Host (Clara) reached out before we arrived and provided all the necessary information for check in, recommended parking etc. and left us some lovely local treats upon arrival. :) would definitely stay again!
• Simon (8/5): Guter Aufenthalt mit top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr sauber und top Lage, hat viele Tücher und generell viele Sachen offeriert wie Waschmittel, Kaffe, Tee usw… Sehr geräumig und tolle Gastgeber*innen (sofortige Rückmeldung) Badezimmerlüftung hat nicht optimal funktioniert und wurde schnell stickig. Die Wäsche dauert ewigs zum trocknen und die Wohnung ist bisschen kalt (am Boden vorallem)
• Andrea (10/5): Wunderschöne, sehr saubere Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlich herzlicher und leichter Kommunikation - Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Ponta Delgada und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war von Anfang an außergewöhnlich freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Alle wichtigen Informationen zur Anreise und zum Check-in wurden klar und rechtzeitig über WhatsApp bereitgestellt, sodass alles völlig unkompliziert verlief. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war sie jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich – man hat sich wirklich gut betreut gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die persönliche und aufmerksame Art der Gastgeber – von der Nachfrage während des Aufenthalts bis hin zur wertschätzenden Verabschiedung war alles einfach stimmig und authentisch. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

• Robert (6/5): Good location and size for visiting family/group of friends. Roaches were a nuisance though. - Decent location, good space. Cockroaches seen in the kitchen and bathroom every day, WiFi was poor. Spotty quality and slow speeds when connected.
