tight. Street parking is limited.
• Pavel (8/5): Very good - Value for money, not far from touristic center, very helpful staff, pets friendly, easy check in, parking. Very nice wardrobe enough space to putt all bags and clothes inside. Washing machine. Room was on the first floor and windows overlook a street. So everyone can take a look in your room. Not a big problem for me, but I assume it could be a problem for someone. It’s not a minus but good to know. Hotel has own parking but enter is very tiny. So be aware of it if you arrive by a family car. I drove Volkswagen Golf and it barely fits. There’s also some public parking (free of charge next to the building) but it’s not always available. Had some problems with WiFi. Didn’t like a bed, very thin and soft mattress. Again, it’s not a real problem just preferences.

• Maan (5/5): Only for short stay - Modern appartement, with a small kitchenette wirh everything needed. Clean. Hot water. Good location. Small bedroon. First floor was very noisy. I had requested a high floor for quietness. Upon arrival i realised the issue so i asked the manager to help me find a solution. A quiet studio was available at the back, so iI asked the managet if i could have it. He confered wiith the owner who refused for unknown reasons. I did not sleep well at all. Also the parking has a very tiny entrance, and it is difficult to get out. This place is ok for short stays only.
