• Darla (2/5): I didnt like the stay in this house it isnt what it shows in booking. - I had a very stressful and unpleasant stay due to multiple issues with this property. Initially, the owner informed me at the last minute that my original booking had to be cancelled because of a plumbing issue. After insisting on a solution, they arranged an alternative house for me in Luton. When I arrived on December 30th, I was told I could only check in at 1:00 PM because the house still needed cleaning. However, despite arriving earlier due to work, I found the property completely unclean. The only thing that appeared to have been “cleaned” was the dishes, which had been placed in a dishwasher that did not work. The floors were dirty, and I had to clean them myself. The property also did not match the listing photos, as there was no dining table, even though one was clearly shown in the pictures. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the bed sheets were dirty, clearly used by previous guests. The pillowcases had visible makeup stains. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned; despite the host claiming it had been cleaned, there were urine stains, and I had to clean the bathroom myself during my stay. Overall, the condition of the house was unacceptable. I was forced to clean, felt uncomfortable throughout my stay, and did not receive the standard that was advertised. I would not book this property again and would not recommend it.

• Junior (3/5): Poor - The corridors were filthy .. it looks like they were renovating, but never saw anyone doing the work.. no one notified me of renovations at time of booking. Entrance to building dirty.. bedroom carpets dirty.. sofa was dirty, i had to spread a towel on it before i could sit down. lights in the bathroom was so dim I could barely see to shave.. I asked for an earlier check in between 10 and 11am as was arriving on a early flight, even though I did request this at time of booking, I was told to check on the day.. on the day I called and was told check in time is 4pm and if I wanted to check in earlier, I could if I paid extra.. I refused to pay any more and had to wait till 4pm despite the room being available and ready.. no iron ... no hangers in wardrobe...very very dissapointing. Very noisey too.. doors constantly slamming, and people outside my window constantly talking loud... I would not stay there again even if it was free and they offered to pay me.. the one plus point for me was the Host Mr Khan.. he was a perfect gentleman.
