• Thiago (5/5): Overall, while the host and location were strong points, the accommodation itself did not meet expectations. - The host was responsive and available, which made communication easy. The location was convenient. The accommodation listing stated that Bedroom 1 had a twin bed and a queen bed; however, the twin bed turned out to be an air mattress. The linens and towels that were stored inside the sofa (where the air mattress was located) were wrinkled and mixed with dirt. The towels are dark-colored, which may not be to everyone’s liking. The water pressure in the showers was extremely low, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator, which could be a challenge for elderly guests. Wi-Fi only works in the living room/kitchen and one of the bedrooms, leaving the other two bedrooms without signal.

The bad smell of cigarettes in the whole apartment, wrong information given that the apartment has smoke detectors, the fourth floor without an elevator and the stairs are steep, bad view from the small terrace, noisy neighborhood, a lot of noise comes from the water pump late at night, very weak pressure on the faucet so it is difficult to wash, there is an ironing board but no iron, there is only one EU power adapter and the microwave is connected to it, I can feel the dust on the towels and mattresses. messages about some 5 euros that the host left in the apartment and he forgot to bring them and we exchanged over 20 messages where I tried to explain to him that I had work to do and that I would not touch them and that he could take them after we left, but he found new ways to continue harassing us with messages late at night and early in the morning. After our departure, the next day he sent a request for compensation for some broken glass that we did not damage and we do not know anything about it, in addition to the wrong information, he is also trying to deceive us for more money .I do not recommend the accommodation in any way, this is the worst thing I have experienced while staying anywhere in Europe.
