• Kiparisia (10/5): - Χώρος καθαρός, περιποιημένος με όλες τις ανέσεις. Κεντρικό σημείο στα Ιωάννινα με όλα τα καφέ και εστιατόρια δίπλα σου, ως και τα παραλίμνια. Με δέκα λεπτά περπάτημα βρισκόμουν και στα εμπορικά καταστήματα.

• Roy (10/5): - Can't comment on staff as it's a key safe entry system. The apartment was spotless Well fitted out with everything that you're likely to need for self catering. Good private entrance and a nice private courtyard out back to chill.
• MATTHAIOS (10/5): Μια άριστη επιλογή διαμονής στα Ιωάννινα - Άριστη τοποθεσία στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης των Ιωαννίνων και δίπλα στο παραλίμνιο. Πολύ καθαρό ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Πολύ πρόθυμος και εξυπηρετικός ο διαχειριστής.

• Βασίλειος (10/5): Το ιδανικό δωμάτιο! - Έχω κλείσει αρκετές φορές στο παρελθόν κάποιο Airbnb αλλά αυτήν η επιλογή μου ήταν μακράν η καλύτερη όλων. Καταρχήν το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο όπου έχεις τα πάντα κοντά σου χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι αυτοκίνητο και ταυτόχρονα ήταν τόσο ήσυχο που δεν υπήρχε καμία ενόχληση κατά την διαμονή μας εκεί. Έπειτα τα δωμάτια είναι καινούργια και όλος ο εξοπλισμός εκεί μέσα. Με άφησαν άφωνο όλες οι παροχές του οι οποίες δεν περιοριζόταν μόνο στα απαραίτητα αλλά έδιναν βάση σε όλες τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών. Γλυκίσματα καλωσορίσματος, επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια και βιβλία για την ψυχαγωγία μας. Μια άνετη αυλή για χαλάρωση. Ο ιδιοκτήτης του φαίνεται ότι νοιάζεται πραγματικά να αφήσει τους πελάτες του ευχαριστημένους. Προφανώς και το συστήνω με κλειστά μάτια και θα το προτιμήσω ξανά στο μέλλον αν έρθω στα όμορφα Γιάννενα.

The host even provided coffee, tea, some breakfast biscuits, jam, and a couple of welcoming cookies as well as bottles of water in the fridge 😋. Plenty of restaurants, mini markets, etc. within walking distance. I would definitely be happy to stay again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The room also featured modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, high-speed internet etc. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-quality toiletries.
