Lebuy (1/5): ARNAQUE A LA CAUTION - Grande chambre confortable. Odeur d’égout dans la ventilation. Installation sportive (basket/tennis) inaccessible car il faut réserver 3 jours à l’avance. Mais ce qui est inadmissible c’est que je n’ai jamais récupéré ma caution de 100MYR. Du à un bus nous avons laissé les clés dans la boîte à check out à 7h45 car le bureau était fermé. Depuis aucune réponse sur What’s app, booking, et à travers le service client qui lui non plus n’a pas de réponse. C’est HONTEUX. N’y allez pas.

Parking was provided, which made it very convenient. The view was also beautiful, with a nice sea view that added to the overall experience Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this place. For improvement, it would be good to include some basic kitchen items such as a knife or scissors, a cutting board, and also a washing machine. Other apartments within the same price range usually provide these facilities, so adding them would make the stay even better.

syah9063 (10/5): - Had a great stay at Bali Residence Melaka. The unit was clean and comfortable. Property is nicely decorated with a relaxing Bali-inspired vibe. Facilities were well-maintained, and the pool view was a nice bonus. Location is convenient—just a short drive to Jonker Street and other attractions. Overall, a pleasant and value-for-money stay. Would definitely consider coming back! Phone signal can be a bit spotty once you’re inside the compound, but luckily there’s public WiFi to sort out check-in and anything important.

The facilities were good and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, the place was nice and convenient for a short stay There were some disturbances during the night, including knocking sounds on the door and the lights switching on/off unexpectedly, which made the stay slightly uncomfortable.

DiausB (9/5): - Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Auch für Kinder wird sehr viel geboten. Ich fand es auch super, dass es am Pool sogar einen Warung gibt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Check in verlief ein wenig chaotisch, aber ich vermute mal, die Person war neu im Job. Matratzen ein wenig durchgelegen.
