• PC (8/5): - After we found the place, we realized it is closed to everything. It's not an ordinary rental place. It's part of a commercial place but within a residential building. We never expected the entrance was unmarked and hidden between 2 business. We walk passed the door several times and had asked people around. No one seemed to know the place.

• Helen (7/5): - Very communicative and helpful staff. I loved how much space there was in the apartment. I love doing yoga so the extra room with the sofa was very useful. Room was quite dusty and I'm a light sleeper so was woken up quite a bit by the plumbing system.
• Christian (7/5): Getting what you pay for- the bare minimum! - Central location, easy to access and self contained accommodation. Owner was lovely, welcoming and friendly. If you are over 6ft tall stay somewhere else, the bathroom and toilet are so small and cramped you won’t be able to use them. Studio was tidy, but hasn’t had a proper clean for a long time, for example mould around the refrigerator doors, cobwebs, dirty crockery and crusted residue in the washing machine.

• Frances (10/5): I would definitely booked again next time. - This propert is only a few steps away from the MRT Bras Basah and a church which I think was in the movie Crazy Rich Asians where the most grandest wedding of Collin and Ara took place. 🤔 The room is spacious for 3 people with a kitchenette and a big ref (most specially). ♥️ At the ground level of the Building has a foodcourt (hawkerish vibe) and a mini mart for all your forgotten essentials.

• Clara (5/5): Buena ubicación, pero con problemas de limpieza y mantenimiento - Lo mejor, la ubicación y el precio. Como punto positivo, tiene cocina y el lavasecarropas es muy útil. La limpieza podría mejorar mucho. Encontramos cucarachas en la cocina y una lagartija detrás del televisor, algo inaceptable incluso considerando el precio del alojamiento. Además, la cerradura de la puerta no funcionaba bien y dependíamos de la entrada principal, lo que generaba cierta inseguridad. Las instrucciones de acceso también podrían ser más claras, ya que resulta difícil encontrar el alojamiento.

• Norman (8/5): - Great location. Plenty of room for the price so close to everything. Excellent washing machine was a bonus, as well as good hot water in shower. A/C units worked well to keep rooms cool. Front door key didn't work so had to rely on the electronic lock for security, but area is safe. Check in instructions were a little difficult to understand, and we needed help from a neighbor to find the door which is hidden behind some lockers.

• Wayne (7/5): Small space and no view. - Had hairdryer and large bed. Complete kitchen and soaps. Iron. Umbrellas provided. Close to metro. No view to outdoors. Very compact. The space listed includes an area used as a storage closet. Shower was bad - water didnt get hot and low pressure.
• Theodore (9/5): Superb - The location is unmatched and the studio is comfortable. The free washing machine inside the studio made washing my clothes easy, and it saved me money because public laundromats in Singapore are on the pricier side. The windows are a bit small, but I didn't mind it because you can use the air conditioner if it gets too humid inside. There is also a ceiling fan that helps with the air flow.

• Sharon (9/5): Efficiency Apartment in a great locale!! - This little apartment is tucked away in a wonderful location!! Near lots of great food across the price range. It is also very near the MRT and Bus access!! The area is quite busy during the day but quieter at night. Arrive B4 dark the first time and get a feel for the street and building!
• Srinivasan (8/5): Functional and comfortable. - The proximity to public transport was excellent. The property was functional for cooking. There was no noise pollution during the day or night. Hence the stay was very peaceful. The cooking utensils were very old- time for replacement. The bathroom was very small, but did the job.
• Nelson (9/5): Comfortable and unbeatable location to explore the City/Country - -Amazing location, easy to access the entire city and lots of nearby amenities. -Host is incredibly helpful and kind -Feels like living in Singapore -larger than a typical hotel room - Great AC, WiFi, and Water pressure/heat -Great food at your doorstep - A little of an irregular layout but Location is in what might be in an original Singapore housing project. - Normal wear and tear. -Not much to dislike at the price point it’s a comfortable not luxury stay with an unbeatable location to explore Singapore.
• Caleb (1/5): deception - I received a message from the host in which she wanted to enter the apartment to get something, I replied that I did not want her to enter, she said that she had not rented the entire space, however on booking I rented the entire space, as it is what is in the description and in the photos, so she entered the apartment on 09/17 at 10 pm! This was a disappointment.

• Sagar (3/5): Very Very dusty and dirty along with rude owner - Air conditioned We stayed for 10 nights. The first impression were bad 👎. The room was very dirty, dusty. There were some utensils but we barely wanted to go to kitchen area because everything was so dirty. Provided only one pair of bedsheets for 10 days (really) no spare. We kindly requested for a spare one but the owner replied rudely mentioning( this is not a hotel that we are cleaning or changing sheets every check in and out ). So if you feel alright i recommend it is good to stay in 3 or 4 different places and get everything fresh every 3 days rather than staying 10 days in the bad place like this. I have stayed in so much better places at the same price range before. And oh hold on did I mentioned the cobwebs every where ?
