• Lindsay (10/5): Lovely and would definitely book again- thankyou to the hosts - Beautiful quirky cottage’s with everything you could need. We came for a wedding close by. We hired the one bed with hot tub for mum and dad and 3adult children with partners stayed next door with games room and interconnecting doors between the cottages. Absolutely ideal Nothing at all

• Jessica (10/5): - We stayed The Hayloft cottage for 3 nights and had such a fantastic time. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained, warm, and welcoming, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secure garden was a real highlight for us, it gave our puppy plenty of safe space to explore and enjoy, which made the whole trip more relaxing. It’s not always easy to find places that are truly dog-friendly, but this one was! The hot tub was a really nice, clean & cozy with all the candles .We also made great use of the fire pit, hammok & bbq. The bed was exceptionally comfy, honestly one of the best nights' sleep we’ve had in a while. Everything felt clean, fresh, and high-quality. Would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

Left us to it but were always available should we need them. They kept open lines of communication and were quick to respond if I had any questions. Location: Beautiful area. Slightly remote but only a short car ride should you wish to get out to the shops or to a pub. Breath-taking views. Property: Cannot fault this place at all. It is literally like a dream home. The lounge area is one of the cosiest places I have ever been. Lovely log fire to keep warm on cold nights. The games room with TV and Pool table is such a good addition. Nice fully equipped kitchen. Nice bedrooms. The house was always nice and warm, even without the log fire.

• Rachel (10/5): A fantastic and relaxing stay in a beautiful location. - Amazing rural location with fantastic views. Plenty of space and comfy seating. Log fire was lovely on the cooler evenings and we had the option of outdoor seating and fire pit on the dry days. Easy to access and not far from Slaidburn on foot or by car. No instructions for leaving (whether to empty bins, strip bed etc.) or tips on local places to eat/shops (which would have been useful given rural location and limited opening hours).
• Les (7/5): It was a comfortable place for a short stay and suited our needs for what we wanted to do. - The cottage has been excellently fitted out with good quality fittings and plenty of outside space. Beds were comfortable and lots of equipment in the kitchen. The accommodation was remote which we expected but there were hardly any views from the windows of the cottage. The kitchen and dining area were rather dark and the pans etc in the kitchen were far too big for just 2 people. Being remote it was difficult to find somewhere to eat out and the local shop in Slaidburn is very limited with supplies. We had taken most of our breakfast stuff with us.

• Anna (10/5): Luxurious rural bliss… - Beautiful rural location. Amazing views. Very comfortable bed, hot shower and excellent kitchen. The weather was so good we were outside all day and didn’t use the upstairs loft room at all - but would be very cosy for a winter stay. nothing!

Am - A beautiful setting in a wonderfully renovated old farm house. We rented the 3 bedroom farmhouse. The house had everything that we needed for a very enjoyable 3 night stay while visiting family nearby. It had a fully stocked kitchen with quite new looking utensils, cookware and appliances. Everything worked perfectly and the upstairs lounge with stone fireplace was amazing, with incredible views across the valley. Managers Amy and Gavin were super to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. They really made us feel at home.
