The breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety. The staff was friendly too. The sound proofing system could be better

• GINTEH (9/5): - (1) Our request for Connecting room was given. Tq. And the scenery was great as ours were facing the sea. (2) Each room was given with double king size beds. Very spacious and comfortable for us with grandson and grand daughter. So not required extra bed for them (3) Wifi services was excellent and very fast (4) Bathroom towels, excellent thick fur and large size. So nice, clean and smooth (5) Bathroom facilities, with exception only one liquid soap provided for 2 occupants, not that enough. The rest were great. (6) Breakfast menu was excellent with a lot of varieties. (7) The most, the location was very convenience around 3-4 mins walk distance to very big Spring shopping Mall. No need grab or Taxis. And also connecting to this Mall at the rear/side location was a big recreation area facing the river and facing a very tall long bridge. Nice scenery. (8) No worrying, to those with own car, a Large visitors parking area was available. (9) Beside all the workers from Front desk, Concierge, assistance, security, cafe (breakfast) area. Their services and assistance were excellent and of great respected and smile. . I Really salute. (1) only 1 bottle liquid soap was provided for 2 occupants in a room. Mana cukup lah.
• Noraliza (10/5): Good Choice for those with car travel. - For solo travellers, this hotel is very good. It provides spacious parking with CCTV, and the Malay male staff member working at night is very humble and helpful. To access the hotel car park, you need to register your vehicle at the reception. If you can’t find a place to eat, I highly recommend the nearby kopitiam—it’s just a short walking distance from the hotel. The room is also spacious; I booked a queen room with a window and was very satisfied. The hot water isn’t actually hot—at most, it’s only mildly warm. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, so I had to adjust the temperature to feel comfortable. There are no facial tissues provided in the room, only in the bathroom. Also, the hotel does not have its own restaurant.

I just always feel so comfortable here and love to order the room service and stay in. Staff are always lovely and the entire place always has such a peaceful vibe. The price has increased so much.
